"Booked a deluxe room, the room is very large, the room in a hotel of the same price is quite large. The service attitude is very good. Very friendly to the Chinese. Welcome to see your car stopped and will run down to open the door for you. The front desk will see you come in and it will be Say hi all the way. After check-in, the person will lead you into the room. It feels good! highly recommended"
"The hotel is located in the bustling area of London, and the Tower Bridge is a five minute walk from the area. The hotel itself has a historical and cultural atmosphere, and the service level is good. There are Chinese restaurants and suites are particularly large. Don’t save money when you stay here, and you can’t pick anything wrong."
"Very good experience! The appearance of the hotel is very grand and solemn! The interior design and decoration are also very good! It’s a hotel with a score of 5 stars on Ctrip! You can also pay attention to the public number of the four seasons directly to the hotel! Don't go too fast in seconds! This feature is incredible!"

"The hotel was situated too far our for us, but that was our fault for not checking the location, but our initial experience was poor as the consiereg said we hadn't paid and asked us to prove our payment, this was really embarrassing, but we found the receipt and after a few mins we were given the keys to our rooms, but without an apology or explanation. We had to ask where the breakfast was served too. The digital butler is a great idea and it worked really well when we used it. Rooms were okay, but high gloss furniture isn't going to wear well in a hotel. The beds were really comfortable, and after a day sight seeing they were really appreciated. The breakfast was amazing, plenty to choose from. However we did have drinks at night and signed the bill , but had 2 visits from different staff to our room, wanting us to pay immediately by card. We tried on both occasions but the machine couldn't connect, so they asked if they could take our card. I refused and asked why couldn't we pay our bill on checkout in few days time? I was informed something was wrong with the booking and payment system. This did put a damper on our stay and is the reason we gave 3 stars. "
"I visited the restaurant at the Edwardian New Providence Wharf Hotel, London, for my friends birthday. I was greeted by Dwight at the bar that served me and my friends our drinks. The view and atmosphere was lovely , the staff was very accommodating manage to follow through with our requests and made the birthday girl enjoy a lovely experience. The food was great and the bar has an excellent choice of drinks on the menu. Well recommended restaurant."
"I stayed here for a work trip this month. The staff were absolutely amazing from the reception, the staff who deliver the room service and the ladies who clean the rooms. However, I waited on the phone for 20 minutes on hold for room service one morning. Then another morning my breakfast card wasn’t picked up so I had breakfast 45minutes late. The room service meals are overpriced in my opinion, I paid £17.50 for a pasta dish and I was only served 5 pieces! Overall, a clean and lovely hotel, just a shame that the room service wasn’t up to scratch to meet the expectations of the hotel."

"The location of the hotel did not have to be said. On the edge of the Green Park, the subway station is out, and it is 7 or 8 minutes walking distance from Buckingham Palace. The lobby is small, the afternoon tea and breakfast restaurant is very beautiful, the breakfast is very varied, the towels and slippers are very comfortable, and a designated newspaper, the Times or the daily telecommunications will be sent every morning. But the shortcomings are also quite a lot: 1. The pillow is not good enough, it is easy to sleep, and the neck is uncomfortable. 2. The room is small, the two big boxes are struggling, the bed is short, and the feet of 1 meter 8 are outside the bed. The Superior room we booked has no view, 4. There is no bathtub, but the shower room is bigger, the water is not too splattered. 5. Afternoon tea is difficult to order, we didn't order it, but as a traveler, it is not very suitable. It will not be quite good in the afternoon tea time of Ritz. Overall, the price is not high."
"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location , staff so welcoming before you even get inside they are outside smiling & welcoming you , doing what they can to assist you. Reception & concierge are fantastic , cases delivered to our room almost instantly. The bar restaurant & afternoon tea was 100/100 we will definitely be back , felt like home "
"The environment is very good, you are close to the subway, the facilities are old, the service is average, the price is not high, the only good thing is that the breakfast is very good, much better than afternoon tea. Book hotel for afternoon tea. It was troubled by the front desk. Later, I changed to a front desk and booked it. It was very unpleasant."

