Back from a 3 night stay at the Brenners. As always everything is perfect and the winter atmosphere is hard to beat. Pre stay inquiries are efficiently dealt with. We were upgraded to a beautiful junior suite with nice welcome amenities. Etro toiletries are correct but I missed the Brenners branded toiletries and their scent. Breakfast buffet is among the best I’ve experienced. We also had cocktail and dinner at Fritz & Felix which we love. Gym, pool and sauna are amazing. All the staff we interacted with was professional as usual and charming. Special thanks to concierge Merlin who helped us with our flight and limo transfer issues and tried its best to offer the best possible solution. I have heard there is a renovation soon of the main building. I really hope it maintains its aesthetic and character!

Very luxury hotel and just next to BadenBaden Christmas market and surrounded by all the restaurants, boutique, and public transport Perfect location. Abit further from the airport and cost about €100 to call the taxi..the breakfast was superb and plenty of choice ..definitely will come back again

My wife and I spent a wonderful spa weekend at Mokni's Palais Hotel & Spa. We stayed at the Bad Hotel, which was much better than ”bad.” The hotel is a sister hotel to the Rossini across the street, The Bad Hotel has larger rooms. It also has direct access to the Palais Thermal. The Rossini is where we enjoyed an exceptional breakfast complete with champagne. The Mokni family has done a tremendous job offering a complete paradise escape. Although the spa is a textile free facility, one does not have to get too uptight as the saunas allow you to cover up your body parts. On the other hand, if you cannot handle someone else being naked, then you will likely have issues. The spa features warm baths, hot baths, and cold baths, as well as numerous saunas of varying degrees of heat. All in all, this place is worth the experience. My wife and I will be back!

We booked this hotel based on the online reviews. It’s more than we typically spend per night, but this was a special kid free weekend. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. A nice perk is if you book directly through the hotel, as a thank you, the first fill of the mini bar is free. I so wanted to love this hotel. Despite advertising air conditioning, our room just wasn’t getting cold. I went and spoke with the night clerk on our second night, thinking maybe it was operator error and could be easily fixed. The night clerk pulled up our room on the computer and tells me that the air conditioning is broke. It would have been nice if given the fact they obviously saw this on check in, they had put us in a functioning room. The clerk apologized and said he would make a note in our record for the manager to see in the morning. We were checking out the next day, so it didn’t make sense to move us to another room. I asked the night clerk about compensation, but he didn’t have that authority. The next morning, the manager was working the front desk when we checked out. I wasn’t asked how our stay was, so I informed her of the issue. I was told that the room was at a comfortable temperature and no discount would be given. I’m very disappointed with customer service, a small gesture such as comping our breakfast or our tickets to the therme baths would have been a nice token. I understand that things happen, I don’t understand not valuing your clientele.

Originally, I already had a room and didn't plan to stay here, but the environment of Baden-Baden is very good. I saw that this hotel is very magnificent, so the price on the day of check-in was HK$1800. I think it is a bit expensive for me, but in such a quiet environment I think it's worth it. The room is exquisitely decorated and thoughtful, and the couchon on the bed should be like his founder. It's very special. The room is very organized and comfortable, and it has a hot spring soaked in an ancient feeling. It's worth it recommend

This is a modern, clean functional hotel with reasonable rates. The location is by the park and about a 20 minute scenic walk into the centre of town. Felt very safe walking back through the park. after dark. Staff were friendly and helpful. Where the place excels is the breakfast which is amazing, best we had in a 2 week trip through Europe. After leaving we wondered if we should have tried the restaurant to see if that was also good.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind spontan eingekehrt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, die Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig (50qm) mit 2 großen Betten. Die Kleinen haben gleich mal ein Bad in der schönen Wanne genommen, nachdem wir lecker im Restaurant gegessen hatten. Auf die Zöliakie meiner Tochter wurde bestens und professionell eingegangen. Auch morgens: glutenfreie brötchen und Müsli, top! Extra Frühstücksgedeck für unsere Kinder. Sehr hübsch! Das gesamte Personal ist zuvorkommend, herzlich und sehr kompetent. Die Betten sehr komfortabel und alles im Zimmer top top sauber. Produkte beim Frühstück viel bio und leckere Brötchen

We knew this hotel from its restaurant which left us 2 excellent memories. The hotel is located in the restaurant we are a little close because all the guests have dated their meeting at the same time but we are installed quickly to complete the hotel form. The rooms are typically decorated, only the corridor is a little more. The comfort is strict even if it is a few square meters but it is enough to sleep. We really need to get out at the front coffee for breakfast, that has not disturbed us and allowed us to follow the work of the pharaoh decoration undertaken to wait for Christmas. Fortunately, this hotel is taking up such a shipyard because Baden Baden is a very sad side of Christmas decoration. Only a small bemol, the gutschein (good gift) in this front coffee Am Rathaus will remain on the table because after 20 minutes of wait we left with the dryer than when we arrived. The hotel restaurant has filled us two nights of our stay and will also have the right to our pen.
