Pros - Central Old Town Hotel - Very Clean - Warm - Excellent Customer Service - this cannot be highlighted enough. The staff were the best thing about the hotel. Anything they could help us with was done pleasantly, and with a 'Happy to help' attitude. Anything they couldn't help us with (no uk/EU adaptor), when we came back to the hotel later that day, they had found one for us. They ordered us taxis, recharged our phones for us after we had checked out, printed route on map, etc. A++ for Customer Service. -Breakfast, was delicious and hearty. Some healthy options - salatka, salad, ham, tomatoe, cheeses, fruit salad but also hot sausage, and warm sweet cream-cheese pancakes. Croissants, bread rolls, rye bread, butters, jams, honey, Cereals, mueslies, yoghurt. Nice coffee machine, nice selection of teas, selection of juices. Cons - The hotel bedrooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. That's it.. There really were no 'cons'.

I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The hotel is fantastic. All was perfect from the localization (back to the cathedral), accommodation (nice room with great view and wonderful bed), tasty breakfast and helpful staff. The view from the well-kept spa is an incredible and unforgettable. However, to be an idealistic one it should be adult only or +16 (as an option spa should be open only for adults). Moreover, the spa should be open at the morning (6-11 am) and afternoon (4-11 pm). On Mon-Sat it works at 4-9 pm only.
