"the hotel is lovely. the Manila sunset view is just gorgeous from the swimming area. They have Lanvin toiletries and thank God they have not started that single use plastic fad (ok millenial, a boomer here) don't get me started on the breakfast. there was all kind of breakfast items from Indian to Japanese, Korean to Filipino and to top it off they have ice cream and six flavor of that. the juice choices were also many. my wife had a toothache and guess what they even have a nurse who came to the room at 11pm to help my wife deal with the toothache. I think Sofitel is better if not equal to Wanda brand. Last but not the least, the service staff is handsomely dressed and do not demand tip like they do in other hotels (makes me want to tip them even more) pity there Is not much to see around except the Mall of Asia. anyways love Sofitel Manila. keep it up. "
"A very old hotel in Manila, the common areas such as the lobby are decorated and equipped, and the room facilities are relatively old. The twin bed is only an adult size, and the sleep is not good. The decor of the bathroom was not satisfactory either. The breakfast was really disappointing and it was impossible to compliment the standard of a star hotel. Compared with the same close-priced hotels in Pasay, the price is far worse."
"Lived before the epidemic. The hotel shop is great. Convenient location, very close to attractions. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good service. The breakfast is rich and the taste is very suitable for Chinese people. Recommend staying."

"This is my fourth stay. When I returned to the room at the beginning of the year, there was a small sweet. The fireworks of the Count Dan also rose, and it was quite exciting. In addition, we want to go to the beginning of the year! The staff was very good and exchanged LINE with someone who could speak Japanese, and I was grateful if there was anything I could do. The rooms are also nice and clean compared to other hotels and the security is solid. I went to the casino, but I was doing it one day after the other, until the morning. Baccarat is the last casino!"
"The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly and attentive. Checked in at night and also upgraded the room type. Some children, plus swimming, asked for bath towels, shower gels, slippers, and they were delivered more than expected. Room facilities are also luxurious. The disadvantage is that there are no blankets and quilts at night, and there is no spare in the room. As a result, only two sheets can be used to cover. In addition, the building has just been painted, the hallway smells great, and the room is better."
"Very kind, professional, and well trained hotel staffs. Not only concierges but also security person, all of the staff can greet with a smile naturally. Up-graded room was excellent, a wide variety of breakfast buffet was splendid. Needless to say, Their ****** was surprisingly huge and has many kind of games. It was very comfortable and fun for me to play Texas Hold’em Bonus Porker at here. I would love to go again!"

"The front desk and the uncle and the waiters are very good. They will take the initiative to say hello and help with the luggage. But maybe I am not lucky. I live in a female dormitory. When I come in, the table is very messy. The bathroom is full of hair. There are several Chinese girls. I lived in this night to work, and I started to make up in the evening. I got off work very late every day. I was still mad at one or two. Someone had been coughing, and then I slept until noon the next day. If you get up early, it is not good to turn on the lights. In short, rest is not good. If you check in before, you will be charged 200 pesos. Breakfast has not been eaten, I don't know how, there is a Japanese material downstairs, there is a family convenience store across the road, you can pay Alipay, some shopping malls can also."
"The hotel location is more convenient, there are also hot pots and other places to eat more convenient, 7-11 supermarket downstairs, smoking area in the parking lot, great!"
"The location is good, just on one side of the street. Downstairs there is a place like pornography. The hotel’s essential oils are very strong and resemble the taste of Thai food. The room is very narrow, the motorcycle downstairs, the truck sounds very noisy, has overshadowed the noise of the fan-type air conditioner."

"Good location, good service and prompt response. The disadvantages are: 1. The elevator waits for a long time, and the prompt is not obvious. The elevator cannot be found when it arrives, and it is often missed. 2. Breakfast is limited, and milk, fruit, and salad are often insufficient."
"Temporarily booked, the price is average, upstairs in the mall, the rooms are relatively large, but the facilities are average. Located in the new district bgc of Manila, shopping is very convenient, the view from the window is generally the building"
"The hotel is in a good location, 3-5 minutes from the pedestrian street, and has a Southeast Asian style for breakfast, suitable for children to watch the medieval Spanish church architecture. There is a parking lot nearby for easy 🅿️."

