"This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate."
"The hotel is situated at the Tivoli with beautifully decorated very spacious rooms offering stunning views over the Tivoli gardens from large 'french doors' and windows that you can actually open (unlike some hotel windows) . We spent a couple of hours drinking champagne just looking at all the activity and entertainment at the gardens! The service and food were first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. T"
"You really felt VIP all through the stay, and though the kids were jumping up and down being so excited, the staff were so welcoming and down to earth that the kids felt safe enough to approach them themselves and going to the gardens on their own (10 years of age)."

"Arrived for a nice weekend in Copenhagen and expectations where extremely high entering The Villa. Expect to stand in line if there is many check ins at one time, the front desk is in the end of the large all in one bar, lobby and lounge - the courtyard. Tre small counter desks and it`s quite crowdy when a lot of people arrives at the same time. But there is a self check in area just beside, but if you do not know it is there you probably will not notice. Rooms is nice decorated, and beds really comfy. Stayed at the top floor. Expect it to be noisy outside during night time in weekends due to the hotels location. Construction workers outside our window, but they will not be there forever. But it is a busy area in many ways. Breakfast - a total disaster. A quite limitted selection of food, and way off my expectations for a hotel like this. Friday morning only one buffet where open, and there where missing a lot of food on the buffet since there where so many people eating at the same time and staff where not able at all to keep up. Tables where not cleaned, and this where just a huge dissapointment in total. Saturday a bit better, since to they opened another buffet, but still lack of cleaning tables, and staff where not as expected at all. Where where they??? For a hotel like this i actually expect staff to be present, serving coffe at the table, etc. The lobbybar is really slow in service, and I actually had to watch the bartender asking collegue for reciept for a aperol spritzer..... (four persons standing in the bar thrusday, but two of them where just busy with internal talking/work, I don`n know what they did, but they should not ignore guest standing in the bar when collegues where busy. In genaral they do not see you at all when sitting in the lobby area, but when they sees you they are nice and friendly, so a bit of service training might be helpful. In all, the expectations where high, I expected it to be in the same service level as their sister hotels both in Norway and Sweden, but sorry to say, the service where just average this weekend. When rates for both staying there and the prices in restaurant and bar are higher than other places in area you are just expecting more. And i hope for the hotel that this will improve quite soon, othervice there are lot of other hotels in Copenhagen that offers a better total experience and value for money. I am actually a bit sorry to write a rewiew like this for this hotel, but I hope you guys will improve."
"We arrived a bit before Check in, and unfortunately our room was not ready. But the reception staff was so welcoming and willing to assist with any questions and had lots of suggestions from the start. They stored our luggage and we could start exploring the city. A very trendy hotel. A grand courtyard where the bar area is. Unfortunately the sauna did not work during our stay. The breakfast room is perfectly laid out, not once had to queue for coffee even. Great selection for everyone, with or without food preferences or specific dietary requirements. Walked only 5 minutes to the Hotel from the train station and the airport to the train station is only 13 minutes away. Oh and of course it is again 5 minutes to Tivoli Gardens and only 15 minutes to the shopping street. Super friendly staff from every single department. We will see you again Villa Copenhagen."
"We enjoyed our short stay at Villa Copenhagen. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in which was very helpful. Check in was easy and service was very friendly. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than some economy hotel rooms and had a great free standing tub. There was a safe, coffeemaker, water kettle and good options for clothes storage. Bed was large and very comfortable. We had to reserve a breakfast time and chose a later option which was not great as they started clearing items before we were done. The pool looked great, but the weather was too cold. We lso enjoyed the lobby bar for a meal. We did find it odd that none of the staff we encountered spoke Danish!"

