"The location was fantastic! Our bedroom was great and we even had a cot. This hotel it’s family friendly. Regarding our breakfast buffets they were all good with a variety of bread, cheese, hams, muffins, cookies, yogurts and juices. The beds were comfortable and a good size bathroom. Highly recommended!"
"Excellent staff. Speaks English. Good breakfast albeit a little expensive. 3 coffee shops right next door and only a 10 min walk from town. If you’re in Valladolid, it’s a great place to stay and if you don’t fancy walking a taxi costs between €4-€5 euro"
"Small hotel, good location, small but clean rooms. 10 minutes walk to the old town. Friendly staff and a great breakfast with a good selection of savoury and sweet food. Free parking available near hotel ."

"This is a very pleasant and comfortable hotel well located between the old heart of Valladolid and the train station - a short 5-7 minute walk. The only drawback with the location is the lack of eateries nearby. You really have to walk to the old quarter to eat unless, like me on my last night you can't be bothered with more walking so you eat at the hotel. The food at the hotel was perhaps unremarkable and as the sole diner, it lacked atmosphere. However, room was comfortable and spacious with a very generous bathroom. The room and the hotel generally was very quiet and had excellent block out curtains, not that they are so necessary in Spain as it doesn't get light in September until 8 am and gets dark relatively early."
"Good hotel for short stay if in Valladolid and looking for a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are elegant and sufficiently large. Our bathroom needed a bit of tlc but overall very good. The beautiful design of the halls and entrance are a delight for those who appreciate fine surroundings. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was super-friendly. Parking in the underground garage went well but can be a challenge because you only have access through a car elevator and their is little room for maneuvering. Overall a very pleasant stay."
"I enjoyed my two night stay here, the staff are amazing and the room was excellent, spacious and super comfortable. The pillows and beds are superb....the hotel is right in the centre of the city so perfect for accessing everything without driving."

"This is a beautiful hotel located in a classical building constructed probably a century ago. The hotel has all the comfort of a modern hotel and that touch of the old buildings. It has a beautiful central staircase and you may consider giving it a try, even if only to the 1st floor. It is in an excellent location, a few minutes walk to the train station and no more than 10 minutes walk to the city center. Very pleasant staff. The room was spacious, elegant, with a very comfortable bed and two balconies facing the beautiful park "Campo Grande". These are called 'room with a view". The others face an interior courtyard. It was a quiet room, even when I opened the balcony. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I did not use the bar or restaurant. I was surprise to see a good number of places to eat, American style (from hamburgers to fried chicken) within 100 meters from the hotel, not that I went to any. I will comeback to this hotel with no hesitation"
"We enjoyed this very classy hotel very much which was just used for Room Only. Sadly due to Covid cautions, it lacked 'atmosphere'. The room was large, clean and very comfortable and with very good facilities. The view from the room overlooked the main park but we were so high up we saw only the tops of the trees. No problem though. Car parking is limited and 19 euros per day. Seems expensive but was worth it on reflection. There are many restaurants and cafes within minutes of the hotel doors that are worth attending. The hotel is very close to the Town centre and other attractions. Very recommendable and only a couple of hours drive to Santander for the ferry. We would certainly return here."
"This is a really good hotel value for money and at a great location, walking distance to the Plaza Mayor. I stayed at a superior top floor room and the quality of the bed, linens and pillow was excellent. The staff was really kind and efficient. Will be back."

"We stayed here for 4 nights, it was a really lovely hotel. The hotel is very central for shops, restaurants and attractions. It is modern and spacious. Our room was spacious, spotless and quiet. It has a fridge, safe and excellent WiFi! The breakfast was excellent with an excellent variety of food, all the fruit was fresh and freshly squeezed orange juice! It had a good selection of pastries and bread. We also had lunch in the car and it was delicious and good value. You can also get coffee and drinks there, as it is a cafe open to public. Finally, it has really lovely staff! "
"A late booking meant I had to try a new hotel in the city, so had little expectations but overall well pleased. walking to Hotel easy from Campo Grande and location good for further exploring of the key ares of the city either as a tourist or for business. Rooms good quality and sleeping comfortable (even with room facing Plaza de Espana and window open), didn't use the food facilities but good overall impression will be added to my list of hotels when staying in the city."
"We stayed here for one night, whilst driving from the UK to Portugal. The hotel is centrally located and has underground parking on site. Parking is interesting, as you take the lift immediately to the side of the hotel (once you've checked in) parking spaces are tight! The hotel is clean and very pleasant, centrally.located and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We didn't eat in the hotel as there were plenty of bars and restaurants in Valladolid."

