"I love this place. Hotel with the BEST service I have ever received. This place opened in 2020 and is the best hotel in Kawasaki. The rooms are quiet, the restaurant and cafe downstairs is great!, live music every Friday, big beautiful Sony tv with Chromecast that actually works, fast internet (150mbps!), location is right next to the Lazona shopping center and JR exit. This hotel is probably the closest experience I got to being Mark Zuckerberg. Every morning after a comfortable 8 hour sleep, I wake up to a gentle doorbell with my breakfast. Steak, Maguro Bowl, omelette made to my specification, real smoothie to start my day. Please do add the 500-1000 yen to your stay for the breakfast. They normally cost 2500 yen and at this hotel, it's totally worth it! Then I use their spacious high water pressure shower. Do some light stretches while I view the people outside going to work and then get to work in a quiet room with 150mbps. Today I decided to write this review. The laundry room here is more like a man cave where you can hang out. Do work, play arcade games, print anything you need while your laundry is running. Laundry is 400 yen wash, 100 yen for every 30 mins of drying. Once again the laundry room is so nice, you'll want to work there and you can even order coffee there. Gym has 4 cardio exercise machines which is sadly, a lot in Japan. Ok, the staff is amazing. Every time I come in, I swear 1-3 people will greet me and or keep the elevator door open for me. Each person seems to know my schedule. I was one time waiting for my latte downstairs and a hotel staff came over and asked what I would like for breakfast the next morning. Everything is new and very comfortable."
"The parking lot is located in the basement of the new adjacent building, spacious and comfortable, and convenient for parking. It's raining, but I can go to the front of the hotel without getting wet. Of course, because it is a JR affiliated hotel, it is directly connected to JR Kawasaki Station, and the location is excellent. As soon as you step into the front hall, you feel like you are in another world, with a fragrant smell. The facilities are the standard of Japanese city hotels, but after a year or so, all the facilities are clean and I can rest comfortably. But I got a little impatient after getting up in the morning because the water pressure was too low and only hot water came out, probably because the mixing faucet was broken. All young employees respond quickly, accurately, and comfortably, which I always repeat when doing business in Kawasaki."
"Please upgrade the number of floors from the reserved room. The courtesy of the front desk is far better than that of a hotel of the same price. "Stayed for 13 days as a couple because of the need in Kanto. The room took a twin. I forgot the name of the room. It was a room on the 4th floor. The room was larger than I had imagined, and the room was well cleaned and comfortable. It's convenient for me because I don't have to use a card every time the lock is a PIN. The soap in the room has a nice scent. I hadn't been in the hot spring for a long time, so I was able to relax and refresh at the hot spring public bath. I was grateful that I could check the congestion status of the hot springs and the coin laundry on the tablet terminal in the room. I was able to relax in the large communal bath aiming for a vacancy. It was a pity that breakfast was a lunch box due to the influence of Corona. When I asked the front desk about breakfast, I was grateful that I could consider other options if there was an explanation that it was a lunch box. I will use it again when I am on a business trip to Kanto."

"The hotel has a very good ambiance, perfect for my set of friends! they have their own projector inside the room and high tech speakers! bed is incredible as well!!! and it is perfect for millenials like us who love to drink a lot because there is a free-beer from 5-6pm!!! What a great add-ons?! The rooftop is so cozy as well, free cocoa 24/7 has speakers and a very romantic ambiance! (though wr didn't enjoy that much because it was raining) Thank you so much Mia-san for your recommendation! we had so much fun and feeling so relaxed!! staff were great as you!!! Thank you, Okkun for your big help!!! You possessed an excellent skill in customer service! Okkun-san and Mia-san are the epitome of a superior customer service! "It is a revisit. I stayed at another hotel with similar price, but decided to stay again because I wanted to come again. If there is a difficulty, the room is small and I can't think of it. "お客に非常に厳しいホテルです。会員になったら、毎日メールをチェックする必要があります。 アプリで予約をキャンセルしていたのに、深夜1時にいきなり電話が鳴り、キャンセル扱いにするので、宿泊費を振り込めとのこと。 これまで数十泊以上しており、私がチェックインに遅れそうな場合は、必ずおことわりの電話を入れているのですが、、、 後日、請求書が家に届いたので、事務局へ確認の電話を差し上げたところ、「予約の最終処理ができていない。キャンセルのメール見ました? 宿泊前日にリマインドメールをしている。我々の瑕疵ではない。」とのことで支払いを強要されました。 東横インさんを利用する場合は、毎日メールを確認しろということなのでしょうか。。。 自社のシステムで、途中のネットワーク障害などで、うまく処理ができなかったとか考えないのでしょうか。 数十泊以上しているお客なのに酌量なく、システムの見直しをするとか改善の報告もありません。 私は東横インさんに、愛着を持っていたので、非常に残念です。 たまに、タオルがかび臭かったり、掃除が多少荒かったり、水道のコックがシャワー側になっており衣服がぬれてしまっても、ホテルの方も人間なのでしょうが無いかなと、クレームを出さなかったのですが。 自分は数あるホテルから気に入って東横インさんを選んでいたのですが、東横インさんからすれば所詮我々は数十、数百万分の1なんでしょうね。 そのレベルのホスピタリティのホテルという認識でご利用ください。 支配人の方。明日、宿泊キャンセル料を振込(手数料は客持ち)でしますよ。ご安心を。"
