The hotel is actually a bit old.
I booked the cheapest room at the beginning. If you see that there is no large bathtub in the bedroom according to Ctrip, you probably shouldn’t choose it.
The reasons are as follows:
1. Not in the main building, but in the spa building.
2. The floor is low and the light is not good.
3. You have to go to the main building for breakfast, although it is not far away. But the experience is not good.
After staying for the first night, I changed the room the next day and said it was an upgrade. The upgrade fee given by the front desk was about RMB 3,000. Here I would like to praise Ctrip's online customer service, communicated directly to return the original room, and re-booked a better suite.
After all, we are not short of these hundreds or thousands. The difference in experience is huge!
Thank you customer service!

Chicken and pad thai room service is a great Banya Tree. Great view and
There are two shower booths where you can use the spacious private spa steam shower.
The bed is very soft, so if you pass out for a while, you will pass out without realizing that time has passed.
If you do not know or need anything, please ask the front manager
You help me in the best way
Leave a good memory and take a good rest!

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, they really make you feel like home at the hotel. The housekeeping attendant is meticulous, with high attention to details in her work and keep the room clean to the highest standard, never seen this in any of the other top rated hotels. Important to mention that both current and past Chinese leaders stayed in this establishment during their various visits to Korea.
The services in this hotel are just top of the class.

Amazing hotel service was excellent the buffet breakfast was extraordinary they even have abalone, it feels like a luxury hotel except the entrance to the mall was a bit strange u have to push a few doors go out side and go back in, and also i think this is a rather new hotel or the uber location is something wrong they always drop us off a block away until we got an address card from the concierge

Convenient location right next to the Hyundai Seoul mall. Connected to the Yeouido metro station with a short walk. Limited vegetarian options for lounge offerings. Pretty good view of the Han River if you manage to get a high floor room. Breakfast options at the main restaurant is good, staffs are helpful. Not too sure it's the piping but the toilet has a stale water smell.

The location is convenient, near Jonggak Station Exit 12
There are Qiao Cun Fried Chicken, 31 Ice Cream, etc. nearby.
The room is big enough to accommodate 4 large luggages and has space to move around.
The only drawback is that the shower glass is not water-proof, so the entire bathroom floor will be filled with water.

Very convenient located. Less than 100 steps to jonggak Station exit 12. Starbucks and olive Young just downstairs. BHC walking distance. Eateries open till late. Convenience shops all downstairs.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Excellent service. I had my foot ripped off and need an adhesive tape. I made the request at Room Chat and they sent me within 5 minutes. On another occasion, we need to go Sanchon for dinner appointment but couldn’t be able to get any urber or taxi on apps, so we tried to ask hotel front desk. Their staff arranged taxi for us within 10 minutes. Highly commendable for their efficiency and “can-do” attitude!
The only setback is breakfast only serves until 10:30am. Would be great if all day breakfast is available as leisure travellers do not have tight schedule and tend to wake up late.

There are many kinds of breakfast, the room is very comfortable, and there is plenty of mineral water. The only shortcoming is that you need to find it when you want to go to the hotel from the bus station, but you won't get lost.

Facilities are great, located at Shinsegae shopping mall. Room had a nice city view and all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Location is not as good as Four Points Sheraton in terms of being more in the heart of Gangnam, but that's a 4 star hotel.

Conrad Seoul is located in the Yeouido area near the Han River and IFC Mall. It was a luxurious stay and the service was generally pleasant, with above average lounge offerings. The biggest disappointment was that they don’t give out Conrad bears and ducks and instead sell them at the gift shop, which comes across as a little stingy.
- Dazel
The bed comfort is average and the service is cold
WiFi is chargeable and very slow
It’s a big gym, convenient for shopping, and close to Gimpo

Seoul has a humid continental climate which means four distinct seasons. The months in Spring (March to May) and Fall (September to November) are great times to explore Seoul due to the mild weather during these periods. In addition, March to May is when the Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom. If you don’t mind the cold, Seoul can be a winter wonderland as many visitors come just to experience the snow. Summer (June to August) is hot, humid, and full of tourists. Also, the months of May to September see a lot of rain (rainy season), with July being the wettest month.Seoul is a year-round destination as each of its seasons caters to visitors’ different needs. Spring is considered the Should Season even though it is the most beautiful period with pleasant weather. While the crowds aren't as thick as the summer season, Seoul's many springtime visitors can limit your lodging options. Winter months are chilly with January being the coldest as temperatures often dropping below -10 °C (14 °F). Even with tourists coming to enjoy the skiing facilities and the snow, hotels prices and airfare do drop dramatically. But remember to avoid the Lunar New Year period, as you’ll encounter extreme crowds and price hikes.
