I was driving with friends from Negros the entire afternoon about a month ago, and the ferry trip from Dumaguete didn't make things any better. When we got to the hotel I wasn't expecting so much, but I was totally surprised how cozy and very welcoming this hotel's ambience was. We were here for just a night, and it wasn't disappointing at all. Staff was courteous and the bed was a comforting welcome from that day's long drive.

I visited the D For 4 nIGHts in October 2020 . To my surprise there was no bell person to take my bag to my room. I was told that they do not do that. I am in my 70s and disabled so i would have liked that. After I dragged my bag to my room I went down to the ****** to see if I could get some lunch. Supringingly the breakfast and lunch restaurant was closed for good . Your choice was mc Donald's or a hot dog stand. For 4 mornings and afternoons I was forced to go next door to the 4 Queen's to eat a sit down meal. I had 1 dinner at the D . The room was fine . Hope they serve Breakfast at their new hotel that's opening this month RICH DISAPPOINTED

Great find that is nearby airport and still central location within the city. Love the homey ambience and the personalized attention of the owner. Staffs are friendly and cordial. The cafe serves good coffee and delicious local dishes family style dining. Best of all, they serve pizza! The rooms size is ok for a transient stay. The blackout curtain is good to really sleep. But would be perfect if it is also possible to have natural daylight for the day. We tried to open the curtains but one can easily be seen by people outside the room. So the room remains dark and just use the room lights wc is a waste of energy on a daytime. Wifi is intermittent and the Globe signal inside the room is very weak or nonexistent.

The quality of the accommodation exceeded many four and five star hotels. The rooms had high quality furnishings and facilities, the staff friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property. The breakfast offered could have been more extensive with juice and fruit, however it was fresh cooked on arrival at the little Cafe style restaurant. Overall highly recommended. We stayed with the Matthews couple. Brian

If you find yourself in Dipolog and in need of a hotel, I would like to offer up Hotel Camila 2 (they have 4). This is not a review of Dipolog, just know that in the smaller towns of the Philippines resources are hard won. For the Hotel Camila 2 to have the comforts it offered were very gratifying and made my stay there enjoyable. They have wi-fi, air con, an on-site restaurant and they're in-room bathrooms are very accommodating for refreshing yourself.

Great place, friendly staff and nice pool to take a dip that is always open. Good breakfast as well.

All employees were outstanding. They all were a true delight. There were signs posted everywhere saying ”Please Observe silence” yet the management allowed the events side of the hotel to continuously blast out music with heavy base speakers that at times rattled the walls and made the windows vibrate. There was a string of day after day events late into the evening. Management refused, after repeated requests, to have the speaker volume turned down or to have the speakers turned away from facing the outside windows of the hotel rooms. Future guests might want to request a room on the other side of the hotel room complex. Gorgeous pool and landscaping. Very nice rooms. Well maintained. Outstanding service. Suggest adding Plant Food diet ”Vegan” (not just Vegetarian, but a real Vegan) food selection options in their menu. Dining room staff were so willing to help in asking the cook staff to prepare the kinds of foods required based on medical requirements, e.g. a Plant Food based diet (NO oils, butter, dairy products, meat or seafood, eggs, or products derived from what is medically recognized as a health risk for many). My thanks to the Dining room and kitchen staff. You were so willing to help. Thank you one and all at the Ariana for all that you do.

Stayed here for 5 nights, more than enough time for me to say that the hotel rooms were poorly soundproofed. You can hear what’s going on in the function hall which was just right across the hotel rooms. If you are a light sleeper, book rooms on the opposite side of function hall. Some rooms were still under renovation, in fact, our room smells freshly painted. The hotel is very close to the airport but far from the city center. Breakfast is free.

To the management, Please start by insuring your imployees know that a hotel is a ”home away from home” . Please make sure that employees are equipped with proper training and seminars so that they can provide the high quality of service to the guests. Then make sure that the establishment looks like Home/Hotel, since during my visit it looks like a apartment. Lastly, please be advice that this is not a pure criticism, this is actually a constructive criticism to make sure that your business is highly compliant with the department of tourism guidelines and international ratings. Remember, guests pays for the service that they deserve. Hoping that this might help you guys. Til we meet again!

The location is very good in the city center. There is a supermarket next door. You can walk to restaurants, cafes along the beach, McDonald's, Jollibee in town, etc. In the room, the button to flush the toilet was broken, but there were no cockroaches, and I was able to watch TV without any problems. Amenities included shampoo and a toothbrush set. Looking at the reviews of other inns in Dipolog, this hotel seems to be the safest.

Search for places to stay in in Dapitan and this first comes out. True to its name, the place feels like a well-maintained home that has been passed on through generations. There is a consistent cozy vibe to the place from the lobby to corners in the hallway where you can rest or take photos. The room is cozy yet also modern - well-lit, airconditioned and bed I had is big enough for 2-3 people. They have a cabinet too where you can hang your clothes. This was important to me at that time since I've been travelling for days and some of my clothes need airdrying. Location-wise, it is walking distance or a quick tricycle ride away from the market and boulevard. Room fee includes an ala carte breakfast of your choice. They open as early as 6AM which is perfect if you intend to start your day early. Staff may not always be on the reception desk but they literally come out in seconds after you ring the bell.

We stayed in Travelbee Heritage Inn for 8 days. The hotel is clean and well maintained. All rooms have windows which is good . The hotel staffs are all nice and accommodating. There is free coffee and water for everyone at the lobby. Hopefully they can improve and offer some variety of breakfast . But over all we love our stay and very thankful to them especially to Ms. KIM for allowing us to celebrate my birthday at the hotel balcony. Do appreciate it a lot. If given a chance to be back in Dapitan , still will love to stay there. God bless you all

Good room for that price.
Nothing fancy , just a bed with mattress and two plastic chairs .
Water pressure very low, good luck taking shower.
No elevator to 3rd or 4th floor, so watch out for your knees.
Overall ok.

The room 208 where we stayed is spacious. With window but we can't open. The air conditioning was good. We had television, a cabinet, a table, and a monoblock chair. We also had two towel. The cabinet had one hanger that was fixed there. We didn't have other means to hang our clothes. The shower has heater. Just takes time to work. Though it leaks for a while after you close it. The CR also had a sink and a mirror. But we didn't have soap in the CR.
We didn't have breakfast there. I don't think it's included.
If you need room service, you need to tell them.
The location is near the convention center and the boulevard, and just walking distance to the church, and the lakwatsa souvenir shop.
It's not far from the airport either. All places in the city can be reached via trike. Just 15 pesos fare. Except from and to the airport. It's 300 pesos.

Good budget hotel, never regretted staying there. The staff is friendly, hot water, the pressure is average, the conder is a bit old and noisy, but normal. Most importantly for me, no insects. Wifi worked more or less normally and stably. There was not much noise, a little outside the window, roosters, dogs, as usual. But for the price this is a great hotel.
