"My husband and I were key hopping after a cruise. We stayed here on our last night in the keys, but we both wished we would have just stayed here. It was so beautiful, and we had a free suite upgrade from our Marriott rewards card, and were able to get a Villa - which was very cool. Check in did take a while - not sure why, but they did offer us free Pineapple Mojitos while we waited, which were delicious. Then they offered for a golf cart to transport us to our villa, which was very convenient. The villa was nice - although in need of a good deep cleaning (window wells had bugs). The upstairs bathroom had no hooks or towel racks to hang towels, so we just hung them up over the tub, since it was separate from the shower. Other than that, the bathroom was Huge and very elegant, as was the bedroom. The hotel is very beautiful and sits right on the beach, which is lovely. The pool area is very nice, too, although it was chilly during our stay so we only used the hot tub (which was Really hot). Service was excellent. Our only issue was the restaurant options at this hotel - they were ridiculously overpriced and the menus were extremely limited. We also were offered either 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers OR a certain number of points towards our Marriott rewards. We opted for the breakfast, so we went to the breakfast restaurant and were seated right away. It was quite busy, and since it was a buffet style breakfast and our hostess hadn't given us a menu and only said "enjoy" and walked away, we got up and served ourselves. The server did come over to get our drink order until 10 minutes after we had already started eating. She did not say anything about the set up or the price of the buffet. It was only after we gave her our voucher for the meal that she explained that the voucher only covered pastries and cereal - not the hot food. I think she felt bad for us so she didn't end up charging us for the difference, and she said that that happens all the time...she was really nice about it so I don't blame her. I just wish someone had explained that before we ate - or even at the time the front desk had offered us breakfast. The food wasn't even good, and they were charging $38 per person for the "upgrade", which included watery eggs and half cooked bacon. We also ate dinner at the Grill, which mostly serves $30 sandwiches, and even my pasta had no flavor at all. Our server was the bartender, and he was really nice and attentive, but we really weren't impressed by the food or options on site. We would definitely stay here again, we would just eat somewhere else. The service was great and the resort and grounds are beautiful. There is another Marriott Resort in Key Largo - it is definitely more outdated - but Gus's grill at that location is lovely and has really, really good food."
"We were incredibly impressed Playa Largo on every level... We arrived in the peak coronavirus crisis (well, I guess we do not know if it is the peak...) but a stressful time regardless. Nonetheless, their service was impeccable - the level of cleanliness was incredible - all members of the staff were outstanding, smiling, friendly, professional. We were very impressed with how clean everything was - and how much attention they paid to cleanliness and sanitizing. Our room was fabulous - spacious and well organized - loved the bathroom, bedroom comfortable, living area was great - and a patio that went right out to the beach so we could see the sunsets.... The noise level was very quiet -- very good insulation - although not as good from the upper level (we were on 1st floor). Really liked first floor and we recommend since you can go right onto the beach. To maintain "social distance" we rented a cabana - we loved it... highly recommend. And the SPA - amazing.... If they can do this well under such stressful circumstances - I can only imagine how outstanding they can be in normal circumstances... highly highly recommend. We hope we can come back when life is less stressful...."
"I want to say this trip was planned months in advance for our spring break vacation. Although there was talk about the Corona virus we decided being from Florida we would drive down and soak up the sun. I called the front desk and spoke with Malinda several times and she always assured me that the hotel is taking every safely precaution. When we arrived the hotel couldn’t be any cleaner, staff were wearing gloves and have to say everyone that we encountered were risking their health to take care of the guests. That speaks volume! Thank you all for making the days we did get to stay safe and wonderful. We will come back and enjoy the hotel when this all clears up. Thanks again to all the staff!!!!!"

"We stayed for 2 night which was not enough! The hotel room was spacious, clean and modern with a view over Hammock beach. Delicious buffet breakfast at Calusa... We ate lunch at Dry Rocks... delicious fresh salads, Tacos etc. The staff were very accommodating.. We loved both beaches... coconut beach had lots of sun beds, lots of shade and the sea was lovely and warm. We did paddle board, kayaking and loved it!! Perfect for couples, families etc... Great hotel. Can’t wait to go back."
"The location of the hotel is very good, the beach is downstairs, and many maritime projects can participate for free. The only drawback is that the room near the sea is too tide, there are many water seepages on the roof, the breakfast is too simple, and it is not commensurate with the big brand like Hilton"
"The resort facilities are good, the service attitude is also OK, but many services will charge, if only accommodation, the price is not high. I thought that I had two bottles of free water like other hotels. I moved and received 6US$."

