Myself, my wife and our two friends came to NH for my wife’s 40th birthday. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Upon arriving we were greeted by Gabriella and Michelle. Both were absolutely amazing and made the check in process easy and quick. I met Pilr from housekeeping the next day after needing a hair dryer and toothbrush. She was very accommodating and helpful and had the items quickly sent to our room. During breakfast we had Margaret as our waitress. She was very attentive and helpful. We were looking for places to go and she rattled off a list of places and gave us so many good ideas. We really appreciated her help. She was amazing! Overall our stay was incredible. Thank you to the entire staff for maintaining a great experience during still difficult times.

My wife and I went for a wedding stay. The wedding was at another venue but the hotel did a great job of taking care of us and over 35 other guest rooms booked for the wedding. The hotel is right downtown within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Manchester.

Lovely check in. Clean and comfy room. Awoke for an early flight and elevators are out. Called for help and none to be found (didn’t check on my needs or care). I had a hip replacement and have some other mobility needs. I mentioned this is horrible and she didn’t care! They have the list of who is taking the airport shuttle so a call to warn me would have helped! But no service at all. Did finally get to check out. Expressed my dismay politely. She indicated the previous group yelled at her (I was there, they did not). Told me all about how they can’t fizz it for two days - I said don’t put anyone with mobility challenges on upper floors - she said they don’t have anyone. I held up my cane to make my point. Oh! No apology. More excuses for no help and went on to share no one wants to work, workers aren’t trained, no time to go through the videos. I let her twang about “her” and “workers” then responded “and do you know what that means for customers?” She clearly did not care. I was making sure my bill was clear (it was a redemption night). I had a charge. She didn’t explain it to me. Told me to call them later. Seriously!! And she again pointed out the lack of training. So it’s on me. This was pitiful! 5 of the 5 people checking out had issues that were not handled well. Not impressed! The one employee does matter! And I don’t think any of us will be back.

Checked in right at 3pm. The staff was ready to go in anticipation of race weekend. Apparently a lot of teams stay here since the airport is next door. Younger girl w/ glasses at checkin was excellent and friendly. Room itself was a nice size with a huge couch. WiFi worked well. Shower was nice and hot, good pressure. Bed/pillows were comfy. The location is a bit strange as its off this road along the airport runway. Its within 5 minutes of just about anything you need. Never had any noise issues. Checkout with pretty smooth. Manager was friendly and has quite the personality. I was glad the rate wasn't as crazy as others in the area and will be back.

We needed to travel on family business at the beginning of July. We were concerned about COVID but New Hampshire had (still has) one of the lowest infection rates in the country. Upon check-in we had to self-certify that we had not experienced any symptoms in the last 2 weeks and that we had self-isolated ourselves during that time prior to travel. The was needed since we were from out of state. Check-in was simple and contactless. The front desk was very friendly and helpful answer several question we had on arriving. The room was as expected of a property operating under Marriott umbrella. We had 2 full sized beds, mini fridge, coffee maker, dresser, closet, safe and comfortably sized bathroom. The beds were so comfortable that upon arriving home we went the the Fairfield web site and purchased a complete bed with the linens used in the hotel. We both have pain in our back and I've had multiple surgeries so finding a bed which allows us to sleep the night is unusual and we take advantage of offers like this when we can. Anyone who has bout a new bed and regretted the purchase the following week can understand the advantage to testing the bed in a hotel for several nights prior to spending the money. One thing I really liked was the location. We need to take care of some family business during our time in NH and this hotel worked out fantastically for us. It was close to the Manchester Airport and at the intersection of I-93 and I-293 supplying quick access to other parts of the state. Check-out was a matter of dropping off the room keys as we walked out on our way back to the airport. We'd definitely stay here again should the need arise to return to the area.

