"Excellent hotel, central in Georgetown. Superb service, top-notch fitness facility, very good restaurant. All the staff at the Four Seasons are super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet and very well appointed. I was happy to be upgraded and was able to use my Trip Coins to slightly lower the cost. Hope to be back again! "
"The four seasons maintain a consistently high quality service level. Every employee has a sincere smile. It is located at the end of the bustling street of Georgetown. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping. The beds in the four seasons are the most comfortable."
"I love the four seasons so much! It’s one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are worth the money and so is the customer service. You’ll never want to stay in a place that’s not 5 stars once you’ve stayed at a four seasons hotel. "

"We were able to upgrade to a Deluxe for a reasonable price. The room was spacious and had a fine view of the canal. There was a large bathroom with 2 sinks, lots of counter space, and both a walk-in shower and a luxurious bathtub. The closet space was a little limited, but we managed. Definitely worth the extra $. The hotel bar was comfy and quiet (Sound Print check a mellow 60 dB), an excellent place for a nightcap, with perfectly prepared cocktails."
"We visit DC often and always look to stay at this hotel. The difference is the service. It’s obvious that they have good people working there that are dedicated to making your stay special. All three of the folks that work the front desk know your name and I make it a point to know there’s. The rooftop pool with the fireplace place is a lot of fun with spectacular views. We can’t wait to return for our next visit."
"The Rosewood DC is remarkably disappointing. More expensive than comparable rooms at the Ritz or Four Seasons, there are essentially no luxury amenities. Sadly, Cut the restaurant had a kitchen fire and therefore there is no way to get anything to eat at the hotel. I had to go grocery shopping. They did not offer any discount for this inconvenience. The did make the minibar complementary except for liquor….and there is essentially nothing to eat in the minibar. The room is small and inconvenient. The “partial canal view” is just a brick wall. One must stand to look out the window if water is to be seen-and only then with great focus. More accurately this is a brick wall view. There is no spa, the fitness facility is smaller than a bathroom with no modern equipment in it except a single peleton bike with bad pedals. It’s a travesty to the Rosewood brand. They should close the hotel and renovate, modernize-or drop the prices to reflect the current facade."

"Stayed here for my graduation, and everyone was truly so kind and engaging. My husband refers to me as a 'reluctant extrovert” but I truly looked forward to my interactions with everyone, especially the valets and bell people. They had the best personalities, and were so kind to me. The construction in the area had us a little confused driving in, but be sure to enter the physical address in your GPS, or else you'll just be told you're there when you are actually on the highway above the hotel. My only complaints would be that the bottom of the stairs off of the lobby could use one more light as they were a little dark for a klutz like myself (I didn't trip, but I saw potential), and there were some instances where a juice was left off of our room service order/beverages could've been a little more generous for the cost. Otherwise, it is my go to when I am in town!"
"We came to Washington, DC to bury my mother and play tourists and while there I came down with stress-induced IBS that seriously impeded our plans. However, the staff of the hotel - and, in particular, Concierge Luis Peche - came to my rescue in more ways than I can count. Customized meals. Friendly and impeccable service. Help with finding anything we needed on- or off-site. Assistance hiring a driver and finding a concierge doc. I am 71 years old and have been traveling almost since birth, have stayed in many five-star destinations, and would say that the service at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown was unmatched."
"This property has unique architecture & history. It is in a prime location with access to shopping, restaurants, bars via a quick walk. It was decorated beautifully over Christmas. The staff is fantastic, making sure you have everything you need. It is very clean & professional. Our only complaint is that the furnishings and rooms are tired & in desperate need of upgrades. I feel a lot of Ritz properties are becoming this way after being bought by Marriott."

"This hotel has all the expected excellence for a property of its calibre - it is close to the main sights (in fact so close your are practically neighbour to the White House), tasteful classic deco style with good linen and everything in the room functioned well. However, what stood out for us were 2 things 1) we were a party of 3 and they made up the sofa bed every night and returned it to be a sofa every morning 2) the breakfasts were excellent, made special by the attentive staff, especially Geovanny who greeted us like long lost friends every morning! We were reminded, no matter how beautiful the hardware, this is a hospitality experience and the staff made us feel like house guests."
"The hotel can rent bicycles, the room is decorated in white style, but the space is a little lost. It’s a pity that there is no landscape. However, the hotel service was quite good, and the bicycle seat was too high to help me adjust for a long time. I called the hot water bottle and sent it directly along with the hot water, and there was a teacup. I look forward to a better view of the window next time I stay."
"Everything about this hotel is perfect: the location, the room, the food and most importantly the attentive staff. This is one of the real gems in DC. From the moment you’re greeted at the front door, to the escort to the front desk for checkin and subsequently to your room, and then the fond farewell when you depart, you know that you have found a home away from home."

