Kind staff that speak many language, let you know all the details about accessing the building after hours, amenities, and answer questions about the area. Also, this is very close to the train station (Stuttgart Hbf), so you will hear city noises at most times of the day/night. -They even provided ear plugs to help ”quiet” your stay. :) Simple stay, few amenities, but just enough for a quick stay or business-related trip.