Marriott is our trusted brand for hotels and when booking our stay for the NBHA Barrelpalooza at the New Boston Fairgrounds, we chose this property. The GM was extremely helpful in resolving a small inconvenience. He was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was enjoyable and appreciate the Covid-19 protocols designed to keep travelers safe while still providing an assortment of delicious breakfast items. Both check in and check out were provided quickly and conveniently. Friendly and helpful staff all around. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Go elsewhere. Checked in for 3 nights, and right away saw the piece of paper saying the pool would not be available until the 26th of July. If you wanted to use the pool at the hotel across the street, you needed to contact front desk to make a reservation!!!! It's the middle of July and your pool is not available. I don't book a hotel with a pool to use another hotels pool. Breakfast ok, but nothing great. On the mirror in bathroom is said Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. To request a stay over cleaning or just a few extra towels, simply call or stop by the from desk. The second day I went to front desk and asked for housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was done only after 3 days. Then take that sign down. Woman at desk asked if I wanted some towels, and I said yes, but said I was on my way out. The response I got was well just stop by on your way back. Couldn't even sent them up. When checking out, obviously a manager was talking to front desk rep. Both said are you checking out and I said yes. Neither one of them asked how my stay was. Construction all over this hotel as well. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from instead of this one. I am Hilton Honors member and this is why I chose this, big mistake!!!

Love this hotel and the suites but with the room rate and taxes and I have to pay incidentals just way to expensive..

When I landed at midnight in the middle of May to stay in Manchester for the summer for work, I had no idea what to expect since I had never been before. The shuttle driver from the hotel who picked me up that night from the airport was Adrian. He was very kind and instantly made me feel comfortable moving to a new city for the summer with his light-hearted conversation. He told me about some solid restaurants that the hotel shuttle's 2 mile radius covers and I've tried most of them, not disappointed in any of the recommendations. Another really nice driver who brings a spark to my day is Mike. Over the past two months I've had a pleasant time staying at the hotel (kudos to their always resourceful front desk) but what I especially cherish are the friendships I've made with Adrian and Mike. It's almost a ritual at this point to greet Adrian after work every day when he comes to pick me up from my office. He always asks how my day was and is seldom late. I have just over a month remaining at this hotel and I'm glad I chose this place, although keep in mind that the shuttle is shared by 4 hotels near the airport area so you'll get a chance to meet Adrian, Mike, and all the other jovial shuttle drivers if you stay at any one of those.

It was a pleasant stay. The room smelled clean and looked very presentable. The bed was comfortable. I felt relaxed and at ease. Karma and Bryan greeted and checked me in, while Cassi, Melody, and Felicity kept making me feel welcome. They were all quite friendly. Dan, with his cheerful personality, helped me with suggestions for snacks in the hotel Market. Heidi and Kristen at The Bistro struck great conversation. Rochelle at the front desk was quite pleasant on my departure for dinner and on my return. The shuttle drivers Adrian and Tim made me feel prioritized. I will make my way back to this hotel for sure. I highly recommend it.

Although the Towneplace Suites Manchester Airport may have pleased a few people, I cannot fathom why it earned any kind reviews. It's advantage of proximity to the airport might make it an ideal place to crash (poor choice of words) before an early morning flight but also means you could be awakened at odd hours by jet engines overhead. The place is pet friendly, which is fine with me, but not when is practically a kennel with a dog in every room. One guest I encountered walking toward me in the hallway asked me to pause so she could yank their truculent Doberman into her room before I passed. The ”continental” breakfasts are so poor that I wonder what continent they are from.  The kitchen in the suite I had was barely provisioned with glasses, mugs and utensils and the trak light over the desk lost one of its two bulbs so long ago they can't get a replacement. The free Wi-Fi is slower than molasses, which I discovered after declining the $5 a day enhanced wi-fi. After that I couldn't find the offer again. The fitness room has a selection of dumbbells' all of wich weigh 30 lbs. The miniscule pool looks like a black lagoon. One redeeming feature: the staff are kind and friendly and will do all they can to be helpful -- but they can only do so much.

First, I pulled up in the parking lot and a few people had a case of beer on a picnic table and were smoking and being loud near the front door. Another man was having a loud argument on his phone in the parking lot. The white doors on the rooms looked like an entire basketball team had tried to kick them in. The room smelled musty. During the night I could smell wafts of fresh cigarette smoke, so either people were outside my first floor (closed) window or it was coming through the vents. I could hear my neighbors on both sides and the person walking in the room above me. In the morning I went to the hot breakfast at 7:05am (it supposedly opens at 6:30am) and nothing was out except “oatmeal”, which was oats with water sitting on top of them. After about a half hour they got a few food items put out. When I got back to the hotel at 8pm there was a couple arguing loudly at the picnic table, and a group of people hanging around with a basketball and running through the parking lot…between the argument and the gang of people standing around being chaotic, I was nervous to get out of my car! This place is a hot mess and I would never stay here again!