"To go to the dive shop to book here, it is very close to the dive shop, but there are some roads that can be passed around in the middle of the sea. The hotel can park for free. General facilities, breakfast is simple. When the front desk checked out, the room number was mistyped, but it was discovered in time."
"The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is relatively simple, there are several things to choose from, there is a parking lot."
"Very general, the only advantage is that the next door is the dive shop."

"During the day, playing in Key West is rather embarrassing. The next day, I plan to go to the Everglades early in the morning. It is more appropriate to stay in Key Largo in time and place. Hotel location, the environment is very good, after the lake, and its own beach. Sunbathe on the sun loungers, drink, watch the sunset, watch the scenery, birds and lizards, and completely liberate your mind and body. Hotel service is not bad. The downside is that the air conditioning is too noisy and affects rest. This is not unique to this hotel, but a common problem of the same type of hotel in the United States. There is also a small shower in the bathroom shower, and the shower is not refreshing. In the peak season, the price is still expensive. Of course, Key West is more expensive. So I imagine that there should be a lot of planning trips like this: It is estimated that I will plan to stay in Kilago for one night, plus friends who like water sports. With so many hotels on the island, the price will naturally go up. In short, it is worthy of this house price, especially on weekends. If you want to be cheap, you can only make a reservation as soon as possible. 😁😁"
"This is a motel. The room is simple with a small sandy beach and the water is deep next to it. Children need to watch carefully. There is a small pier, the breakfast is simple and the rooms are fairly clean. Next to the police station, I feel safe"

"I picked Dolphin Point based on reviews from tripadvisor and I was not disappointed. We booked the Dolphin Suite for our family of 6. We arrived at 7:30 and the property is gated, so you have to call so they can let you in if you are arriving after 6 pm. The office is located next door in the same area as Dolphin Plus, which I will review later. Check-in was easy and the person was really friendly dispite having lost her voice. Just a note, they hold $500 on your CC versus the $200 or $300 that other places do. We were given a breakfast voucher to Mrs. Mac's Kitchen or the Hideout which was also unexpected. She gave us a map, which was a little confusing. We had to go back out the gate and enter another gate where the villas were located. The road is a one way so if you miss your spot you have to go back around. Our suite was right next to the pool and connected to the Dolphin Villa. I found out later that you can actually book both places if you have a large group and they have a connecting door. There is a wrap around deck with rocking chairs that made it perfect for enjoying the beautiful nights. The Dolphin suite only has the pool view, but it is a short walk to the dock, which provided lots fish viewing opportunities. My family saw a nurse shark, upside down jellyfish and lots of parrot fish. Also down by the dock is lighted area that has a hammack, chairs and some outdoor games to play. The suite itself was very large with high ceilings. There was a small fridge with lots of cupboard space as well as a wardrobe for people who were using the Murphy bed that is main area. The room only had one bathroom, with a large shower. The water pressure was very low. The bedroom had 2 queen beds and was very large. Lots of windows and natural light in the suite. You can access the porch by the bedroom or the main area. The only thing that the room lacked was a table to eat at or put a laptop on. The pool was very nice to cool off in, it didn't seem heated, but it was still warm enough. There were lots of chairs to sun yourself by the pool. My kids spent hours trying to catch lizards and watching the iguanas. They have very specific times in which to get clean towels and supplies so prepare ahead for that. The staff are amazing there though and just made our stay so enjoyable. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the staff brought everyone on the property Key Lime Pie, which my family just loved. We will by stayiing here in the future, but will opt for a larger place that has two bathrooms and a table to eat at."
"We had a family reunion of 14 and stayed in the Nautilus House for Thanksgiving. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left the stay was truly amazing. The house was gorgeous, the beds and linens were the most comfortable at a rental that we have ever experienced. The grounds were perfect including the beach area, boat dock, paddle boards, kayaks, cornhole, hammock etc. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend also doing the Dolphin Swim - right next door. It was a once in a lifetime experience. We would give Dolphin Point Villas 10 stars if possible. We will definitely be back!"
"Excellent! From the moment I called to make the reservation, all throughout our stay and on our last day, staff/service was phenomenal! Staff checked in on us from time to time to make sure we were all good. House was as clean as can be and very comfortable for our family (big family)....and beautiful to boot! Loved the location, very convenient for those who have a boat (boat slip right behind the house) and other good amenities offered. Family had a GREAT time (all ages...13 to 50+). No crazy crowds, peaceful and family oriented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a GREAT long weekend!"
