Partirei dai pro: receptionists iper gentili e cortesi, camera deluxe molto spaziosa e pulitissima.

Checked in and staff are extremely helpful and gave lots of helpful information about how to get about and where is best to go. The rooms and beds are lovely, the only negative about the hotel is that the walls are incredibly thin. The person in the room next to us was snoring heavily and it sounded like they were in our room. If you’re a light sleeper I would probably avoid just in case. Location is very good though, Lotto Metro Station is a 2 minute walk which can take you into Milan and there is a handy supermarket 30 second walk away which is also fairly cheap. Breakfast was also fine albeit a bit basic, crossiants, bread rolls, ham, cheese and cereal etc.

This was an amazing hotel with friendly staff!
I stayed there for a night but definitely will go back to enjoy spa and delicious food!!
Family room was super comfortable and more than enough for 4 people. I highly recommend this hotel for not only business trips but also if you are traveling to Milan to explore the city. Location was super convenient too…

Really lovely hotel - staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were spacious. There is a great turn down service. You also get complementary access to their small spa (it has a sauna, ice shower and bath). The only thing I would change is the $45pp for breakfast - we didn't try this because of the price. You could get snacks and drinks on the rooftop though - which was really cool!

This was a treat for myself, husband and mother a revisit after 20 years however it was an underwhelming stay unfortunately. The room we had a deluxe double was blah, no usable mirror in bedroom which was a pain, not sure about why that would be in a 4 star hotel. There is no tea or coffee in the room and I did message the hotel in Italian to double check on this and was told I could buy a coffee, however the room next to us had a tray with a kettle and tea for the room so this obviously was an option for some guests! Service at breakfast which costs 35 Euros was poor, children running around unattended, people smoking and the first day no indoor table for us, totally obnoxious with wasps, flies and smokers. The food provided was barely acceptable by today’s standards and the hot breakfast was cold every day. Really not good enough again for a luxury hotel. One evening we decided to have a nightcap this was an exercise in frustration, no service my husband had to go and ask for a menu then no one came to take an order so he had to go inside again to find a waiter. Everyone around us had nibbles with their drinks but yet again not served for us, our Italian friends could not believe our issues with this hotel as it is well known for hosting the formula one. The hotel actually lost out on business as we were planning on eating at the hotel for dinners but changed our plans and took our money into town where it would be appreciated instead. Maybe it’s foreigners they don’t like but my husband speaks perfect Italian so we have never experienced this in the past. I would not stay here again myself and would not recommend it which is a shame as 20 years ago this was a beautiful experience for all of us and my children.

Absolutely amazing! I spent 3 nights with my fiancé and it were fabulous. The breakfast was included and it was SOOOO good... I could easily spend the whole day there eating lol! The staff was friendly, helpful and very kind, always smiling. It is also very well located, near the park Villa Reale and of course the autodromo. It's not too far from town centre too, but if walking it's not for you, there is a bus stop right there (good luck trying to figure out the bus app thou lol). They have bikes available for the guests which we used on our last day to cycle in the park which was very nice and a good way to see a lot and enjoy the good weather. I absolutely recommend it and hope go back someday.

The hotel on a business trip is not bad. There is an Italian restaurant opened by the Chinese. Walk to the pavilion for 10 minutes and walk to Citylife for about 20 minutes. The hotel lobby has a Chinese style, with water and sweets in mind. Breakfast is 19 euros, and the discount is 15 euros, so it is expensive. Check out to 5 euros one person's city tax, the payment still has to pay, a good choice for a special period.

Business travel, help friends book. The location is very good and the environment is good. The subway and public transportation are very convenient, and there is a car service at the front desk. There are also direct buses to the airport. It is really expensive for breakfast, 19 euros.

We stayed here while in Milan for a concert at San Siro and chose the location for that (it's about a 25-30 min walk from the stadium, meaning we didn't need to queue for public transport at the end). However I actually really liked the location in general, being outside the busy centre and well connected by metro lines and buses. The building is really cool and interesting, being a converted church. Rooms were small but modern and fresh. Breakfast was good - although staff were v slow to replenish items. Loved the little seating area outside reception where we sat enjoying a drink before dinner. The pool area looked nice but was quite small and crowded when we checked it out.

When travelling to Milan, having a hotel just outside the hustle and bustle offers a welcome reprieve. This hotel does not only benefit from its location (15 mins from central by metro), but also feels like the upper level of 4-star, with a rooftop pool and a fantastic happy hour (really recommend doing this to get some tasty nibbles!). The building is a converted church, which has been modernised to give it that opulent feel, however it’s structural integrity remains to make it feel truly unique to other hotels. To top it off the fantastic service makes this hotel a great value choice and one we definitely recommend.