"Of all the wonderful things that RCDC has to offer, the most noteworthy thing for us is the staff at the Club Lounge. All staff members did an excellent job; particularly worth mentioning for their service are Jenny, Nayana and especially Kathy Turner. We are also especially grateful to Fatiha, also at the Club Lounge. We like to read a paper copy of The New York Times on Sunday mornings; when none was available, she or somebody else may have gone across the street and purchased one specifically for us, probably from the pharmacy. We especially appreciated the array of options offered at the presentations in the Club Lounge. We have visited many of Club Lounges throughout the RC array of properties and these offerings were certainly among the best. Particularly wonderful were the evening desserts prepared by the Pastry Chef, Patricia Serryburton. Most of the offerings were amazing; a few were knock-outs (that’s a compliment). All were beautifully presented. This is a fine hotel; for those who want the addition of the Club Lounge as part of their experience, we recommend the Club enthusiastically. It’s great to have the extra space just to relax, meet friends, read, or whatever—well worth the extra expense. And, with a dedicated staff like the one described above, this Club is hard to beat."
"The room is good, it feels that the service does not match the hardware of the hotel, it seems that their front desk is more enthusiastic to serve whites! The small refrigerator is still locked, it is speechless, and I have lived in many high-end hotels. This situation is unique... Overall, the experience is not so good, it needs to be improved, there is no coffee machine in the room, the front desk says that the lobby is always available. However, after the first day of drinking, there was no more 😓😓😓😓😓 friends lived next to Hyatt, which is a good price."
"Very good front desk service, room service is average. Free bed for children under 12 years old. The room is very good, the location is in downtown. Walk to the White House for about 10 minutes. Can stay at this price, quite satisfied!"

"We visited the property for a weekend getaway. I had always wanted to visit just always too busy to make time. I enjoyed the resort very much. The ****** was very fun. We enjoyed dinner at the steak house food was outstanding. The bed was quite comfortable and slept very good."
"Room is clean and spacious. Front desk staff friendly. Not enough freeplay money for gold members considering that I’ve been there many times this year and spent thousands…..$$$$$ - I have reservations for July 31 they are having a car raffle and I am hoping that I receive some fare freeplay $$$$ during that time "
"What an amazing stay! Went for my birthday and had such a great time! "

"The Trump Hotel in the US capital has a different meaning, and it feels good to stay for the first time. The service is real. From check-in to departure, the waiters and all employees are enthusiastic and the decoration is indeed magnificent. There is a hormonal sense of successful middle-aged men-it feels like a hotel that men like very much, but the refinement and elegance that women seek or the feeling of urban Taoyuan may be lacking. Although the hotel's pre-sale right was canceled immediately upon check-out, after returning to China, I found that the cost of the US $ 13 was charged by the Internet. After confirming that there were no additional purchases, I traced back through the bank. I hope that when you stay in a foreign hotel, you will have a long mind, and you can't be a big head of injustice."
"This hotel is in a good location, not far from the White House and the Houses of Parliament. The lobby on the first floor was very lively at night, and many locals were drinking and chatting. The hotel is splendid and the rooms are clean and tidy. The best thing is to go up from Starbucks on the other side of the hotel. It is a postal museum, free to visit, you can climb the bell tower and look around."
"My husband went to Washington, I saw this is a hotel with a high rating! It’s set! The price is very reasonable, several times cheaper than New York"

"The service is really good, there are slippers. The bathroom has two large basins and a bath room. I have a balcony room and the viewing effect is good. Not far from the flight route, you can see the plane on the balcony. There is parking and parking is available. Unlimited in and out of $52 a day. But there is no supermarket nearby and it is a 20-minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial. There is an open-air bar on the top floor to enjoy the sunset."
"Nice hotel, warm service, no Chinese, good facilities, high cost performance. However, Ctrip sucks. If there is a problem, it will only shirk. There is no attitude to solve the problem. As a top member of Ctrip, Ctrip is no longer planning to use Ctrip. In the face of problems, Ctrip's treatment was simply disgusting, and it showed the market culture of the rogue pompy."
"The location is not too good, it is a little far from the attractions or the city center. In addition to paying for the room, there is an additional $ 25 service charge per night, which may be lower than other hotels of the same type. The house keeping was not in place, either the coffee capsules were leaked or the cups were not washed. Sober."

"The location is biased, but it is very quiet. The room was extremely clean. The white males at the front desk are generally available. However, there were two black women at the front desk who were very good in service and very friendly. They changed the room for me. There is also a Chinese woman at the front desk, and her work attitude is very good. Kind to people. I live in a suite. Clean up every day is very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Although the location is somewhat biased, after staying, let me know, it is only eight minutes away from the subway station. And very close to Georgetown, walked over to the famous Georgetown Old Town. well."
"The room is relatively large, there is a separate living room, the bathroom is also very large, the design is simple and generous, and the hygiene is very clean. It is about 15 minutes from the main scenic spot, very convenient and very quiet. Will stay again next time."
"Hotel service is very bad, obviously have already paid the money or deducted two more room fees, people call the bank overseas to say that they are deducted, the hotel does not recognize the death, the guests must provide their own credentials, what do you want the guests to do during the trip, Sorry for the service level of this star?"