"I had to wait 90 days to do another review of our wonderful stay at 45 Park Lane. And since then we have stayed twice. We stayed last minute in November for my 30th Birthday. Again wow..... just wow.... upgraded to the Penthouse 😍 And then again for Christmas (the start of December) The Hyde park suite. Thank you again Raul. And lovely to finally meet you John. Not only was the food , drinks and service 5* The staff here feel like family, everyone remembered us from previous stays, engaged with our children and made us feel like we were home. To say this about a hotel I find magical. We were super lucky on our last stay we were able to go into the new Spa and swimming pool. Which our children absolutely loved!!! Especially with the current restrictions over the last year, it made life feel normal again, it was the highlight of our year. The swimming pool / Spa is beautiful. We had complimentary towels, robes and slippers. The whole spa smelt divine. And super clean. So thank you again 45 park Lane. Especially Raul. I also wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the restaurant staff, one evening we had a small appetiser (small bread balls with cheese) I told the waiter it was exactly how my great nan used to make them. (it was a flash back eating one) The next morning a box of them was delivered to our room! I actually wanted to cry it was such a kind gesture. I wish I knew everyone’s names as I want to thank you all so much. You all deserve a HUGE thank you. I can’t state how much we can’t wait to come back and stay. It’s our little weekend of heaven staying with you all. And honestly the BEST HOTEL & STAFF.... You must stay here when visiting London, you will not be disappointed."
"We stay in many luxury hotels around the world and I am going to struggle for words to describe how incredible this hotel is. I honestly can't recommend this hotel highly enough, it is our new favourite in London, it is the quality you would expect from a Dorchester but in a modern way. The Dorchester is too stuffy for us, so this is the perfect compliment. The team - firstly the staff, we were made to feel like the only guests in the hotel, throughout our whole stay. Every member of staff we came into contact with was simply exceptional. Can't say thankyou enough to Craige who right from his email before we even arrived, right throughout our 3 days couldnt do enough and was so friendly and helpful Winston - clearly the best cocktail maker ever - simply outstanding and fun! The Bar and the Restaurant - The bar is just amazing, relaxed and upbeat at the same time - super relaxing decor, not over busy, great service and food to die for, we almost cancelled our reservation at CUT, the food in the bar looked so good - we didn't, we just ate in the bar the next day! CUT was also outstanding, and the staff there again, door staff, waiting staff - everyone was so accommodating and the food obviously amazing The rooms - we were lucky enough to be upgraded, but WOW, what a room and the butler service, well, where to start, we felt like royalty the whole weekend. Thankyou so much to the entire team, we are big fans :)"
"I stayed one night in room 52 on my way to collect my new car. Helen and I had visited the hotel for breakfast once and had a lovely experience so I thought I would try it out. The room was gorgeous, beautifully appointed, with a great view and the most comfortable of beds. The hotel itself more than lives up to its glamorous exterior with all of the public areas being very attractive and comfortable. I met friends for dinner in the bar and this too was a splendid experience. One final word on the staff, impeccable! I’m looking forward to returning!"

