Well, I was told by the concierge that was a 5-star hotel! Here is a list of the items that happened to me during my stay:
1. No toothbrush, no toothpaste
2. No slippers
3. No cotton swabs
4. They forgot to give me the breakfast voucher
5. I was served eggs and bacon which I didn’t order
In my opinion, this hotel could qualify for a 3-star rating, no more!

It is very convenient to eat and shop around. The hotel is very new. It is also very quiet. 20 minutes from the city. The bathroom door design is a bit inconvenient. Overall feels good.

The room was appropriate for the level of hotel, nothing exceptional. The fitness facility was very nice. However, the dining options were very disappointing. I find it irritating that there are vegan options, which is a lifestyle choice, but no gluten free options, which is an actual allergy. The best part, when I ask both of the fellows minding the bistro if he can get me the burrito and just dump it on a plate before he heats it up, (so the tortilla doesn't stick) he tells me it comes pre-made. I'm not sure what that has to do with his physical ability to shake a frozen tube of eggmixture out of a tortilla shell? Marsha (overnight manager type) tried really hard to help me out. She caught me the 2nd morning trying to find something i could eat without dying and did the burrito thing for me,. I just don't understand why there's not some kind of gluten free option? Like a frozen package of gluten free English muffins in the back you can swap for the extant English muffin breakfast sandwich. It's not like the frozen bread has a2 day shelf life, it lasts for months...

Checked in Sunday night - was told room would be cleaned every other day. Tuesday - no service. Wednesday - no service. Complained to front desk on Wednesday evening - no apologies, just a ”I'll make sure they clean it tomorrow” Aside from the housekeeping issue, there were several other little annoyances. Toilet - had to hold the handle down until the water flushed fully out of the toilet bowl. Otherwise it wouldn't flush. Shower - the diverter to switch between tub and shower was so hard to move I thought the faucet would break. Had to leave it up. Both room keys stopped working my 2nd night - had to get the front desk to re-program them. Requested mobile key access - had to actually put my phone up against the door for it to work. On the plus side, it was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in, in a very very long time. But overall, this hotel needs to step it up to the level of quality travelers would expect from Marriott.

The hall is renovated and paved, but fortunately the room has no impact, and the standard is unified with other holidayinn.

This hotel is not ready to receive guests. There isn't any alternative in the vicinity, but it is definitely overpriced for what you get. They had so many problems during our 4 nights stay. Sink fell down as in the picture. Rooms still smelled like construction. Our next door flooded. The shower drain wouldn't drain. The switch to showerhead would spray water in all directions. Their actual pool is completely different from the picture provided by the management.
With all these issues.... Didn't get anyl response even from the IHG corporate. Will use Hilton or Marriott chains as I've always done.

My room 507 when I walked in first off there was a strong sour sponge odor. I figured I could remedy it since it was giving me problems with the mildew/mold smell. Bought Lysol and bleach and cleaned the filters and the metal fins that I could expose. Took away half of the odor. I kept working on it over 3 days thinking it would get better. Not so much. I may could have contacted the staff for another room but I did not have the will power to move all of my things into what may have not been a better room. *I really would have like a complimentary basic breakfast! Instead I got charged almost $10 for a continental (fruit, yogurt, juice). **Trying Fairfield Inn next time.

In town for a soccer tournament and needed a quiet comfortable place to stay. Clean, quiet, amazing staff! Would definitely stay here again! Only down fall was the size of the pool with the amount of kids in the area!

Reviews From Real Travelers
We booked a room with two beds. When we checked in we were told they were overbooked, but they could ”upgrade” us to a king suite with a pullout sofa bed. The only option was to take this upgrade or search for another hotel at 10pm. A king suite with a pull out sofa bed is NOT an upgrade. The teenage boys were too long for the tiny sofa bed. When you have two adults and two large teenage boys, you need the room you booked! The sofa bed was terrible. Entire bed was on an angle. The ledge of the sofa made it feel like there was a bar 18” from top of mattress. It was a worn down 2” foam ”mattress”. Absolute worst night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel in my life. My neck and back hurt for days. Hampton Inn should be ashamed of what they have provided their customers. To be clear, this is not the result of anyone who worked the front desk at check-in or check-out. They did not overbooked the room, and they apologized when I brought this to their attention in the morning. This is Hampton Inn who overbooked and failed their customers. Hampton Inn provided a subpar sofa bed. So, Hampton Inn, check out the sofa bed in room 603. Stay for a night or a nap, then let me know what you think...

This is our favorite hotel to stay when visiting family in Alpharetta. Very clean, friendly and professional staff, and the cookies are always a nice touch! I rarely eat breakfast but my husband enjoys the breakfast selection. We are both big coffee drinkers and appreciate the hot coffee available in the lobby with the free newspaper.
