The room is very large and spacious, with well-equipped facilities, good sanitation, and warm and thoughtful service. It is very convenient to reach the departure gate of the Delta flight, and there is a straight elevator to quickly reach the hotel reception

The staff is cheerful and friendly. Meli, the kitchen manager, is especially good at her job. She is very attentive to the guests. She is constantly cleaning, and keeps everything well organized and stocked. We have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never been disappointed.

Close to the airport, there is a shuttle airport shuttle, transfer is very convenient, the room is not very good, the lobby restaurant on the first floor is good

What a great surprise! Because of a power outage at home we needed a room quick, and these folks were kind and helpful. The prices were good, the room was quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional, and everyone of the staff was kind and hospitable. I was impressed with the operation. I would encourage anyone in the area to stay there - very nice place.

I had nothing but problems with this hotel. I was only staying there for work and my job was paying for it. The first time I stayed there about a month ago, they told me they needed my credit card to hold a deposit. I was then charged for the room instead of a pending hold. I’m still going back and forth with their accounting department to try to get that charge taken off. When I stayed there the first time, they were also supposed to have a meeting room set up for me the next day. When I went to the front desk they had no idea what I needed. I showed them the contract my boss sent me and they took 30 minutes to scramble up a room last minute. I had to start my meeting late because of the hotel forgetting to set up the room. The second time I stayed, last night, when I go to check in they tell me there is no card on file and I have to pay for the room! I told them that’s incorrect and called my boss. The woman at the front desk called her boss too and told me it was settled but I needed to put my card down for the deposit. I told her last time they charged me for the room, she promised me that would not happen again. Now today, I check my statements and I have a pending charge for $100, the deposit, and a random $35 charge that I have NO idea what for! I’ll call tomorrow to try to get it settled but I just can’t believe the issues I’ve had with this hotel. I travel a LOT with this company and have NEVER had issues like this before!