"I came to the Philippines for a backpacker trip and as I also work for a Marriott hotel in Germany I have decided to stay in the Sheraton. Especially because it is so close to the airport that I could even walk with my backpack and did`nt have to spend extra money on a transfer or taxi. I stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and the last night of the trip. I came into the hotel with my sweatpants and a backpack and probably looked horrible after such a long flight but still there was no difference in service than with other guests so I felt very welcomed. They also recognized me as an associate and gave me a very nice room with a view to the pool and everyone was so kind, especially Jared from the reception and the guy from the gym/spa who was always smiling. It seemed like everyone in the house knew my name and always called me by name, just amazing! Also when my friend arrived in the second night, everything went very smooth. The only thing I didn`t like so much, is that there was no cozy place to smoke a cigarette (which I know now is normal on the Philippines) and they recommended me the big, very cold (because of AC) and crowded ******, but soon I found out that it is also allowed in a backstage area at the pool. There was a great buffet dinner on the first night with cooking stations and a great variation. For me personally it was just too much, but the food was good! Also for breakfast there was a great variation and the waiters were all great! After our trip through the Philippines I came back to the Sheraton 3 weeks later and Jared immediately recognized me at the reception. On my way to the airport in Siargao Island to Manila I got very wet because of the rain and all my stuff and the backpack was totally wet, but Jared and the Concierge Services helped me so much and put all my stuff nicely in front of a blower to let it dry over night, so that I won`t get sick on the long flight back home. I was so happy and thankful about it! My stay was in february and march 2020 shortly before corona was a big topic. But I still talk about my stay sometimes to friends because it was just amazing and I would definately recommend it! Thanks again to all the kind staff! Take care of you and all the best during theses difficult times!"
"Stayed here for my daughter’s birthday. Given the restrictions of this pandemic Sheraton made us feel well taken cared off. The room was extra clean, you can see and smell that it was neatly sanitized making sure that we feel homey and worry free, all our request’s was granted such as extra pillows and towels that means a lot for they made us feel that they do care to our needs. Staff’s are extra friendly and always on top. Pat from the reception was welcoming as well as Leon (or leo) the Manager was very helpful and kind to bring us to our room and made sure to let us know that he is there when we need anything. Glen from housekeeping was a star! Always on top of our needs, very friendly, welcoming, happy and always smilling staff! Staying for 4 nights felt so fast that we are really looking forward to come back again not only to have this kind of service and facilities but also experience this 5 star treatment from everyone! Goodjob!!"
"Excellent stay at the Sheraton Manila. Experienced the quintessential 'creme de la crop' treatment that I've come to expect from Sheraton brand hotels - overly attentive staff, wonderful rooms, pristine & spotless facilities + amenities. Felt the 'personal touch' a bit more than usual during this stay, which I greatly appreciated - the hotel staff (Macy in particular) checked in continuously during our stay and even introduced me to the Director of Operations as a courtesy. Had a wonderful & very relaxing 'staycation' - many thanks to the Sheraton Manila Team for making this possible."

"1. Keep it in the bathroom, used towels, and when cleaning the room! 2. There are only 4 coffees in the room. After drinking 4 coffees, the fifth one is charged! There was no advance notice when checking in at the hotel, beverages charged in the room, snacks included in the list, and no charge was stated. When I stayed for 9 nights, I drank 4 cups of coffee, and when I needed coffee, I said that I would be charged! (Not 4 coffees a day) there are only 4 coffees in total! !! I don't know how many hotels, especially five-star hotels, coffee in the room, 9 nights, only give you 4 coffees in total? ? Is there anything wrong! It's too bad!"
"It's always used when traveling to Manila, Philippines and everyone is happy. It's just located in BGC, where prices are very expensive. Many of the shopping malls in the nearby UpTown Mall are also the best. The hotel itself is really good."
"The price / performance ratio is higher than BGC Shangri-La. The rooms facing the lake have a good view. The swimming pool feels like a vacation. I will stay next time. Gym is not as good as Shangri-La"

"We had a spacious, clean family flat with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room and all the amenities. Bathrooms were clean and luxurious. There is a great infinity pool on the 3'ed floor with an amazing view of Manila skyline. The concierge service was super helpful in organizing our trip to Taal volcano. Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from and great service. Every staff member we interacted with showed great respect and excellent service."
"The surroundings of the hotel are very nice. The beach is very fine. The sand is very clear. The seawater can be picked up for three days. I feel that the cleaning is not clean enough every day. You can also book two for free. One of them can be upgraded to a luxury room for free, but the hotel itself has a good dinner. Every night there is a buffet dinner of 1300 pesos per person. It's quite rich and has barbecued seafood. And singing and dancing"
"The room was good except the beds were a little ugly and the curtains were a bit ugly. The bed in the twin room is 1 square meter. Breakfast was average. Love the hotel's pool, the water is warm. So take your child to swim without fear of being cold. Going to the pool and going to Manila will stay at this hotel. And Valentine's Day Hotel also sent a special chocolate to the room."

"the location is good near malls and restaurants and also mrt station is walking distance.we went in the hotel very early because of the time i arrive and lucky because they allowed us early checked this really helped because i have kid and we are tired.everything is fine the rooms is fine too but first they dont have hot water so we call for assistant they check it done and everythings fine .i will check in this hotel again and also love the location."
"Breakfast was good many choices and the lady from the pantry she was extremely exceptional (Aiza ). The thing we don’t like is that two days before checking out somebody opened our luggage, this situation was reported at the front desk and security. Breakfast was good lots of choices, and lady at the pantry (Aiza) was extremely exceptional."
"Every time you come to Manila to stay at the hotel, because the hotel is in a good location, and the rooms are large and comfortable, the proximity to large shopping malls, most restaurants are nearby, the hotel is fully equipped, with swimming pool and fitness room. There is also a well-known Thai restaurant with delicious food. Sincerely recommend visitors to stay at this hotel!"
