Friendly staff, superb cabins - high quality and clean, and just a few miles from the Badlands. Just perfect.

No one there when we showed up at the facility. Called and was told the person had to go home for a while. Told my situation with a sick partner. Waited on parking lot in over 100 degree temp for her return some 45 minutes after the call. Was told check in was at 3. We checked in 10 minutes earily. Not what I consider good customer service. Don’t know if this is even up to the basic standard of Wyndham promise to customers. Wasn’t a happy customer in the end.

I called on the road to inquire about availability. Leanne easily set it all up. We arrived to the most pleasant woman who enjoyed people and truly made us feel welcome. Then we entered the most beautiful room: clean, updated, comfy bed, including everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.
