Best location in Hue, well educated, English-speaking staff, if the reception is crowded with French customers, the reception ends while drinking tea on the waiting sofa, Receive the key and guide to the room. The rooms are clean and quiet from the veranda overlooking the Perfume River over the palm trees. Take a break with welcome lychee and nuts. The restaurant is the best hospitality and food, certainly expensive from the average of Hue, but it is an order according to the hall staff chief and the advice. The food is good and the wine is good. I had the best hospitality to my wife. After returning to the room, you can spend a relaxing cocktail time on the veranda, looking at the royal palace and flag lit up over the Perfume River, and spending time without saying anything until your rest. It was the best hotel for the elderly.

This is my third stay at Alba Wellness resort in Hue and I must say my love for this retreat paradise remains unchanged . Alba really has a great team with a full service mindset . I particularly admire the professionalism of Ms Dien , Sales Manager and Mr Myoman , in charge of Spa and Wellness . He even conducted the healing bowl for us which was so relaxing and distressing . Alba rooms are nicely designed with beautiful view to the green garden , and the bungalows are just superb that everyone should stay at least once in the lifetime . The most well-know factor of Alba is the Onsen with Thanh Tan hot spring . We enjoyed this wellness bath , followed by a soothing Bamboo on the Rock spa treatment . The whole body feels refreshed with energy after one Onsen plus spa session . I will definitely be back to this wonderful wellness retreat . Love the beautiful place , the helpful team , the natural landscape , atmosphere , the food ... everything you need for a hide-away from busy , noisy and tiring city life .

Beautiful gardens, relaxing and serene . Suite was very comfortable with the best pillows I have ever had . Wonderful service from all staff ,particularly Harry ho. Friendly helpful and professional. But the complimentary massage from the spa was exquisite. A wide selection of different foods for breakfast . I miss my pressed coffee - the only downside to the whole experience

A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

I visited Bedana with my friends this summer and enjoyed it so much that I visited Vedana again with my parents!! Although it is a little far from Da Nang, Grab is easily available and you can use the car reserved by the hotel to return, so there is no inconvenience. Needless to say, the resort facilities were great, and the two outdoor swimming pools and spa were truly the best!!! My dad said it was by far the best massage he got in Vietnam. They let you borrow bicycles for free, so it was fun to ride the bikes and go sightseeing. The staff were also very friendly, and it was really convenient because if you told the dedicated staff member your requests via KakaoTalk, they would immediately reflect them.

The latter was chosen between the Morin Hotel and Alba Spa. In fact, if you book through Booking, the Morin Hotel can be upgraded (the original Morin room type is larger), but you can see Alba's online ”hot spring pool” ”(In fact, it is a spa pool), I still chose the latter silently, because the children at home like to soak in hot springs. As a result, I arrived at the front desk of the hotel and found that the spa is charged after 7 pm and can be entered at the age of 16 or more ... I hope the hotel will inform you more fully on the booking website in the future. The following self-summaries of the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel are for your reference: 1. There are fewer front desk staff. I waited at the front desk for at least 3-4 minutes when I checked in before I arrived. This is quite different from my previous service experience at the Monak Hotel in Danang; 2. The hotel does not provide a separate shower room, but only a bathtub, but the height of the bathtub is a bit high, which is likely to cause danger when stepping in and out; 3. The location of the hotel is good and quiet; 4. Breakfast is quite rich, and the small outdoor view (city view) is the highlight; 5. The hotel's charter service needs to be improved. For some reason, the charter driver we booked through the hotel secretly took several photos of our family at the end of the service.

Because the Kawara My An Onsen Resort is only 15 min away from the city center, we spontaneously decided to escape the stuffy city air and visit this new Hotel. I definitely recommend staying there for at least one night to not only try the Onsen (Spa) Package, but also experiencing the view to Hue's almost untouched nature outside the rice paddy fields. Besides the breakfast classics, the hearty breakfast buffet at the Resort also offers many Vietnamese and Hue specialties to try such as Pho, Bun Bo Hue and various Banh (savory cakes traditionally wrapped in leaves). For us, the highlight was still the calmness and breathtaking view this Hotel has to offer. Anyone who is seeking a little break from the constant noise of the city, will surely find it here.

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!
