Reviews From Real Travelers
We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 2 nights. For $2000/night, I expected services similar to Four Seasons. However, it fell short in the following areas. Room service prices were outlandish, Chicken consume soup for 40 Euros?! The restaurants are not digitally connected to the front desk. They have no ideas that the person making the reservation or dinning there is a hotel guest? I got a Tier 2 table at their Michelin rated restaurant for my wife’s birthday? The head waiter was polite but did not talk to us as he did to other guests perhaps thinking we were not guests until I charged the 560 Euro dinner to our room. I tried to change 220 CHF to Euros at FD, and 3 attendants spent more than 15 minutes figuring out what to do and how to do it? When I checked out I received a blank invoice via email?!

facility. location. Needless to say, it's the best.
The staff are the worst.
I changed the check-out time to 1pm, so I was packing my bags, but the housekeeping staff just came in. coming in. I checked out today and cleaned the curtains in the room. I asked why I was coming in and when I asked what my name was, I lied and said I couldn't speak English, and then ran away.
Call the manager and ask. Although I'm sorry. I don't feel sincere. He called the employee and said he wanted an apology. say no Then, he told me to be patient because he would give me breakfast for free.
Is this really the service of the Bulgari Hotel?
The fitness said they gave you a protein shake for free, but when you brought it to the room, they said you had to pay for it,, I called again and asked. said free. There is really no communication between the staff and no communication.
The French Paris system that really does the worst job and gets paid a lot.

The hotel is a hidden gem! So much attention to detail, and top notch service and attention from each and everyone at the hotel. The room decor is wonderful ! And the bed was amazing! Great selection of international TV programs (always comes in handy when jet lag gets you up at 4am! AMAZING stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast is very good, not a buffet restaurant, is a set meal, more than the extra money. You can add an extra bed, but the super bed is indeed very big, the hotel is in a good location, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are highlights, the small garden can not be missed, very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, the honesty can be said to be normal, the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptions and smooth communication. Overall it is still great.

Take a taxi from Orly Airport to the hotel, half an hour, about 40 Euros. The location of the hotel is very good. When you go out, turn right to the subway station, and turn left to the iron tower. The Arc de Triomphe is very convenient to walk, with a straight-line distance of 800 meters, and there will be two Chinese restaurants on the road.
The hotel has slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
Breakfast is not a buffet, there are 62 Euro set meals and a la carte Chinese.

A very comfortable place to stay overnight, my family and I were really well served in this place. The cleanliness of the place is also very well maintained.

The room I had booked was different from the room I was introduced to, so I changed it from the second day. The service at the breakfast venue varies, and depending on the staff, it may be useless.

The location of the room is excellent, just on the side street of Xiang Street. When you walk to Xiang Street, you can see the Arc de Triomphe. When you walk, it will take 10 minutes. The hotel will feel like a theater, dim light, old photos on the wall, dark red carpet on the floor, people. Suddenly calmed down The room is very comfortable, fresh fruit every day, the refrigerator bar is also a drink, the breakfast is Western, the variety is not much, I can only eat and eat Chinese food, but the dining environment is good.
- WEI
A little expensive, but the location, hotel facilities and services are good, the bed is soft and moderate, the bed is also comfortable, especially the breakfast can reach the level of Paris premium afternoon tea.

This is my second time staying at this famous hotel. First time service was very good. However, with this stay it was great! From the moment we checked in we were made to feel so welcome and special. Sergio at the front desk with his colleague personally escorted us to our room, showing us the hotel renovations that have been done since our last stay. The excellent service continued throughout our stay, including morning room service, making this a most memorable trip. Bravo 👏

French romance, hospitality staff, bathing supplies are all Guerlain, including the spa. The room is large, dry and wet. The restaurant is very good, the best dress is for dinner, otherwise there will be a situation where the waiter is dressed more than you. The breakfast quality is very high.

Traveling with girlfriends, Paris hotels like this the most! There is a feeling of a European castle, but it is very bright, and it is very comfortable without the gloomy feeling. Every place is very delicate, especially suitable for making big movies.

I ordered a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and I was given a room on the top floor, but the price of 6k felt like a big mistake... There is no balcony, and only half of the tower can be seen from the window of the room, and the angle is particularly picky, the window It cannot be fully opened, so people and scenes cannot be photographed together. The side of the hotel is not busy, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the iron tower. The price/performance ratio is extremely low... There are many hotels with the same price, so I don't recommend it...

We stayed 2 nights at the Canopy and LOVED it. The location couldn't be better Took the train from Disneyland right to Trocadero stop maybe a 5 min walk. Even our tour to Normandy, the stop was at the train station Trocadero. All of the employees were so nice and accomadating, answering any questions we had. Our room was so nice overlooking the street with the Eiffel Tower in view. The rooftop bar and grill a must do! Beautiful views! Our room was big, clean and cool. The bed very comfortable. We walked to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs in about 15 min. We were so sad to leave The Canopy, we hope to be back. Such wonderful atmosphere.

I chose this hotel because it was recently opened. The facilities are good, the food in the restaurant is good, the breakfast is so-so, the fitness is good because it's open 24 hours, and there's a rooftop, but it's so poor that it's not good. It is a Hilton hotel and is a 4-star hotel. However, before check-out, the housekeeping staff opened the door and just came in and left again. Don't even disturb me, even though I put it on. Since I talked to the front desk at the time of check-out, I just said sorry and moved on,, Is this just something to be sorry about? I was wearing all my clothes in the room and I was organizing my luggage, but it would be a big deal if I didn't,, the staff were so irresponsible and incompetent. There is no communication between the staff, and you have to tell all the staff again.

I was debating between a 4 or 5 star review but had to go with 4. The hotel itself is located a short 3 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro station. The property is very nice and the staff was excellent, English was really spoken as were many other languages. The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the package with breakfast included. Two reasons for the one star reduction. First, the hotel has 2 elevators. One was foam when we checked in and had been for some time. Having one elevator in a hotel with 118 rooms becomes problematic at busy times and we waited for 5 elevators more than once. It looks like either the elevator was damaged by water or mechanical or a renovation was planned, but.. I think it was the former as a renovation is done and workers are present and the situation scheduled. This was just a sign and apologies. The second issue was one evening we came back to the hotel from a day out all day to find our bathroom had 1 towel, not a full size but a bath mat sized towel. We were informed their towel service didn't return the towels that day. We baked and a second small towel showed up but, that was not well planned out. The GM did apologize profusely, but it seemed like poor inventory control to hand zero stock on hand. Otherwise, great location, fantastic staff, rooms are decent sized and well appointed. Ask the staff for recommendations on restaurants and cafes, they are all knowledge

I was at the hotel for a five nights vacation in mid-April with friends. The hotel is excellent with very large (for Paris's standart) rooms and extremely comfortable beds, the bathrooms are also large. My room had a view of part of the Eiffel Tower (see photos). The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The food in the restaurant is excellent for dinner and the breakfast is extremely rich and definitely worth it. We also stopped a few times for cocktails at the bar (which is adjacent to the restaurant), they are very good. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe in a very nice and quiet area that also seems very safe. I recommend it. I am Bonvoy Titanium, I had booked 3 rooms. I applied SNA to two of the rooms and both were successful - first time for me. The hotel people tried and fulfilled all our requests. I am very pleased.
