"My wife, daughter and I just spent this weekend at the Four Seasons Philadelphia and had the most amazing time. We've stayed at the Four Seasons Malibu for a wedding and at the Four Seasons in Tanzania for our honeymoon and the Philadelphia Four Seasons "takes the cake". Even during Covid, we felt safe the entire time as Four Seasons is taking Covid and precautionary measures extremely seriously. The accommodations were amazing (we stayed in the Landmarks Suite) and the "little touches" that were done for our daughter's stay were incredible (Snacks, Bottle Warmer, Diaper Pail, plush toys). Candidly, besides the accommodations, the service is where we were reminded as to why we love staying at the Four Seasons. Siham, the Assistant Guest Services Manager, was incredible and attentive and embodies the Four Seasons spirit of Service. Our daughter took an incredible liking to her and I truly believe it's because of Siham's warm and caring personality. We were so happy that we were able to say bye to Siham while waiting for our car and she wished us well with a goodie to go box. To some , these little touches may not be a big deal, "hey you paid for the room, the least they can do is X", however, it transcends the material things and it's the best and highest level of service offered anywhere. The infinity pool on the 57th floor is AMAZING. We regretted only going to the pool on our last day, as our daughter absolutely loved it. We look forward to staying again at the Four Seasons and look forward to coming back."
"I overall had a lovely experience at the spa here. My massage was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed sitting in the relaxation room afterward, as well. There are a few things that bump my review down a star. During COVID, the steam room/sauna are closed which of course I understood. However, the infinity pool (and gym) remain off limits for spa customers unless they are hotel guests and the prices are the same. I would hope that at this price level there would be more consideration when removing amenities. There were a few hiccups during my visit. The hot water wouldn’t work in the shower. In addition, another guest in the relaxation room had several loud phone conversations on speakerphone (though the hotel staff did eventually intervene). Not dealbreakers- but with a Four Seasons experience I would have expected a discount or at least a small extra complimentary offer in exchange."
"If luxurious hotels is what you live for then this is for you. If DETAIL is what you’re all about then look no further. - comfortable bed with good support (not the ones that caves in from everyone else before you who slept there). - exceptional floor to ceiling window views - order room service, spa service, amenities with an iPad - Guerlain toiletries - electric curtains - white noise machine - Bose speakers - big big tv that rotates - above all, SERVICE. Well Bc you paid for it, and this place makes you feel WELL CARED FOR. PS: the infinity pool is where you need to be"

"My boyfriend and his son and I took a trip this past week to Philadelphia on a culinary and cultural eating adventure. We were absolutely blown away by our stay at the Rittenhouse Hotel. From the moment we drove up to the hotel we were greeted with warm and friendly professional staff from the valet to doormen and bell staff! It just got better and better from there. We were welcomed by a lovely front desk staff. Mike the bellmen and 2 very lovely young women at the desk... my apologies for not remembering your names! These young women we’re knowledgeable about the city and fun attractions and best ways to get around the city. The lobby is grand there is a lite and pleasant aroma wafting throughout the hotel! Attention to details and apparent from the moment you arrive to the front door through the entire property. Our 2 bedroom suite was opulent and chic. The room was perfectly appointed and immaculate, with all proper amenities large kitchen beautiful bathrooms over the top TV’s and over the top shower. All while offering sweeping views of Rittenhouse Square Park from every room.Illy coffee machine and a special amenity of cheese board with wine and local Philly beers rounded out our suite! Our stay continue with a lovely breakfast at the hotel restaurant LaCoix. Bright sunny and welcoming the gentlemen welcome us at the host stand and escorted us to a lovely corner table. The service was top notch our server Tatiana was eloquent and well versed in regards to the menu. The blue crab avocado toast is to die for! Michael our server on day 2 was attentive and funny! The buffet offers at breakfast in addition to the al la carte menu was delicious. Homemade pastries and nibbles that leaves you wanting for nothing. We had cocktails at Scarpetta and a few nibbles to start one of our nights off. Try the handcrafted Old Fashioned it was delicious, staff was A+. Now onto the spa and pool. Mind blown the saltwater pool is heaven! The ladies locker rooms and work out room are very clean and well... spa like. Every type of machine is there to keep you feeling health from a fully appointed Pilates machine and Pellaton bikes. The steam room and sauna are beautiful the steam room boasts a constant flow of eucalyptus aroma therapy scent burst. The staff at the sap were friendly and very knowledgeable and not to mention incredibly good looking. I cannot say enough good things about this property. I myself am in the hospitality and food service industry as well as my partner and his son! I can say with utmost confidence I’ll stay here time and time again! Not only just because of the hotel itself but because of the STAFF and management! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We can not wait to cone back."
"Outstanding customer service and the groups and meetings personnel are top-notch. I have worked with hotels to plan events for smaller groups for over 16 years; and to date, my experience with the Rittenhouse is hard to beat and we have not even held the event yet. Prior to contacting the Rittenhouse I contacted the Four Seasons at Comcast Center and had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. From my very first communications, everything with the Rittenhouse has been positive. The site visit was very positive. We found all staff members to be extremely friendly, professional and accomodating. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The spa and fitness area has a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered room service because it was super bowl weekend. The food and service exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, due to the panic over the coronavirus, we felt pressured to postpone the event which was to be held in less than 2 weeks. Yes, most merchants are making exceptions under the circumstances; however, The Rittenhouse responded within moments of my e-mail to them regarding our need to postpone and were very understanding. Immediately I received cancellation confirmations for all reservations, spa appointments and events onsite, and 100% refunds for all deposits. As soon as the world returns to normal, we will be rebooking our event at the Rittenhouse for sure!"
"When our big 10th anniversary trip to Hawaii got cancelled due to current events, we decided to just stay local for a couple nights. The Rittenhouse Hotel provided a 5 star experience that really exceeded our expectations. We valeted the car, we were upgraded to a park view suite, and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne. It was excellent. The room was incredible. Everything was up to date. Truly classy. Our suite had 2 bathrooms, something I have never seen before. It makes life as a couple even easier. We ordered room service, watched Netflix, and truly relaxed. I had the in house florist deliver flowers to the room for my wife each day, it could not have been easier. We had a beautiful view of the park. Really enjoyed drinking coffee and enjoying the view in the morning. The area around the hotel and park was great for walking, coffee, and food. So close to center city, yet just far enough away. We can not say enough good things about our experience. If you are looking for class, romance, or a genuine 5 star Philadelphia experience, this is the place. Thank you so much for providing us with such an excellence experience. We will highly recommend The Rittenhouse Hotel and look forward to returning. The high rating and accolades are very well deserved. No aspect of our visit disappointed. Thank you."