"I can not fault the staff at this hotel, without exception they were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful and I was always greeted with a smile. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the foyer. The restaurant was welcoming and clean. The breakfasts were excellent with a variety of choices, everything was good. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the bathroom too with many towels and amenities. The reason I only gave this lovely hotel 4 ( I would have liked to give it 4 and a half) is that there is little soundproofing in the rooms so I was kept awake many times over the 4 nights I stayed. The lovely night manager moved me once without any annoyance on her part, even offering me camomile tea as well, thank you for that. However, due to the age of the hotel, sound proofing must be difficult. Although I loved the hotel, staff and food probably will not visit again because of the noise from other rooms around. A great shame as would love to visit again. "
"We stayed for 4 nights in a junior suite. The room was great with plenty of space to chill after a day in Copenhagen. We thought the hotel was in a great location for all the attractions Copenhagen has to offer. The breakfast was very good, no problems getting a table even though the hotel was fully booked. Tried the Italian restaurant in the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by that too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful in the hotel. A few little supermarkets within a few minutes walk if needed, and lots of bars and restaurants on Nyhavn on your doorstep. We got a taxi from the airport as we arrived quite late in the evening. Returning we took the metro which took around the same time and cost about £8 for two opposed to £40 in the taxi. One word of warning it took forever to get through security at the airport. Probably about an hour and it was far more organised than at Manchester... just a much bigger airport so leave plenty of time."
"A historic hotel, taking a taxi from the airport for the past 300 yuan. The first time I met a hotel room, there was a gauge cylinder. The younger brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic. When we left, let us take the subway and give me a road map. Hotel accommodations seem to be mostly business people. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Little Mermaid. The door is the bar restaurant street. Eating at the Nordic level is not particularly expensive. All the fundamental Hagen attractions are around the hotel. There is no need to take a bus to take a bus. The location is great."

"The hotel breakfast is really amazing. There are actually herring steaks, soaked in garlic sauce, the taste is absolutely amazing. Yogurt with a variety of raspberries, accompanied by eating, tastes pure, without any processed taste, it is really pure large fruit without adding. The bread is also delicious, sandwich jam bread baked by yourself. There is a lake behind the hotel, you can go for nothing, Nordic style, and contact with nature. The only disadvantage is that it is a little far from the Central Station, but if the luggage is not very large, walking is acceptable, about 800 meters. Easy shopping around. Personally, in order to taste breakfast, I can go to live once."
"Don't let the name Savoy fool you, this is a substandard basic bed and breakfast accommodation for the budget traveller. Located about 600 metres from the central train station, the hotel is easy to find. Reception is clean but the rooms are left wanting. The first room we were given was on the 6th floor and had a sloping apex ceiling directly above the bed. Access to the bed would be by performing a long jump to avoid banging your bonce on the very low ceiling point. Instead we requested another room and moved down a floor. Room was small, access to the bathroom had an annoying step which I kept stubbing my toe on. There was a small travel kettle but no tea bags. No spare bedding or pillow and the television was so small I didn't bother with it. The shower rail came off and the foam was coming out of one of the mattresses. Beds were very uncomfortable during our stay. Breakfast was minimal - cornflakes, muesli, cold meats etc. Owners decided to change the door locks when we were out without notification which meant we could not get back into the room until we had been issued with an access card. Our last night here happened to be the same night as Celtic were playing in Copenhagen. Cue lots of late night singing and door banging and a pool of vomit left in the lift. I have stayed in better rough and tumble bed and breakfast establishments in Blackpool than this place."
"Amazing boutique hotel offering great value for money in a perfect location in Copenhagen. Nice vibe in the lobby area and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and newly renovated. There are a lot of great restaurants, wine bars and Entertainment in the Area incl. The Meatpacking district (Kødbyen), Tivoli, Værnedamsvej."

"Especially good... I recommend everyone to stay. Although I don't know why it is so expensive...but the hotel itself is fine. The rooms are spacious, with a clear layout, beautiful views and cleanliness. Built on the riverside, there is a large terrace, and the scenery has not been said. The location is not bad, the train station is seven or eight minutes away! Going to various attractions also depends on the legs. There seems to be no special supermarket nearby, but there will be a lot of it in ten minutes, so it is convenient! The room is actually very old, the table and the window sill are broken, but the cleaning is very clean. There are a lot of small commodities that are sold, and the video is used for a long time. They can be found in the elevators. There are also many people in the hotel. It is estimated that there is cooperation. In short, Copenhagen is very good, Marriott is also a good choice, it is worth everyone to experience."
"The location is more than 1 kilometer from the city center, there is no store nearby, it is relatively deserted, but the victory is in a good environment, the water view room is full of scenery. The meal in the morning is also very good and there are many kinds of fruits. The worst thing is that the toilet is not well drained, blocked, there is no shower room, only a bathtub, the water temperature adjustment is very troublesome, the decoration is a bit old, the bathroom has to be re-made, the room is still big, but it does not look like 36 square meters, feeling up to 30 square feet"
"The price is high, the room and breakfast are not comparable to the domestic five-star, but the location and the scenery outside the window. I bought a Copenhagen 2nd transportation card, and it is very convenient to take the 66 and 5C buses to the various attractions. However, the core area of Copenhagen is really small. The main scenic spots are not too far away. The hotel is only 7 or 8 minutes away from the Central Railway Station and the Tivoli Park. It is more than 20 minutes from the city center. The 150DKK transportation card Not very cost-effective."
