This hotel is really a great service. I have a very good service. The health is also very clean. The location is very good. It is opposite the Augsburg School of Music and there is a whole street to eat and ross***n And rewe. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar downstairs. The food in the restaurant is really delicious! ! ! I want to stay in this hotel for this meal吖

The hotel is well located, the staff very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the beds are comfortable and even a minibar is available in the room. Unfortunately, I had to find a very eagle, gray and unhygienic, broad calc trace in the toilet. This kind of thing only happens if it hasn't been cleaned accordingly over months. To do that the bath was very small. A real shower is not available, only a screen on the ground and a shower hang to protect a certain area when using the shower tube. That's what I found in Scandinavia, perhaps 30 years ago, the last time I came to breakfast at 9 a.m. and I just found 3 other same grain breads. No white bread, no croissant, even no glass toast. Well and the eggs ..... all cooked hard stone. All in all, I would classify this hotel in the category of two stars accommodation, though with really friendly staff. The accommodation, the equipment and breakfast is only very modest.

The hotel staff has a good service attitude and good health, but there is no refrigerator in the room, breakfast is OK, there is free parking, there is an outlet next to it, and the supermarket is far away.

Very well located hotel with conveniently furnished, very clean rooms in a really central location - to the Augsburg pedestrian area are it at a maximum of 10 minutes walk. It was notable to mention the friendly staff at the reception and in the breakfast room. There is everything to get tired for the start of the day. What I found very fair was the parking fee of 5 euros per day. I would like to continue this hotel .... especially for a weekend trip to Augsburg.

Neues, modernes Hotel mit funktional eingerichteten Zimmern. Sehr gute mittelharte Matrazen und leichte angenehme Bettdecken. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel sehr großer Flachbild-TV auf den Zimmern. Gutes Frühstück mit regionalen Waren (Brötchen, Brot, Käse, Wurst, Eier,...) für 18 Euro. WLAN gut und unterbrechungsfrei nutzbar. Tiefgarage im Haus. Konferenzcenter West House direkt benachbart und mit Übergang vom Hotel aus erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben der extrem gute und freundliche Service. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb - 1,2 km zum nächsten Restaurant und 4,5 km zum Bahnhof / in die Innenstadt (Riegele...), aber mit Strassenbahn erreichbar.

We loved this place. It has definite charm. the rooms are decorated really nicely. Very Bavarian. It doesn't feel like your average hotel. It feels special and that's what you want for a holiday. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom -- solid shower. I love a hot, powerful shower in the morning. This delivered. You should know -- if you stay in the front -- the light rail train runs through the night. In September, our windows were open. We didn't mind it.. Liked it, in fact. But just keep it in mind. You WILL hear it.
