"We stayed 3/13/2020 the one night. (Yessss I know there’s a crisis in the world what was I thinking!) We stayed here once before in 2019 July holiday. We were impressed then, but more than impressed this time the level of clean was I mean, I had zero concerns about well you know what’s in the news. The staff was courteous and a one night get away was very much needed and enjoyed. Luv the two queen bed suite; and luv the six floor, nice view. "
"I was expecting that it would be nice but found that it was ah-mazing! The front desk staff person (I believe her name was Cherice) was super helpful and attentive. Our room was so clean and it was HUGE. The area has plenty to do including a mall, restaurants, and movies. This will definitely happen again. "
"Room was very spacious and functional! Location was great as well, easy access to highways, shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Pillows were a little stiff, other than that beds were comfortable. I love that they offer pumps of shower necessities and the hotel recycles!"

"The service was fabulous, the “Butler” checked in with me Via text to see is I needed anything. I ordered in room dining, they told me they were busy and it might be an hour, it was less than 30 minutes. "

"If you want a really great stay with wonderful accommodations, great staff, and just an overall great hotel with great atmosphere definitely stay at the Iron Horse. The ambiance in the hotel is top notch, the bedding was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Nice little bar in the hotel is a plus at the end of a day. We will definitely come back to the Iron horse for our next Milwaukee visit."
"Friendly, clean and accommodating! During these times, staying at a hotel may cause uncertainty. I can assure you that our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The precautions the hotel is taking were apparent, the staff was helpful and friendly and , of course, the atmosphere at the Iron Horse is always top notch. We are looking forward to our next stay sometime in January or February."
"Beautiful hotel five star service extremely friendly management and staff bend over backwards to make you happy. Rooms are beautiful hotel is unique close to everything food and drink outstanding. Few restaurants at the hotel and in the neighborhood to choose from....can’t say enough good things. It really is a special experience! "

"I went to Potawatomi Hotel and ****** this last weekend (6/13/2020) for my first trip since the COVID-19 Pandemic started. I was never in fear for my health or safety with the measures they have taken to prevent the spread. If anything, I think they are maybe too restrictive. I was able to set up 2 sessions, 5-8PM and 9-Midnight. We had a hotel room, corner suite, and it was absolutely beautiful...very clean, nice room! The staff puts a sticker over the key slot so you know it is clean prior to entering, there is a safe in the room if you want to store your valuables. I really like how the elevators are setup for the hotel. You need a key card to swipe to even use the elevator to get up to the rooms. As for the ****** itself, you have to wait in line to get screened first before going in. Once you get in, you have to use your player's card or email on your phone with your reservation to get in. It took us about 15-20 minutes after our session started to get in. Once inside the ****** was VERY clean, probably the cleanest I've ever seen it, no smoke smell either as there is no smoking currently INSIDE Potawatomi ****** or Hotel, although they did have a designated smoking area outside near the theater. Keep in mind you will need to wear a mask during the current COVID restrictions. Every other machine is turned off and they have dividers between each of the slots. None of the table games were in operation and I believe the most that could have been in the ****** during my sessions was 400-500 people max (including staff). My bankroll for this trip was $750, I play $3-$5+ a spin. The slots felt normal, not overly tight, not overly loose. I did have a few decent wins, after my first session I was up about $250, after the second session I was down about $150. I felt rushed as there was a time limit on how long I could play, which probably contributed to my overall session...on a normal trip I can spend 6-8 hours easily playing. All the restaurants were closed to in-person dining, however they had RuYi and the Fire Pit Sports bar open for carryout only. The orders need to be placed at least 45 minutes before your session ends to ensure you get it. Both had limited menus, and were average for ****** dining price wise. My wife got beef and Broccoli, I got chicken fried rice, both were substantial portions and cost $28 total. All self serve beverage stations were off, as well as drinking fountains during my visit...although there was cocktail staff available for drinks, including alcohol. A Coors light was $4.25, mixed drinks are more expensive. Overall, I was happy with my visit, however I will not be returning again until they relax COVID restrictions. I did not care for the wait getting in, additionally I had to wait again for my second session even though I had not left the hotel during my stay. I think they should allow hotel guests unlimited sessions during their stay and not make them leave while they clean fo"
"I stayed a couple days in the new tower of the Hotel and the room was beautiful! But the best overall part was speaking with a Security Supervisor Taylor. Taylor assist me when I had a weird feeling about a guy watching me and my friends. Taylor was professional and went right up to the guy and kicked him out. Taylor came back and apologized about the weirdo and even went and got my mother a soda so she didnt have to wait on a waitress. Taylor made our safety her top priority and even spoke with her officers like they were equal to her. As long as Taylor works there we will keep returning!!!! Thank you for hiring honest people!"
"For several years I worked in Milwaukee and visited the Potawatomi ******, but never stayed at the hotel. Finally we stayed, and the room was great. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. During the virus the restaurants were closed but room service was available. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The ****** is well adapted for social distancing with Plexiglas dividers placed between slot machines. The servers were attentive and available for beverages. Overall, this property did a nice job in providing a safe environment and still offering entertainment for their guests. We will return!"

