Via Teatro Greco 59,Messina, Taormina, Sicily, Italy
"The location and the view of the hotel are impeccable and the rooms have unrivaled sea and mountain views. The facilities are actually very good, but the strange bathroom shower head design makes the bath extremely awkward. The hotel is the old grand theatre, and it is the town that continues to go down. The distances are just right. The beach is not good, but the beaches in southern Italy are the same. It is the kind of large-grained sandstone beach, which is very ground. The only thing that I feel dissatisfied is that the Italians are really too playable. The party is still playing music loudly at 12:30 in the evening. It is not a complaint that it is estimated that it will not be closed several times. Parking is also a bit difficult, we all parked in the parking lot lumbi garage about 2 km away, and then take the shuttle bus, convenient."
"This hotel should be the best in the area. The view from our room was fantastic. Impeccable. Although the breakfast is quite rich, the quality is very general. Bakery should not be baked that morning. not fresh."
"Nice hotel but not worth the price."

Via Nazionale 114, No. 240,Mazzarò, Taormina, Sicily, Italy
"Ottima posizione della struttura, a due passi dalla funivia e a poche centinaia di metri dalla scalinata di Isola Bella. Parcheggio comodo (anche se in una strada stretta) con un costo extra. Camera pulita e accogliente, personale molto cordiale"
"Can only be counted as convenient transportation, free parking entrance, there are three rooms, the price is affordable, the morning is still good, the turn is the cable car station, easy to get on and off, the cable car ticket is more expensive one person 5 Euro one way"
"Added 40 Euro upgraded sea view, which is not bad. Lie down and watch the sunrise. Parking is not very convenient, just on the roadside. Parking spaces are not guaranteed. Room facilities are a bit old"

"Before I came here, I saw comments that the money was stolen and the problem of non-sea-view rooms. I was very anxious. I was worried about whether to cancel the reservation and change to another hotel. After I checked in, I found the hotel was good! First of all, I did n’t have anything stolen, including jewelry and cosmetics placed on the outside. Secondly, this hotel is mountain side, so you ca n’t avoid seeing the mountains and the sea. No matter which room you stay in, there is no 360-degree sea view Room, balcony view can refer to the picture below, I think the view is very good; in the end, in fact, there is no saying that the Chinese are arranged in a room with a poor view, because my left side (closer to the mountain side is disadvantageous) Location) Two people live in Italy. I live in the United States with Americans on the right. I threw my pajamas on the sofa before going out, and when I came back, I saw that they were neatly stacked on the bed. Haha, I felt very intimate at once ~ If I come to Taormina next time, I will definitely choose this hotel , Because it has an excellent location, you can walk down to the Love Island and up to the left to the main road of the town, and there are all delicious restaurants around the hotel. It ’s almost ~ ️⚠ : Ctrip's prepayment City tax is not included, and an additional tax of 3.5 Euro / night will be charged when checking out"
"The hotel is situated on the mountainside facing the sea in Taormina. All rooms are located on the sea and the scenery is very good. The room facilities are about a few years old and slightly old, but there are no problems with the use. The hotel actually has a parking lot, about 14 euros a night, and the price of the nearby paid parking lot is flat; it is more difficult to open, not the old driver should not easily try."
"I ran to the Chinese restaurant and came to Taormina to stay at this hotel. You can walk to all the attractions and the location. The environment is authentic sea view and condescending. The downside is the parking lot, which uses a private parking lot outside and costs 20 yuan, which is also a little far away. In particular, it is not convenient to carry luggage. I drove the car downhill to the hotel entrance, which requires level and luck."

