Radisson is a great place to stay. Fast and easy Check- in , they will gave you 2 cards for doors and elevators. we also paid the tourist or visitors tax good for 3 days stay. The Room has a King size Bed with separate pillows and blanket. The view of the Sea is so stunning, specially during sunset. They also have Sauna , Infinity Pool accessible from 10am to 10pm at 14th Floor. Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am. And Aquapark at the -1 Floor also has 4 Jakozi but only free for 1 hour and the following has 50% discount. overall was fun and hussle free staycation the staff are very nice and accommodating to the Guest's request. We'll be coming back for sure

In July 2021, I was a second guest at the emperor's courtyard for 6 nights. It is positive to note that even after the change of operator the great staff that already enthusiasted me at maritime times has been taken over. You just have to say: From check-in to breakfast, dinner and bar to massage, almost inconceivable friendly staff, always polite, always pre-coming - a very big plus of this hotel. So was also a nice surprise to my birthday in the room, which I was very happy about! The room was a Classic Plus room to the sea side. The 90s' decoration/charme, but very clean and a great bed in which I have been very well sleeping. In the Classic Plus rooms you can have more or less luck - some have a great view of the sea, others have to shake your head something so the hotel description ”is located on the sea side” definitely their correctness. Pool and beds are good, especially if one on the beach may have become something too full. Remain to keep: If the price is true, I would come back immediately - so was also the summer plan for 2022 ! And there is then the hook: I had booked a special price last year (about € 160 per night with breakfast) on the hotel website in the high season. In summer 2022, the same room is now called € 262 - and here I have to say that the price performance ratio (”hardware” = ＞ 90-style rooms without air conditioning, (if applicable, limit view) may no longer be provided (at all understanding of Corona, supply and demand, etc.)

This is the 2 time that ma wife and I have visited the ”Hamilton” Hotel. We were there to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel room was very comfortable and all the staff were super helpful. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to ”Katja” on the reception, who organised flowers and a table for me prior to our arrival in the hotel. Throughout our stay Katja was always there to answer any queries as well as all the other staff. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ”Hamilton” (although due to Illnes of some hotel staff etc, not all activities were able to be fulfilled). If I had one thing to change in the hotel it would be the chairs in the ”Salzgrotte” they are a little bit uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel ”Hamilton” to anyone who visits Swinemuende, it was a great stay. Thank you all once again for making my wife's and my stay super.

We booked the hotel online at Check24. The hotel is close to the city centre. (10 minutes walk). The beach is about 15-20 min walk. The hotel is modern and the rooms are conveniently furnished. We had a standard double room. The room was also modernly furnished. Unfortunately there is no barrier to stack things only 4 sheets. Not suitable for a long stay. Breakfast was good and as standardized in most hotel chains. The rooms in the breakfast room are too little when full coating. Waiting times are not to be avoided. Overall the hotel is recommended. The only thing that personally disturbed me was the non-compliance with Corona rules on masks duty. Although paintings were all over and I believe they still apply in Poland. More than half of all guests did not wear a mask, especially at the buffet, that wasn't all right. And the staff did not do anything. Damn. I found strange also the arrangement that I had to tell at the reception if my room was to be cleaned. For example, in other hotels there is a ticket for the bar if you don't let the room clean.

Wir waren 1 Woche im Kaisers Garten. Dieses Hotel ist einfach nur schrecklich, nur dass das Frühstück, das bis 11 Uhr möglich ist, war gut. Mit über 30 Jahren Berufserfahrung als Flugbegleiterin und mit jährlich über 120 Hotelübernachtungen weltweit ,habe ich noch nie so einen schlechten Service und Unfreundlichkeit erlebt. Nur eine Mitarbeiterin beim Einchecken war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Paket , Wasser auf's Zimmer, Bademantel ohne Kosten, Teilmassage und 5 mal Gymnastik mitgebucht. Es wurde 3 mal Wassergymnastik um 8 Uhr angeboten, die wir wegen der frühen Zeit nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Bei der Frage, ob es auch andere Termine für die Gymnastik gäbe, wurde ich nur angeschnauzt, 8 Uhr oder gar nicht. Das Wasser und den Bademantel mussten wir erbetteln und bei der bereits bezahlten Teilmassage sollten wir zahlen, besonders das Personal an der Spa Rezeption ist unfreundlich und hat das Wort Service noch nie gehört. Letztendlich haben wir auf die bezahlte Massage verzichtet, mein Lebenspartner hat an keiner Behandlung auf Grund des Personals teilgenommen. Die Zimmer sind okay, es sei denn, der Fahrstuhl liegt gegenüber, sowie es in unserem Fall der Fall war. Laute Gespräche vor dem Fahrstuhl ab 07.00 Uhr morgens und bis spät in die Nacht. An Ruhe nicht zu denken. Der Speisesaal gleich einer Kabine aus den 90 Jahren und das Essen war auch nicht besonders, nach 2 Tagen haben wir uns entschieden, ausserhalb Essen zu gehen. Natürlich kann man für den günstigen Reisepreis auch nicht viel mehr erwarten, aber das Personal könnte auch im Speisesaal freundlicher sein. Die Behandlungen sind lächerlich und der Spa Bereich fürchterlich, alt und auch nicht ganz sauber. Saunabesuch ist nur mit Badesachen möglich, was sehr unhygienisch ist, da andere Gäste nach dem Saunabesuch direkt in den Pool gehen. Dieses Hotel können wir auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen, es seid denn, man stellt absolut keine Ansprüche oder man kann sich kein besseres Hotel leisten, denn der Urlaubsort Swinemünde ist sehr schön. Was wir aus dieser Woche gelernt haben, nie wieder ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse, denn alles im Kaisers Garten ist billig und schlecht.
