Will and Joshua at the concierge, front desk was phenomenal with their customer service. One of the reasons I stay here is because of the customer service and the quality of the rooms. For example, Joshua went out of his way to show me where to find the vending machine, and he previously filled my bucket with ice. I’ve stayed in hotels from Egypt to London and never had no one to fill my ice bucket. On of the rooms AC was a little noisy that normal and so Will was able to change out the room in a matter of minutes. Love the decor of the hotel, very modern. It's like a warm home. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so it's very convenient to travel

We have stayed at the Chicago Westin Lombard on several occasions so my husband can attend the Windy City Pulp Convention. This year, I also visited Lilacia Park. The staff at the front desk ( Girardo and others) are always friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The bellhop, Charles, is so great! The hotel smells wonderful, is clean, pleasant, and a great value for Bonvoy Marriott members! It is located at the Yorktown Center, where there is shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.we look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.

The hotel is very old. There are few floors in hotels in the north and many rooms on each floor, so you have to walk a long way to get to the floor. The room was very clean and cleaned in a timely manner.

I love this hotel. What makes this hotel fantastic is the employees. Sam at the front desk was extremely helpful, but actually everyone that works at the hotel is great. The breakfast is fantastic especially the eggs. I had an egg white omelette with a lot of fresh vegetables. The service was great also! The rooms are very nice and spacious.

The price is very high, the surrounding environment is good, the room is big enough. The facilities in the various rooms are very good, the reception staff is also very enthusiastic, a little farther away from the city, traffic is more convenient when driving.

It is not very good, and business travel is recommended. The hotel’s Christmas setting has a snack, and a carriage ride around the hotel, unlike other hotels that have a whole tree. The most comfortable place is that you can easily see large forests and Illinois skylines by the window, beautiful!