"The hotel is beautiful. There were three Wedding groups the weekend we were there. We enjoyed the history of the building but it wasn't worth the high price tag for staying here. You could see most everything the hotel history has to offer in the lobby and on the 2nd (?) floor where the beer vats were. We wanted to stay in an area with lots of brewery activity within walking distance. We were lead to believe by one of the staff members there was a lot of breweries with walking distance because they were "downtown". ( We were there during Covid so none of theaters or basketball arena were open) There was one really, really nice Brewery called Milwaukee Brewing Company a few blocks away. Captain Pabst Pilot house next door was closed inside because a Wedding reserved the venue. Their bar, Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub was closed. Lots going on Downtown Milwaukee. If you are in Milwaukee for activity and Breweries, stay downtown. However, it was a cheap $12.00 Uber ride downtown. They don't have parking associated with the hotel but there is a parking garage near by. There isn't in/out privileges. If you want to Valet the cost is $30. We would not recommend this area if you want to enjoy Milwaukee's brew Pubs even though it is called the Brewing district. It is named that because Pabst use to own 17 blocks in the area and not that there a lot of Breweries. Overall, we were disappointed but gave it three stars because we like the history and the beauty of the hotel."
"A friend and I planned a night out in Milwaukee and booked a room at the Brewhouse. We loved the energy and vibe of the neighborhood even before we checked in, and after we saw our room we knew we had made a fantastic choice. A floor to ceiling (VERY high ceiling, that is) window filled one whole wall of the bedroom, and there was a sitting area with kitchen as well. The beds were super comfortable and even the pillows were good (I am super fussy about my pillow). The room was clean and the bathroom was really big (this is not one of those places where your knees are hitting the tub!). The front desk staff was very friendly, too: thanks to Amy, Taylor, and the others who were so sweet. We will recommend this place to all our friends!"
"We were in Milwaukee for a COVID-safe bachelorette party. We stayed at the Brewhouse Inn and Suites. Our rooms were incredible! While there are a few things they are not doing due to the pandemic (no valet, no daily maid service, no hot breakfast), it is no more than most hotels are doing during these trying times. Amy who was working at the front desk when we checked in was incredible, suggesting things to do and places to eat. Our bride-to-be felt pampered and special even during a pandemic! Thanks for making the weekend great!"

"When I travel I like to look for hotels that have some character to them as well as first-class amenities, and Homewood Suites hit every note. The building highlights neat historical details like exposed beam ceilings and original brick walls, original or reclaimed wood floors, and interesting memorabilia on display. Plus the rooms are large, the amenities plentiful and the staff welcoming and friendly. "
"Front desk clerk Peter was unprofessional, rude and not knowledgeable about Hilton honors perks. I asked about the price match guarantee at check in and Peter said he never heard of it. I asked him to get someone who could help, he said he was alone. There was another customer behind me so I let them go ahead of me while I searched the program. He checked them out and told them about all the amenities and how to get to their room. I pulled up the program on Google, found two similar rooms on the Hilton app. One for $87 one for $97. He told me he couldn't go lower than $97 or give the additional 25% off. He checked me out didn't tell me about any amenities or tell me how to get to my room. I checked my receipt the next day after checking out on the app I noticed he didn't even give me the $97 price. I called to speak with the manager June and haven't been able to talk to her either. I guess she doesn't care about customer service"

"I stayed at Hotel Metro last December & January for a period of three weeks. I was there for Christmas. This hotel is really a lovely place to stay. The rooms are large, and, despite being in the midst of renovations, very comfortable. The staff are wonderful & everyone is pleasant. I had to extend my stay two times, and the staff could not have been more helpful. I would like to thank everyone, particularly Jen & Donna at reception, Mario & Max on valet & Elena from housekeeping, who ensured that I didn't forget my things, when I had to move rooms. Michael in the restaurant looked after me well. This is a welcoming & comfortable hotel, to say nothing of the great art deco foyer. I look forward to returning & highly recommend to everyone."
"We recently stayed at the hotel Metro in Milwaukee after some of the rooms have been recently renovated and WOW they are fantastic! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it and the staff are fantastic. Their lobby is currently being renovated and the staff could not have been more polite and gracious the way they treated us-anytime you stay in downtown Milwaukee this will be our first choice! The room is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed whether for relaxation or for business this is a first class facility."
"I’ve stayed here many a time, but this was my first stay under the new ownership and after recent renovations. I had high hopes after appreciating Mr Falkenstien’s work at previous hotels, and was not disappointed. New life has been given to this Milwaukee classic, and I’ll likely be a regular on my frequent return trips to my home town. Thank you!"

"The quilt, the pillow is very comfortable. But the sheets didn't seem to change. The room is a bit small. Good location, 19 minutes walk from the seafood market. It would be better if you can pay attention to hygiene."
