After taking the bus from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, you need to take a taxi. There is a little walk. Walk about 20 minutes from the ancient city and walk to the Damascus Gate for half an hour. The accommodation conditions are probably less than the domestic Samsung level. There is no kettle and no slippers.

Like, next time I recommend my teammates to live there, breakfast is also rich, the hotel location is close to the Damascus Gate, walking is completely no problem, the surrounding Arab market price is right, suitable for buying some fruits, etc.

The location of the hotel is a few minutes walk from the old town. The service is also very good from the door to the front desk. It's just that it's inconvenient to drink when the minibar is empty. In addition, there is dust on the bedside counter, and hygiene is not very good.

Very good location, very good building, unfortunately the service was unsatisfactory, check-in waited for a long time, and the service staff ignored and did not help with luggage, and the credit card was charged many times for unknown charges, triggering an alarm.

i was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the rooms were very nice, the toiletries top notch not only for Israel but for worldwide, the porch of our was extra large with a beautiful view and very comfortable lounging chairs and ottoman, the complimentary wine in the room was delicious, housekeeping was very on top of their job and room was very clean. the food was my biggest surprise, what a huge variety, and how tasteful, both in presentation, but most importantly in taste, both during the weekend and during the week, we will without a doubt return when we are there next. if you are thinking between waldorf and this, don't think, definitely stay here.

There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.

There are many varieties of breakfast, the hotel is relatively central, there are restaurants and shopping malls around, the rooms are bigger, the sofa can become a bed, and whether the hotel has a parking lot is not clear.

Reviews From Real Travelers
We checked in to the hotel for a 2 night weekend stay. We had booked a room with an Old City view. Unfortunately, the view was of another hotel opposite, the First Station and the Mount of Olives. If I leaned out if the window and looked left I could see the Old City. The room was very tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower. The hotel has a shallow indoor lap pool, next to a well equipped gym. There is an outdoor infinity pool on the roof with amazing panoramic views in 3 directions. It gets windy up there and the pool was very cold. There is an indoor meat bar on the roof, which we went to, but left soon after as it was freezing at night. I would recommend improving the heating in there. Breakfast was a very high standard with an excellent selection and high quality. Hot drinks and eggs are served to the table. Dinner on Friday night was the best I'd ever had. There was an extensive selection with very good meats in the carvery. The food was further enhanced by the excellent service by the dining room staff. We also enjoyed treatments in the spa. The spa receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lobby bar serves good cocktails and food. The staff in the hotel are very service oriented, from the room cleaners, to the reception staff (apart from one rude receptionist). Fadi at reception ensured that the guests got the best service and should be commended.

Terrific hotel stay! The Orient is well kept, clean and beautiful. The room is spacious and bathroom luxurious. Fitness and pools are top notch and immaculate. Friendly staff and large property with indoor and outdoor spaces. Good Wi-Fi. Near great restaurants but not in the center of the city. Doesn’t have international outlet/ USB charger in room
