Highly recommend. Opened right before Covid. Only 40 rooms. It is a boutique hotel. It has past history and old world charm. Peacock walking around the pool What a jewl ! First floor rooms step out directly to swimming pool. On the second floor, some has room stairs go directly to swimming pool as well. The service is so good. Worth coming back.

Location is not so ideal if you wish to explore the Singapore that locals really enjoy but it is a good place to unwind, relax and get away from the busy city. Staff were really friendly and the colonial building made it felt like I was at Raffles Hotel (which is a lot more expensive). Overall, an enjoyable staycation.

Amazing experience. Staying here is obviously not cheap but if you have budget to spend, I’d say its definitely worth it. The pool was amazing and the garden view overlooking gardens by the bay was so beautiful.

Amazing experience! The room is so nice! The curtains open themselves when you enter the room! The service is impeccable! 5/5 would recommend any time of the day!

Had another amazing stay at Fullerton Bay Hotel. The room and service are amazing. Can really feel that the management's focus is in enhancing guests' experience as the staff were very well trained and rewards loyalty. I was granted a late check out without needing to request for it! There were even welcome fruits and red wine. Our only issue was the noise from the nearby pubs that probably continued on till 12 midnight. We already closed the balcony door but guess the music is simply too loud. And we could never get chromecast as the queue is very long? Would definitely come back, if my wallet allows

Room is very spacious and clean. Great surroundings for a morning or evening jog around the locality, great stay and will visit again

Reviews From Real Travelers
Second stay at MO. Service was fantastic and staff were helpful as usual, and the front office manager, Mike was constantly checking with me to see that everything was going well.  The premier suite was large and spacious, with a good view of the city, on a high floor I enjoyed the bikecation very much, it was nice and convenient, and I managed to do quite a lot of cycling throughout my 2 days at the hotel without having to rent a bike from elsewhere. One suggestion that I thought could be better was perhaps to rent the bikes out later than 7pm? Understand the hotel stops at 7pm for various reasons, but the night view at Marina Bay is amazing and it would be nice to be able to cycle around the area at night Breakfast at Melt cafe was very good in terms of spread and quality , and the service staff, especially Nancy, was just as friendly, although they were all very professional. Mary-Ann from room service was also very helpful when we were a bit unsure with usage of the switches in the suite Their christmas dinner was also fantastic, the food was fresh and tasted good, and plates were cleared timely. I also enjoyed the food at the hotel lounge, especially during evening canapés. Just take note, if you are booking a club room, that the hotel adheres to the dress code very strictly and shorts are not allowed in the lounge, which is very cosy.  I say this because some hotels do not enforce the dress code. I was caught completely off-guard and did not bring any pants. The hotel, however, was kind enough to lend me one so that I could use the lounge. Would definitely return when the price is right. Moreso if they include the bicycles in a future package. It would also be nice if they could allow us to use the bikes later than 7pm to better appreciate the city's night view (and also as a sort of 'after dinner' cycle)

Positives - Consistent Fantastic Service from all staff - Complimentary free activities such as 20 min sidecar ride, 1 hour cycling tour etc… - Fans of M.O is great ( welcome amenity (I received chocolates), and a choice of 2 added privileges such as early check in, late check out (I was given 4pm check out), room upgrade (I got upgraded from deluxe room), and others) - Huge room (55 sq metres) - Extremely comfortable bed (must be the goose down bedding) - a couple of free items in the room such as tapping tapir sparking sofas, acqua panna mineral water, huge selection of complimentary soft drinks and beer in mini bar (for club room guests), fruits - media hub - usb bedside charging - good selection of cable tv channels - able to swivel tv - attention to detail in room (hdmi and audio cables provided in room) - very comfortable executive desk chair - Bathrobes super comfortable - bath salts provided for bath tub - Diptyque toiletries were lovely - decor and layout of room was nice too Negatives - Signs of ageing (hotel going to close for 6 months to renovate in March though) hence the negatives here may no longer be an issue after the refurbishment :) - bathtub is a little small - shower area is quite cramped too - tv does not allow chrome cast - tv size could be bigger (55 inch Samsung tv) - no Nespresso machine

Birthday staycation for my girlf was perfect. Everything from staff’s coordination to their thoughtful offer. Pre-ordered the rose-petal bubble bath & arranged flower delivery through email without any hassle. Shoutout to the staff that helped us check-in, surprised that he is intuitive in communicating with me for the birthday cake delivery, even with my girlf standing near me! Besides the gorgeous view of Singapore’s skyline, we would love to revisit for the amazing service provided.

View is great, service is excellent. Room is spacious and the bathroom is large. However, the bathroom had a sewerage stench that seems to linger around the room. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Reviews From Real Travelers
We stayed here for 4 nights for business and absolutely could not fault a thing - everything was brilliantly thought out and the wonderful staff were a delight; nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has only just opened in the last week and we're sure it will become extremely popular in no time at all. The rooms are immaculately presented and very spacious, we especially enjoyed the little touches like the daily minibar and turndown service. The rain shower was HEAVEN and the beautiful COMO body wash, shampoos, etc. smelled so incredible I wanted to take them all home! Breakfast was included in our rate and was fantastic every single day. The breakfast to order was a highlight and we found there to be plenty of options to keep us satisfied over our 4 night stay. The freshly baked goods every morning are a real treat (balanced out with the delicious fresh fruit, of course). The service is a standout for this new hotel, it was exceptional in every area - everyone is very professional but also super friendly and personable. We thought this was a real point of difference and one of the many reasons we will return to this beautiful property. Every single staff member we interacted with was a delight, but special mentions to hotel staff Reina, Karl, Izhar, Kyle and of course the lovely Ivan in COMO Cuisine who we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with at breakfast every morning. We look forward to returning and checking out the pool/bar area which is nearing completion. See you again soon!

