The hotel is made with Ritz-Carlton. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday, which is much cheaper than other five-star hotels. Driving, valet parking 45 knives. I have to pay extra for the Internet, my mobile phone is often broken, and other devices are fine. The hotel beach is under maintenance and the experience is a lot worse. There is a small private beach left, and there are very few people. The swimming pool is big and the rest of the pool is not very big. The gym is quite big and there are very few people. There is also a jazz performance in the lobby at night.

In general, I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need. Good beach, the territory is not big, but well-groomed. Minus is the staff that cleans the Hotel and the room. Already from 8 am in the corridor begins a constant very loud communication and laughter, it awakens and does not allow you to sleep and rest. To our room, despite the inscription do not disturb, came twice without any knock. Therefore, the whole impression of the hotel was spoiled by the absolutely uneducated noisy cleaning staff. I probably won't stop in the future.

The hotel is empty on a Sunday night, and I am here for business for three nights. They stuck me in Room 419, which has to be the absolute worst room in the whole property. I am platinum and will probably be titanium this year. Room 419 is less than six feet above several heating / cooling machines that whir like you are in a wind turbine. (I have a video of the horrible noise.) The headboard is against a draped window. (Picture below.) For an hour, I rolled around trying to sleep until I called to demand a new room. Room 419 has no business being a room and should be a storage closet. (And when I called, I had to use my cell phone because the phone wasn’t working.). The front desk knew what my night was going to look like. I last stayed at this hotel in February and had a lovely experience and spent a good chunk of money. After being less than helpful and offering me the “option” to move, the front desk clerk said she found another choice. She brought up a key. No apologies for putting me in this situation, just claims of ignorance. As she has me open the new room, she sheepishly tells me that it is an accessible room. You have got to be kidding me, I said. The only two rooms were that one and this one? Of course, there were lies about not knowing what was available when I checked in. (I checked in online at 3 pm.). Yes, in a completely vacant hotel, these are the only two rooms available of the kind that I had to book — through my job and corporate rate. For the unaware, platinum means an upgrade when available. Again, the hotel is obviously close to empty. Except for my neighbor who is blaring some action movie — but that is better than a wind turbine. I am in my pajamas (short shorts and a tank top) with no bra. My stuff is unpacked. I throw all of my stuff together, pissed that I was supposed to be asleep already for a stressful week ahead. Now I am wandering the halls with my alarm going off in four hours. Not Ritz-Carlton behavior. Absolutely unacceptable. If it weren’t midnight, I would be heading for the door. And remember — Room 419. This is why I started staying at Hyatt’s.

We were staying at the hotel to attend our son's graduation. The hotel was very busy because of the graduation. Since I had booked the room so far in advance, I was hoping for a better room when we checked in. I spoke to Julissa at the front desk and she was able to get us into a better room that evening. When she found out we were there for graduation, she arranged to have Yasmin at the concierge decorate our room for our son. The decorations were OVER THE TOP great!! Julissa gave me her personal cell phone and checked in with me several times during our stay to make sure we were happy with the room and the decorations. Yasmin also followed up with me to make sure my son liked the decorations. They really made our stay and the occasion more special for us!

Stayed here 2 nights post cruise and we simply loved it--5 min walk from the beautiful Brickell shopping center. The best part of this hotel is the pool area without a doubt--its stunning with great service and a gorgeous pool where children are most welcome. The main lobby bar is a slight let down for us and looks a little dated but still nice. Rooms again are nice but in comparison with other 5 star properties in Miami are showing signs of age. Breakfast however in Le Mar is spectacular with simply beautiful food and if you eat outdoors the views are magnificent.

Excellent hotel in a prime location in the heart of the city, very close to everything! The room is very comfortable, as shown in the picture, luxurious and warm and elegant! It is really a treasure hotel. If I come to Miami again, I will definitely choose to stay again. I am really impressed by the management and service of MO!

A great experience but wish that there were more people available at a late hour as it’s an airport hotel.

The hotel is very good, very new, the facilities are also very complete, there is a washing machine dryer open kitchen, etc.; there is a balcony facing the street view, but sleep is not noisy. The entrance to the hotel is also very well laid out. We are a little more expensive for the price set on the same day. It should be more cost-effective in advance.

I can only say that dt in Miami is cost-effective, but you get what you get for every penny. First: the cleanliness is extremely poor, and I have committed cleanliness. Second: the front desk obviously saw that it was a Chinese who checked in and said the room was not ready and must be added. The money was upgraded to two bedrooms.... I have two people on my side and told me that both rooms are king size. When I checked in, I found that the small room was a queen bed. I am speechless and will never stay again.

The lobby is small, the rooms are very nice and the service is warm. The roof has a swimming pool with heating, and the water is warm. There is a public parking lot 100 meters away, 10 yuan a day. There is 711 next to it for convenience.

Big Love! Located in downtown Miami, the sea can be seen from the balcony. The hotel facilities are very new, the pool on the roof is very comfortable, there is also a hot tub, and parking is more expensive.

This hotel is really good. It's close to the beach and still dt. There are not many tourists. The hotel is not noisy or noisy. It's not like my friend's southbeach. I have been to Miami a few times and feel that this hotel is really no.1. Now it's hot season. One day, I grabbed 1200 a night and usually it is 1600, but the swimming pool closed a little earlier.
The disadvantage is that there is no fan in the bathroom. My boyfriend's shit stinks.
There is also water from Fuji, which is not offered voluntarily every day. In addition, it is full score. The dining bar is also very beautiful.

Net red hotel, located in the financial district, opposite the metro station (free), the transportation is more convenient. The lobby is located on the 25th floor. I got a city view room. The room is a little small, but the bathroom is quite big with a bathtub 🛁 and a shower 🚿. The swimming pool is opposite the hotel and needs to be swiped with a room card, and there are free yoga teachers teaching yoga on Saturdays and Sundays.
