Top 10 Grand Ballon Hotels

Lovely hotel with friendly welcoming staff. We had two nights stay and were offered to upgrade our room into the main part of the hotel for a small additional charge which was appreciated and very nice. The views over the hills and vineyards were wonderful and the garden area with fountain and outside seating was charming. It had a very relaxed feel overall, a real holiday getaway, and the pool was perfect at the end of a hot day. If you want everything modern this won't be for you but if you want to stay in a historic chateau right in the heart of beautiful Alsatian vineyards you won't be disappointed. We will definitely come back again.

Very well located. In front of the station, beautiful view of the channel. Cool and diverse breakfast. Great breakfast room to enjoy the view of the channel. Great room with large bed and pleasant bathroom, shirt. Bemol I asked for new towels, the lady (probably overfused, too much work) put the towels on the ground while I went back to put a bag in the room. Moreover, having booked via the trip platform, the host had not known that everything was settled so careful to you, look well on your application what you have already paid with confirmation mail to support.

Un excellent séjour en amoureux ! Un accueil juste au top ! Une maîtresse des lieux au grand coeur ! Un lieu chargé d'histoire, magnifique et romantique... Une décoration qui inspire un voyage hors du temps ... Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la beauté du salon, ses peintures murales de plafond, statuettes, tapisseries, tableaux... Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une salle magnifique, sous forme de buffet à volonté. C'est frais, le pain est chaud, les viennoiseries aussi... Il y a un grand choix de confiture et pâte à tartiner pour faire plaisir a tout les goûts, des fruits frais, charcuteries, oeufs, laitages, fromages, céréales, gâteaux et spécialités.... Le dîner est pris dans une jolie salle décoré dans le style de ce joli manoir. Nous avons dégusté avec plaisir le repas servis avec raffinement, argenterie et chandelles. Les aliments sont frais et préparés avec amour, les parfums sont au RDV, l'assiette est très joliement servie. Notre chambre n'étais pas forcément très grande, mais Cosi, propre et très agréable, avec une grande salle de bain et baignoire. La literie est bonne ce qui nous a permis un repos très réparateur. C'est amusant de lire que les chambres ont accueilli pour certaines : le maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, Fausto coppi, François Truffaut, Pierre Richard, Smaïn, Eric et Ramzy....etc.
