Very accommodating, amazing customer service, amenities that make it just short of ”boutique”. The room was sleek and recently updated, the furnishings felt luxe and very current. The linens, bed and pillows were all 4 star. We loved the Freshwater Tavern and the on site Biggby. Only thing that could have made it better was if we had got a room that faced the lake, that view is stunning. We will definitely stay again!

My wife and I stayed 2 nights. When we arrived, the front desk staff was friendly but also a bit frustrated because we had used a booking agency and none of the critical information, including credit card, had actually come through. Once we overcame that hurdle, we went to our room - it had about the right amount of space, but it smelled like cherry cigars. The staff checked other rooms and found one without the smell. The rook was OK, but the bathtub faucet dripped constantly (a drip every second) and you could see black mold. Other areas-bathroom sink, heater baseboard were covered with rust. During our brief stay, there was no housekeeping service. The good news-the place was clean and was quiet.