Strada Statale 114, Km 38, Province of Messina, Sicily, Italy
"This coastline slopes steeply down to the sea so even the quickest glimpse at a map might warn you about the gradients. Not for the elderly or infirm. NOT! Not really for me either because the walk back to my room from the restaurant was REALLY hard work.My room didn't OVERlook anything. More like UNDERlooked the vertical embankment on which the road continued its journey to the stars. From what felt like the bowels of the earth. I can find something good to write about almost anywhere I stay but I have to say I'm struggling here . . ."
"‏The hotel is on a steep hill and include several buildings. The place looks beautiful. There is nice and special swimming pool, good breakfast and excellent service. The location of the hotel is perfect due to the fact that is between Savoca and Etna, which are the most recommended sites in Sicily. It is very important to rent a car for mobility. The rooms are uncomfortable. We were on the second floor with no elevator."
"its a 2 Pictured story about this Hotel . From the Positive side 1 ) stunning sea views 2 ) Good Parking 3) Good Breakfast and 4) friendly staff . From the negative side , 1 ) too many Hills , 2 ) over Priced "food and drinks extremely expensive " especially from the Pool Counter , 3 ) average rooms , 4 ) average cleanliness , 5) Horrible WIFI in all areas except in the reception, 6 ) hotel beach path and beach is a nightmare etc etc . I believe that on the internet , pictures gives a much better picture of the hotel than the reality !! Overall rating is below average !! "

Via Calcide Eubea 29, Giardini Naxos, Sicily, Italy
"Recently I visited the Kalos Hotel in Giardini Naxos.Overall, I can say I enjoyed my stay mainly due to the room we were allocated. But there were many things about the hotel that could be improved. We had a lovely seaview balcony and the room was cleaned and refreshed daily. The cleaning lady was wonderful, even changing the sheets mid-week. The breakfast was boring, same everyday. I noticed the dinner buffet and it didn't look at all inviting. The empty pool area was disgraceful, what an eyesore! It's a shame because the location of the hotel is wonderful, and it has so much potential. The hotel needs total refurbishment,it's tired, dated and I wonder about all the cracks in the walls. We used the pool of the hotel next door, and that was enjoyable. Also had lunch there, and the food was very tasty. The staff too so efficient, one in particular who filleted my Dorada at the table! Dario the waiter at the Kalos was a breath of fresh air about the place. He always had a smile and could break into song at any moment. The Wi-Fi at the hotel I have to say was excellent.Maybe this is a sign of things to come,I hope so! It's one of the last hotels on the strip, but there are a couple of good restaurants nearby. The beach at the hotel is quite rocky, but about 15mins walk there is a sandy beach. We visited Taormina, it's a nice spot for lunch and shopping.Just be careful of the bus you get coming back, as not all of them stop at the hotel on the return journey. We were literally dumped quite a distance away. I would love to return to the Kalos when it has been refurbished, but at the moment it needs a lot of work."
"We found this hotel very friendly ,rooms kept very clean ,change of bathroom towels daily. The staff were very friendly, efficient and pleasant. The breakfasts were very good -lots of choices. we had evening meal 3 evenings lots of choices very tasty. "
"The hotel was sitiated close to the sea with a good view from our room. It had a good location, close to the town and nice breakfast. The only thing that was not in order was the breakfast coffee. There was apool and you could also swin in the sea."

Via San Biagio, 13, Province of Catania, Sicily, Italy
"The hotel is in a nice peaceful location in the countryside. It has great views of Etna and Taormina. It is a 25 minute drive to Taormina and a 45 minute drive from Catania airport. It has a lovely pool and a good restaurant. We had all our evening meals here. The pizzas were especially good. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The wifi signal was excellent all over the property including by the pool. The hotel also has 2 resident dogs both extremely friendly. The only negative was a very small shower cubicle."
"It was a perfect stay - we were after a short relaxing holiday in a Sicilian resort having amazing panoramic views, good location, great food and a pool. We found all this and more in Serra San Biagio. Our expectations were fully exceeded - staff are so polite and friendly, the place is spotless clean, choice of breakfast and dinner is good and the food is amazing! The breathtaking view of the Etna and the sea complimented our stay. Great value for money and place highly recommended."
"We were very well looked after for two nights. Lovely setting good rooms and pool very good food for dinner and breakfast. Rodica was very charming and could not have been more helpful. We will definitely go back next time we visit Sicily. Great place to stay. The approach is a bit steep and narrow. Be careful. Very worth it."

