Top 10 Jackson Hole Hotels

Stayed here for 40th Birthday splurge and was so happy I did! The location is perfect for exploring all the town has to offer without needing a car. Hotel staff was always amazing and helpful even when we asked for a different type of pillow. extra perks included a hot cookie happy hour, private hot tub appointments (no awkward sharing) and gorgeous room. We stayed in a King Prem with the gas fireplace in the room and I loved turning it on while reading my book early in the morning. I couldn't rave about this place more!

Very satisfied with it. Expensive in just one word. Apart from the price, this is my favorite hotel in the past ten days. Like it 👍

Comfortable room and bed. Fine sized bathroom with wash basin outside the toilet/shower room. Beds were comfortable. Great location on the edge of the town centre.. Nice reception with good, rural style befitting the area/town. Like many similar hotels it’s a bit ‘beige’ and would benefit from more modernisation. But it has everything it needs including a pool. Staff were great. Toiletries were good quality. Breakfast was fine but only just….the food was distinctly ok and the room was too small for the size of hotel and gets very busy. I think it’s probably one of the better hotels in the town. Bars and restaurants are closeby.

We spent six wonderful nights at the White Buffalo Club the last week of May . This was a special family trip and included our 2 grandkids ages 11 and 15. This was the first time they and their parents had ever been out west or seen the mountains. Our stay was just lovely. Our rooms on the third floor were spacious with a view of the town. Since we were a large family group we enjoyed the convenience of the pretty bathrooms, kitchen and washing machines. We also loved sitting on the terrace in the morning with coffee and in the evening with snacks and wine. We had maid service and everything was immaculate. We could walk to everything and enjoyed shopping, dining and music on the square. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us make a dinner reservation at the steakhouse in the hotel. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We had a special table by the fireplace in a private area. On our last day it was snowing and the manager checked the road conditions for us, which was so helpful. The only downside was limited parking at times due to construction next door, but we always found a place to park nearby or in the lot.

Second time in Jackson. First time at this Hilton property. Spent three nights there with my wife so was able to get good feel for property. Pros - Location. Not too far from center of town. Very walkable. Friendliness of staff. Everybody at the property was extremely polite and friendly! Cons - Rooms are “tired” and a bit worn. Not all appliances in room worked. Comfort - room was a bit “tight” but manageable. Sleeper sofa was dated and extremely uncomfortable. Don’t plan on using it. Fireplace was inoperable. HVAC unit struggled (ironically an HVAC company was on our floor the day we checked out). Cleanliness - rooms were clean however common area needed regular attention but did not receive it. Example - Notified housekeeping of garbage that needed to be removed from waste bin in hallway outside our room (it was filled with soiled diapers). Was not addressed for hours and hallway filled with foul smell. This was an issue on two of the three nights we were there. Service - service was below average for Hilton. I’m guessing this is due to lack of staff and not due to their willingness to assist. Examples - no one there to check us in at arrival. Waited for 5 minutes before finally calling the property hoping someone would answer. No one answered. After 10 minutes someone arrived to check us in. As mentioned earlier not all appliances worked. When asked to receive a replacement was initially told they did not have any and, ironically, could not leave front desk to deliver a replacement because there was no one else on duty to wait for arriving travelers. As noted above, responding to areas of immediate need in common area took a lot of time. On average I spend 50+ nights on the road each year, many of which at Hilton properties. I’m a “low frills just give me the basics and I’ll be happy” type of guy…clean, quiet, and comfortable with reasonable service. Anything above that is a bonus. If I did not know this was a Hilton property I would have not guessed it was - atypical. Overall value was below average.

There is a parking lot, the room setting is very American, the bathroom is big enough, it is suitable for a small basin friend accommodation. The hotel is in the small town of Jackson. The town itself is very small. There are Chinese restaurants nearby, all in the supermarket. It is not easy to find.

A family of three in a suite, the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are OK, the location is good, just a few minutes walk from the main street, Antlers Park and various shops and restaurants, the American breakfast is simple and delicious.

Check-in does not require a deposit, a typical American breakfast, and there is a large food supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for replenishment. Because it is close to Grand Teton and is a transit point to Yellowstone, the price is a bit expensive.
