As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

The room environment is good, and the handsome guy at the front desk has very good service. My order has not yet arrived at the hotel, but the handsome guy has already started making arrangements. It was a great experience when I went to Hefei for the first time. I will definitely stay here again if I go there in the future.

The hotel is a typical ancient Huizhou garden-style building. When you step into the door, you can feel the winding path leading to the secluded place, and the Zen room is deep with flowers and trees. Mountain light and bird's nature, Tan Ying empty people's artistic conception. I added money to upgrade to an executive suite. The room is very large. There is a bathtub between the living room and the master bedroom. There are Xiaoxuan windows everywhere in the room. I am dressing up, and there is a blue and white porcelain-colored ladies nightgown, which is very suitable for taking pictures. , one of the garden-style hotels I have stayed in is quite impressive, it is worth recommending.

We had a great weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (but didn't get to try the sauna or steam room). It's in a great area near some good restaurants.

I went to the bar more than three times, but every time I wanted to order a drink, I was often absent from work. Once I even called the waiter at the bar for three minutes, although I could clearly hear someone inside. But no one cares about me! Disadvantages 2. The quality and variety of breakfast are too bad, almost all are greasy stir-fry and the like! Overall it is good! So combined and gave 4 points! The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who have meetings next to South Railway station. The room was clean, breakfasts and dinners are very tasty and worth your money. The only disappointment was the staff at the registration desk who couldn’t give me the exact information which I asked, because the level of English speaking was very low. As a fact I spent more money then I planned, because I got the wrong information at the reception desk on the price of services which provides this hotel.

Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.
