Hotel service is good. The hotel was rebuilt after the activation of the ancient church. On the way to the room, you can see the murals refurbished by the church. It has a retro literary atmosphere. The rooms are new and the space is very large. The rooms in the lake view can be seen from the view of lake konstanz without leaving the house. The hotel is located in the city centre and you can walk to the city after you have left your luggage. Tourists arriving in Konstanz are required to pay a tourist tax, which already includes a free transport ticket. The breakfast is very rich and the view is superb.

Stayed one night, nice charming, very old building, family type small hotel with old but clean minimalist room, small basic bathroom. In my room window on the side of the street, occasionally noisy, especially if windows open. No A/C. Restaurent with nice small terrace is good but not extraordinary, good selection on the wine list. Everyone working was nice and polite. Very good breakfast. Would be perfect place at 160 Sfr. If must stay in that are for a night, probably best choice, anyway.

Almost perfect for a city holiday. The pedestrian zone right around the corner. The house is quietly located. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and clean. Partly balcony with sea view. Toilet and shower separated. TV and coffee machine. Little Manko - the beds are not very comfortable despite already available topper. Specially mention the friendly staff and the great breakfast in the upper floor with view over the city. Probably enjoying great outdoors in summer. The only lack of a cheap parking possibility in the vicinity is 24 Euro per day in the nearby shopping centre and the parking space for 5 Euro per day is currently closed. If Konstanz then we will again choose this hotel.

We were at the hotel for a week and had a room at the seaside. At the overall review I really do trouble. The hotel itself has actually come a little in the years. The rooms are partly very different. Some have still tape, others already laminated. Also the bathrooms are very different. Our room was a little more modern and clean. In principle there are rooms in all 4 directions of heaven. Of course, those to the lake are more expensive, but it's worth it. Although the ferry is just next to it, you don't get anything from it and we haven't been looking for any night disturbances. Ideally, you also book HP for it, because in the closer environment there are few ways to eat. It is very comfortable to go to dinner in the hotel right now, in the current situation. This is really delicious and consists of pre-food, main meal and dessert. The breakfast is not special now, but sufficient and something for every taste there. Really super is the location. All important destinations can be reached quickly. From the hotel you get a ticket for the bus to constant. This starts all 10-15 minutes directly before the hotel - even until late night. Otherwise, Meersburg, Mainau, Zurich or sheep houses are well and quickly accessible. Thanks to good bike road networks, many goals are also easy to reach by bike. The staff was very nice and premature everywhere, whether at the reception or in the restaurant. Conclude: For the hotel itself I would only give 3 points. This is the average of the costs for my taste too. But it is probably just in the area. Outside it has service, food and location.