Corso Umberto I, 154, Taormina, Sicily, Italy
"We had planned on having a relaxing holiday in beautiful Taormina. So we wanted a central hotel with a pool. And this hotel was just perfect! Exceptional! It was a dream come true! We spent ten days here. It is right on Corso Umberto, next to Piazza IX Aprile. How can you beat that?! It is slap in the centre of everything, shops, restaurants and Taormina life! From the Piazza you can see the marvellous infinity pool of this hotel. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed warmly by a male receptionist, who immediately offered us breakfast as we had had an early flight...I will never forget the breathtaking moment when the lift doors opened onto the terrace where breakfast is held, with a view of the bay and the surroundings, absolutely beautiful! Breakfast is very good, with freshly prepared eggs to your liking, cereals, fruit, cakes, yoghurt, ham and cheese, any sort of coffee, milk, juices and even sorbet served with light delicious brioche and also champagne. Bread is served warm and under a cover for every table, and it's delicious, something that cannot be taken for granted in this part of Sicily. Maria, in charge of breakfast, is charming and efficient - she discovered I love ricotta and the next day had a ricotta tart available for me! All members of staff are extremely polite and efficient and ready to help, I cannot praise them enough, all of them, receptionists, cleaners, maintenance - spot checks were carried out all the time. The hotel is very elegant and clean. All bed linen is pristine white and crisp, changed every day, towels also very thick, soft and white - never did we have a 'tired looking' towel - all this is very important for me. Bed and pillows very comfortable; turndown service and towel replenishment evening as well. The shower was great, an overhead one, a hand held one and side jets. Air conditioning very good and very silent. And to top it all, a really large terrace looking onto the bay! We spent every evening after returning to the hotel on extremely comfortable deckbeds, totally relaxed, enjoying the night view into the early hours. The terrace was the greatest asset of this room. And then the infinity pool - my dream come true! Perfectly crystal clear water, magnificent view and always warm because of the sunshine! I just couldn't get enough of it! Shower and toilet right next to it, great sun deck with deck beds in sun and shade, relaxing music in the background. I spent hours in the pool and felt really relaxed and refreshed. In the evening there is music in the lobby and the restaurant and bar on the terrace are a treat, with the magnificent sea view. Anyway, summing it all up - I must come back here as soon as it is possible, can't wait!"
"Hotel is extremely central allowing easy access to the most popular areas and sights of Taormina. Great views from the bar/restaurant and breakfast restaurant balconies. Cocktails expensive at an average of €20 Staff were outstanding in all areas. Our "Executive" room was small and faced the busy pedestrianised main thoroughfare, Corso Umberto. Our ensuite with sliding door consisted only of WC, bidet and washbasin. Our bath with overhead shower was located in the foyer area of the room directly in front of the bed behind the room door - very peculiar. The shower screen served for nothing and the water, whilst having a shower ended up all over the wood floor. As is common in many hotels (probably designed by men my wife tells me!) there is no proper dressing table to sit at comfortably in the room, but instead an unnecessarily large chest of drawers with no appropriate leg hole or chair. They have a turndown service, which involves putting thin clothes either side of the bed. These are extraordinarily slippy and as a consequence were something we had to request was not used. The safe was at the bottom of the wardrobe so very difficult to use and access. The cream corridor carpet (again, this could only be the choice of a man!) was badly stained and marked in areas. Breakfast was good. Spa was poor. The treatment room was cramped. We were expected to sit upright on a massage table with our feet uncomfortably put into a plastic bag lines foot spa at the end of the massage bed. Once soaked, we were expected to leave our feet dangling over the top of the spa which caused us both to have cramps. Probably the worst foot spa, pedicure and manicures we've experienced."
"Spent a long weekend at this hotel. The rooms are spacious but more importantly extremely clean which in this time of Covid puts one's mind at rest, The hotel is well set up ensuring sanitizer stations throughout the building. Terrace bar not only has amazing views but also amazing cocktails. Food, this was excellent we ate at the pool restaurant for light lunches which were delicious with an excellent selection of foods and wines. Then there is the dining area for the evenings on the solarium level which at night is magical with wonderful views down the coast but more importantly great food. Everyone working in the hotel went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed a trouble free stay."
