The hotel is really clean, the towels and shower curtains are as white as the new ones. The toiletries are very good, the room layout is also very user-friendly, the table can be spread out, the TV show has Disney, the children like it. Customer service is nonexistent. Talked to supervisor and she is worst. She doesn’t know what she is talking about. Actually Started when we checked in, I booked a total of 11 rooms on this stay. We came for a wedding from Los Angeles at one of the vineyards nearby. I am glad that my other family members booked the rest of the 20 rooms at Marriott a blocked away but I thought Hilton is a better hotel and I am very very disappointed. I was hoping at least half of the rooms were available but up to 2:30pm the actual supervisor told us that none of the rooms were ready due to short staff but at 3pm it was all available. They were able to clean all 9 rooms within 30 minutes? No consideration, we asked maybe 1 or 2 rooms as the kids were tired. It was a flat NO for early check in. It really ruined my vacation for my entire family and Then I was overcharged and she said it was because 1 have 2 child in the room but there is no charge up to 2 children to stay. It was bad from the very start.

There is no breakfast in the room type, the room is very spacious, there is no extra bed, and there is no problem with the family of three in the big bed room. The hotel is close to the costco and there is a business center nearby, great!