🌟 Vibes - A Refreshing Contemporary Oasis in the Heart of Orchard Road 🌟 Our four-night stay at Como Metropolitan Orchard was an unforgettable experience right in the heart of Orchard Road. We were greeted with warmth and exceptional service from the moment we arrived. ✨ Highlights - The ever-helpful Izhar, the duty manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special kudos to Xindy, whose vibrant personality truly stood out. She's a gem and a credit to your organization. 💭 Food for Thought - While our stay was fantastic, we couldn't help but feel some letdown. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with items replenished on some days but not others. Turndown service was hit or miss and lacked plate cleaning assistance. 🤝 First Impressions Matter - The doorman and bell service are vital in setting the initial tone. However, we noticed a difference in energy and enthusiasm between this team and the Front Desk staff on the 6th floor. Surprisingly, we learned about the complimentary mini-bar from a fellow guest rather than during check-in. ☕ A Café Interlude - The café experience, while not extraordinary, met our expectations for a fine establishment. The staff performed their duties diligently, but there were no standout moments. 🏨 The Nitty-Gritty - We appreciate the upgrade offered due to the various issues we encountered. Additionally, single-ply tissue was a surprise in standard, and we suggest adding hand-wash gel to the pantry area. 🌟 In Conclusion - Our first experience with Como was a pleasure. We were enticed by a promotional campaign that offered good value. We believe Como Metropolitan Orchard is a work in progress. We look forward to returning to see how it continues to build on its brand name and create distinctive experiences. We believe that Como has the potential to stand out in the future. 🌟

Reviews From Real Travelers
For the price that the guests are able to fork out for this hotel,  one might expect them to be able to behave with some decorum/manners, or at least with some social responsibility. But this was certainly not the case during my encounters with some of the guests in this hotel.  Once, I encountered someone as he came out of the lift, and i could hear him coughing along the corridor as the lift doors closed.  Please wear a mask.  On another occasion, someone entered the lift, coughing heavily inside that enclosed space.  Please wear a mask. In both cases, the guests didn't even bother to cover their mouths. Thirdly, when I was checking-in, someone simply stretched out her hand to put her card on the counter, stood there for a while, before muttering ”check-out”, and left. Perhaps i was transparent and she could not see that the receptionist was serving me. Such entitled behavior. I was somehow reminded of how a prankster handed Theresa May a P45 during her party conference in 2017.  Fourth, someone barged into the lift while I was walking out, as though assuming that it would be empty. Next, I ordered takeaway lunch at Jiang Nan Chun, and the server told me that I was using an older menu when it clearly wasn't. It just happened to be a discrepancy between the physical and online menu, and told me to use the physical one instead (which I wasn't shown beforehand). I had encountered a similar price discrepancy at another establishment, and I believe that it would do good for the staff at Jiang Nan Chun to learn from them: What the other establishment did was to admit that the price discrepancy was their error, and that they were going to honor what they had published online.  Later on, their boss told me that ”when something like this happens, we honor it, and investigate or rectify it later”.  I'm also perplexed/baffled about how the restaurant staff at Jiang Nan Chun had assumed that I was only ordering food for 1 person, especially when there were 6 dishes involved. Thirdly, I ordered takeaway from one-ninety, and the server asked if I wanted it sent to the room. I was told that the price would be the same regardless of whether I brought the food up myself or whether it was delivered to my room, so I opted for the latter.  Therefore, it came as a shock when I saw that I needed to pay service charge for the takeaway. When I enquired at the restaurant, they said that it was because I had asked for the food to be delivered to the room (when I was told by someone else that there would be no difference in price if i had collected it myself). The hotel eventually refunded me the service charge, but this misunderstanding could, and should have been averted with clearer communication. The rooms are a bit old, with cracks on the window/tables, but otherwise quite nice and spacious. It wasn't exactly clean though,  dust and some sticky substance on the window, some dust on carpet and certain things that might have/could have been animal fur (although the operator said that this was not the case). Breakfast was good, and most of the dishes were very nice. But it was rather inconsistent. For example, my hot chocolate had choco flakes in them, but my partner's didn't have any. Upon enquiry, the server said that perhaps they had ”forgotten” to put them inside. A better level of service would have been to asked if we wanted a replacement (i told the server that we didn't want anymore, just in case she decided to bring one for me later on) Having said all that, I was genuinely surprised during turndown service. I put my computer mouse on one of their magazines, as the table was quite slippery. When I came back from dinner, this was replaced with a mousepad. The first time I've experience this in a hotel.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Did some deco and offer a cake in the room in preparation for my wife birthday celebration. The room is clean but the lighting is dim. Overall , I enjoyed the stay there. Thanks the staff
