Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. The hotel is very good, with complete facilities, warm service, and feels like at home. The room orientation was arranged according to the requirements, and the room was also actively upgraded. During May 1st, arrange free hotel car pick-up and drop-off to the main attractions, which is very considerate. The geographical position is superior, close to Wanda Plaza, very convenient for shopping and eating. I have never reviewed it before. This is the first time. It is indeed very good. Recommend to friends who come to Nanchang to stay.

The room is exquisite and clean, and there are tables and chairs, which are very convenient for reading and writing. There is a small sofa next to the bed, where you can take a rest. I ordered takeout once in the evening and it was delivered by a robot (๑˙ー˙๑). Opposite the hotel is a flat and open grassland, surrounded by a variety of small shops. All in all, my stay this time was very comfortable. I will choose this hotel again if I come back next time.

Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

A very good stay experience: the hotel is in an excellent location, convenient parking, adjacent to the Ferris wheel, 10 minutes walk to Vientiane City, new room facilities, quiet, breakfast on the third floor is also rich and varied. The hotel carefully arranged non-smoking rooms in advance, and Huang Qi at the front desk was professional and enthusiastic when checking in and checking out.
