It's a ”okay” hotel with everything you need for a stay. The balcony is a nice addition, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything is perfect! For an excellent value, I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Spacious and very clean rooms, all brand new. I am very satisfied. The staff are very helpful. Holy breakfast. This makes me want to stay longer.

The room has been served in the restaurant, but it was unfortunately not a good experience. I was now in the restaurant for dinner that without warning the guests is being served a buffet and as I had no healthy protein options (served chicken cows with skin and quite fat and strogonoff meat) I asked a dish there Fish Card and I asked the manager to explain my condition and a official asked me to look for him outside. Of course I didn't go and I could talk to a supervisor, Peter explaining my need for a healthy food, he tried again and the boss denied my request. I argued that there was a card and that there was no warning to guests that would be prevented at any time from making the request, but it was still denied. I don't come back and I don't recommend. How can a place that you service treat your customers like this? I am surprised by this kind of treatment in ACcor network.

The accommodation has been suited to the needs, good room service, however, there are no items inside the fridge, and it is necessary to go down the reception every time to get some water or something else. I asked for the Laundry service and had problems with a screwed clothing, in that case the hotel had no answer and did not know what to do. I am still waiting for the NF and also for the refund of the damaged clothing.

Hotel is ok for maybe a night or so... but 10 days was too much.. a lot of things just aren't great. First day after long flight ordered salmon and it was sufficiently under cooked that i stopped eating... so wanted them to pick it up and called 3 times and told front desk one and still no one got it until next morning. Gym is big but dilapidated with little variety in equipment and some of what's there is broke. Sleeping isn't great as portable air conditioner is loud, bed is hard and doors of other rooms slam shut. I thought neighbour was being rude late at night but that's just how it is. Soap is cheap and so i bought a bar and there are few drawers to keep clothes. Had laundry done with best shirt for final meeting with client... and they popped a button.. worse they don't tell me si spent whole day holding my shirt together. Location is convenient but there just are better options

The hotel location is great in Alphaville, next to Alphaville Commerical where there are many shops and restaurants. The hotel room itself is clean and tidy. The only area where the room is sub par is the washroom. It was clean, but is dated and could use a refreshing. The fitness center is good, and the breakfast is good too. For the price paid, it is excellent value.

The room is relatively simple, and the space is limited to development. The light on the computer desk is very dazzling at night and the location is unreasonable, and the bedside switch is a switch. It is very inconvenient to switch the light at the entrance. Once the room light is turned off, the bedside lamp cannot be used. There is room hygiene without telling the front desk that it will not be cleaned and replaced. Yes, the price is still more suitable, that is, there are too many cultural differences on the street at night. It is not suitable for sleeping in the morning and night. The deepest thing about sleeping in the morning is that the exhaust sound is suddenly coming from the street. Overall, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Thermi, the front desk lady, was fluent in English and warm and friendly. She also upgraded me to the highest floor, 13th floor. The room is large and the view is first-rate, especially watching the sunset. The beauty is moving.
This hotel is generally five or six hundred and one nights. But I picked up a leak that day, more than two hundred. Great value.
The downside is that the gym is rudimentary and the treadmill seems to be faulty.

It is a good hotel with a good location. Clean room and modest morning coffee. Some countries, cakes, mexed eggs, hairdryer and cheese, some cut fruits, cheese, coffee, milk and chocolate. One night I had trouble sleeping because of noises in the corridor and opening and closed the door, and the walls of the dry walls make a lot of noise pass.

I go to São Paulo every month for my graduation, among several hotels the go in presented a good cost benefit with fat breakfast and what made me choose to always return to him: maleable. Travel times to return to the bh are always from 20h to 21h p.m., so I booked 1/2 daily to rest and leave the hotel around 19h. This time I came with a companion, who commented that the reception was extremely rude with him when he went pay the half-day. When I asked if, as every other time I could stay a little over time (I paid a day average and would stay 7h) the receptionist refused, said that could not, I asked if I could stay at least until 18:20, The same was extremely rude and said we would stay until 18h and asked what number of the room. While we were in the room a cocktailer hit, asking for us to call at the reception because our time had expired (it was 15h), I had to go down, explain again to the same receptionist saying I paid the half-day, and he was always big. Every month I come to sp and, wearable hotels that allow me to stay 30min to more make every difference since this gives me the greatest safety to get closer to the bus starting time, staying less time on the road, extremly dangerous place.

Hotel very well located, good cost benefit . Payment parking, but within the hotel. Excellent service at Checkin. Negative point. The area is moved and there is a lot of traffic noise . Not necessary to install noise-free windows .