"This hotel is right off of Plaza Mayor near so many eclectic streets with food and bars - a great atmosphere! It is very near shopping, cafes, and museums. It is very easy to walk everywhere. The employees of the hotel are fantastic. We were English speaking guests and Roberto and Paloma spoke English and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensured we had a good stay in Valladolid and Spain as a whole. When we first checked in Roberto showed us a map of the city and wrote down everywhere he thought we should go visit in the city and restaurants we might like, in great detail. Paloma was so wonderful and helped us find a hotel in Madrid that wasn't even part of their chain, and called multiple hotels to ensure we got the best location and price possible. SO NICE. The only part that wasn't 100% great was that the double single bed room that we had was quite small. But it was very comfortable and as we were gone for most of the day it was no problem. Next time we are in Valladolid we will definitely be staying in this hotel."
"No better location than this just behind the Placa Major and a 15 minute walk from the train station. The welcome was outstanding from Roberto the Assistant Manager. Nothing was too much trouble. He sat us down - gave us a brief history of the town and gave an invaluable list of places to visit and eat. I have never been made to feel more welcome than one individual. He organised transport to various regional vineyards. This place makes a great base for exploring the Ribera del Duera."
"Fantastic location with parking on site. Hotel thoughtfully provided us with a map of how to access the garage as it was located in a pedestrian only area. Lovely room Great staff Only downside was the breakfast. Very annoying toaster the handle of which kept falling off making it very difficult to retrieve the toast without burning oneself. Also coffee machine temperamental. Food selection not great."

"Two day stop for a nearby convention. Hotel room looks exactly how the picture states on website. The smell was something that bothered me. I think it was smoke. Maybe stuck on walls or carpet. The hotel says it has A/C but no matter how low I turned the thermostat the room was HOT! Breakfast was a little disappointing, they do not serve fresh coffee. It comes from a machine. The hotel is close to bars, shops. One thing we learned on first day, shops close from 2-5 and bars, restaurants close for food service from 5-9. We arrived at 5 and had to wait till 9 to eat. Front reception gave us a list of restaurants and sent us walking to all locations. It would have been nice if they at least told us to wait till 9..."
"We often stay here on our way up and down Spain. Great central location, great rooms, great staff, food etc etc and very reasonably priced. Parking as well. The staff speak English and will help out if you try and speak Spanish badly. "
"The hotel is not new, however the staff and maintenance team work hard to keep the standards. The location is the best of the hotel features because it is close to the top 10 places to visit in Valladolid and also in the heart of the nightlife. "

"Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good."
"A hotel that helps a colleague make a mistake. This family was good in all aspects of the evaluation and chose this family. The hotel's been making good comments. Nice position, too! Good recommendation!"

"Better than average, so let's go with 'very good.' Centrally located to the bus (across the street) and train (a km away) stations, it qualifies as 'Zentral.' And, it lies directly at the bottom of Valladolid's Campo Grande promenade through the middle of the park, so 'Parque' works too. The neighborhood at this end of the park appears in distress compared to the other end, but the hotel is fine, and you'll feel completely safe."
"The hotel is nice and the staff were great so if your in this town for business or other reasons then I would stay here. As a tourist however, I spent two days in this town and there really wasn’t much to do or see. If you’re going to stop here you can see everything and a half a day to one day max. Compared to other places we visited I wish I had skip this place and use the days elsewhere."
"It’s In a good location. About 10-15 minute walk to the city center and only less than 5 minutes to the train station. Very clean and comfortable and good breakfast. Staff were helpful and professional. Over all very good value for money. "
