We love the Oriental Boutique Rooms: great Eastern Deco, whirlpool with sea view, separate toilet, washing basin with 2 water chicks. We also like the new wellness area very well, even if we prefer more textile free saunas. And the Infinity Pool is always impressive. 4-Gang-Menü in Loy Fah was as always excellent. And from the offer of breakfast buffet some 5-Sterne-Hotel could cut a disk, absolute top class.

Recommended. Super service, friendly staff, delicious food, cozy atmosphere with view of the mountains. The spaghetti salad with mangos, peanuts and crevettes was a wonderful combination, sensational sauce. The tatar I had ordered sharply and I didn't have to sweat. Perfect. And the dessert, a cream Catalana Espuma with beans was a dream. My friends were also constantly enthusiastic with the kitchen. Compliment. We had a wonderful evening and we'd like to come back.

We were for the second time at Hotel Sorell Speer. This time not alone as a couple, but with my mother. I booked the two rooms long in advance, directly over the hotel (chain). My wish: two rooms next to each other or vis à vis. At the arrival we were treated as if we had never been in this or another sorell. A “Welcome back” would have been happy. The rooms were then on the same floor, but not next to each other. That disappointed us. Especially since it was our only wish. The rooms OK. Beautiful clean. Parquet floor. No coffee machine on the room, shower in the bathtub, furniture remember the 80s. All right, but not for the price. Breakfast: classic. Nothing exceptional. There are still only two juices and not a selection of five+ as in the other Sorell. Why the tea is served in the small Espresso Tassli is not reached us. Nice staff. When checking out everything very well 0815. No “to soon” “good trip”,....at all the time, a water was made for on the way. Globally speaking: we didn't feel very welcome, our wish was not taken into account and not corrected as I said at check in, breakfast ok. Price performance was not right at the weekend for us personally.

we stayed one night before going to Alpamare with our 2 kids (5 and 7), we had a room on 3rd floor with a nice view on the lake. It was very quiet, the bed was huge. the staff was very friendly, the parking next to the hotel is included, which is very convenient. the hotel is one minute away from Alpamare, the is also a shopping center close by. We had dinner at the restaurent OLEA and the food was good but the service was extremely poor and slow. We had to ask 3 times to get a beer and we never got the wine list after asking several times. the breakfast was good,including fresh orange juice but the scrambed eggs were cold in the buffet and some croissants seemed to be from the day before. I can recommand the hotel but not the restaurent.
