"[Suitenhotel Paco Paradiso] (Lugano Station) The hotel is not at Lugano train station, closer to the next stop Paradiso. Out of the train station, you need to push the luggage to go uphill, walk 15-20min, very tiring. The hotel is built on the hillside and on the mountain, so Lobby is on the 2nd floor. And we booked the terrace room, in the PL floor, lawn, recliner, lake view, sunset... After all, it belongs to the Italian-speaking area, so the staff looks more like a passionate Italian. When checking in, there will be a welcoming welcome drink and a coupon to print the name of the occupant. The blonde glasses sister at the front desk will send us to the room and introduce the hotel facilities and opening hours all the way. At the moment of opening the door, I was shocked. The room area is not limited to the 24 square meters marked on the website. It is so big... Once the bedroom is in another room, the living room will be very spacious. The large writing desk is convenient for me to open the computer to process the mail. In the living room, two pull-down children's beds are hidden, which is suitable for a family of four. Slippers, shampoo and hair care kits, hotel amenities. The automatic flushing smart cover is installed in the toilet bowl. Compared to the balcony room upstairs, the room with its own garden terrace feels more like a house, lake view, and unobstructed view. Gym, sauna, bar, nightlife, choice. The first 2 items are free. When checking out, in addition to the room fee paid by the ctrip guarantee to the store, an additional tax is required: City tax: 8.8 CHF Tourist tax: 3.4 CHF Inform the front desk, you can call the taxi (Taxi) to the train station at any time. We thought we would send it to the nearest Paradiso train station. No, the driver sent us directly to the more Lugano station, 20min, and went downhill. This hotel (197 CHF/night, excluding breakfast) is more suitable for leisure vacations. Sign up at the hotel front desk for activities: mountain climbing, culture and art. When you leave, go to Foxtown and sweep the goods."
"This hotel is lucky to have such nice persons working for them, absolutely delightful stay and on our way back a very helpful lady gave us advice on where to go and what to see. Very nice person and service. Truly a pleasure to see. As we were here only for a night we barely had time to have breakfast, fast swim and a short walk around the lake below but each of these was very nice. Walk back to the hotel is up the hill, be prepared... Only two negative things come to mind, price of the room is high..seems to be the trend in this country and bathroom shower arrangement. Somehow every time we had a shower we ***aged to splash huge amount of water to the floor and there is no drain for water to go....Used towels to fix this but something is wrong Room price was a disappointment, with the price we payed I was expecting something much more nice, room was basic (comfortable however) and didn't seem to be worth the money. We stayed in first floor facing the carpark...please make sure NOT to stay in these rooms, NO view to anything but cars...unless you like Mercedes, BMW and Lamborghini styling. Sadly this is affecting my plans to come back, country is just too expensive compared what is available just a hour from here. Sorry."
"The hotel is on the hillside. It is recommended that passengers who are not self-driving tourists should be careful to book, not close to the train station, and they are all uphill, and don't be fooled by this Chinese name. The suite hotel has nothing to do with the suite, it is an ordinary hotel room! We booked a lake view room, but the actual view of the lake is not too much, basically blocking the front building and tower crane! The room is still ok, that is, the decoration is slightly old."