"The hotel is relatively small. Top 2 floors are private residences. This isn’t necessarily a downside (there are some beautiful boutique hotels) but it is an issue when you feel the hotel has a lower service and quality as a result. Perhaps it is running at a lower capacity due to the effects of COVID but I do feel, if this is the case, then it should be made clear before booking and the price should reflect this. No outdoor spaces for dining or drinks. Interior is dark and moody. Perfect if it’s reflected in the weather outside but can feel claustrophobic if it’s a sunny day and there’s no where to enjoy it. Restaurant was closed - disappointing they are charging 855 a night when their only restaurant is closed and no mention of this when discussing the reservation on the phone the night before. Had I been aware of this, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Bar was nice but compact. lounge area was full when we arrived with non guests, who were very very loud. The staff apologised when they left, but I felt more could have been done to ask them to quieten down or leave. The main dining area of the bar was in darkness and empty but given it was the only available space we were seated in that area on the edge. Obv due to this it lacked atmosphere and was far from ideal. I feel more should be done to reserve some tables for guests of the hotel. In the bar I was served a peach Bellini when I had asked for a passion fruit Bellini. The first time I put it down to miscommunication, but the second time we had a discussion about it and I clarified it was passion fruit I wanted, so when they gave me peach again with no explanation, I sent it back. A simple, we don’t have passion fruit in stock would have sufficed. When asking about whether Zumba (local sushi restaurant) would deliver to the hotel, reception said, very kindly, ‘I don’t know, they were delivering during lockdown. You’d need to give them a call’. I’d expect for 875 a night thr hotel to assist me with simple requests such as this. Downside of room. Beds not comfortable at all- had 2 queen beds in the room and both dipped in towards the middle. As one guest previously pointed out, there is an odd clicking noise in the rooms. They are so quite other than that, with no sound from outside at all, so it’s a shame the silence is broken by this intermittent but incessant click. No plug socket near a mirror so not idea when doing your hair. I used the reflection of the tv. No tea making facilities in the room. Has to be requested and they then bring up kettle, tea bags etc. Positives The pool was beautiful. It really does live up to the expectations. Huge pool, great vitality pool and comfortable lounge beds around the pool. Bear in mind timings for children are limited to 8-10am and 4-6pm. The location is fantastic. 5 minutes walk from both Harrods and Harvey Nichols and Hyde park is close by. The room is large and spacious for London. Beautiful bathroom. The bar is beautif"
"Stayed her for a special occasion for just one night. We were shown to the room, you need a key to get up in the lifts to the floor you are staying in. The corridors were of dark interiors - not to everyone's taste. But they were clean and tidy and recently a new carpet. We had room service to our room, there was a mini bar, and coffee making facilities. We were offered a coffee on arrival which we accepted but had to pay for this. Knowing this we would have not bothered. The room had a TV and a large bath, and shower. Shower gel, shampoo ect were provided. Dressing gowns, towels and robes. Hair dryer in room, with plug in wardrobe. Lights came on when the wardrobe doors opened. There was a temperature control in the room. Separate toilet to bath and shower which is nice. we had breakfast the next morning in the restaurant, which was included. We used the spa, which was nice although there is separate female and male sauna / steam room. So if you go with your partner not sure you can use these together? A large pool and padded seats. The vitality pool has missing mosaics in lots of places which is poor for a 5* hotel. Everyone seemed to be nice and helpful. We used the car parking service also. Which everyone seemed helpful and the room and overall hotel was clean and smelt lovely. The location of the hotel is great for hyde park and knighsbridge. If you wish to use the tube there is also a near by station."
"My family and I stayed for one week at the Bulgari London. From before the trip until we departed by car to LHR the entire team and staff were simply fantastic. Kostas Sfaltos the overall property manager and director and his entire team were amazing. Every attention to detail from our check in, to organizing activities, car service, and meal planning. Ian Steiger the head concierge and his team should be commended for their commitment to customer service. The cleaning service and room service fantastic. Our rooms so well proportioned and designed for our stay. The lounge and Sette staff treated us like family. I have been fortunate to travel all over the world and stayed an many fine properties. Bulgari was the best."

"Lang Ting's service is always in place My girl friend and I first chose Lang Ting in Shenzhen, and then went to Hong Kong and also chose Ting Sha Tsui. Up to now, I have also chosen to live in London. The best thing about this hotel brand is the intimate service as always, and the service attitude that began to settle in 1865. In general, Langham London is not as big as new domestic stores and new facilities. But this hotel embodies a long-established and noble hotel brand everywhere. Holidays overall clean and tidy Room service in place The smell is fragrant The main thing is that the location of this store is really good, just at the end of Regent Street, opposite the BBC."
"After choosing and choosing, I finally booked the trip to London in Langham. At Regent Street, next to the BBC, not far from the Queen's house, 6 or 7 minutes walk from Oxford Underground Station, is said to occupy the central axis of London. Although the hotel has a long history, the internal facilities and butler service are quite in place, and the details are very good. Breakfast and afternoon tea are very well known, and things are not too many, but the quality is quite good. If you can arrange a better floor and a room with a view, all this can be described as perfect."
"The service attitude of the staff is very good. Although the room is not the kind that can see the view, it can make up for this shortcoming in other aspects. The current occupancy rate is quite low. The hotel is very quiet at night. The location of the hotel is very good. You can take the subway everywhere. Just a stop here, breakfast is now a room service, but it's also quite hearty, you can place an order in advance to make an appointment."

"I took my mum for a treat over the weekend just gone and I can honestly say it is the best hotel ever! With the most amazing and loviest staff ever! They will do absolutely anything to make sure you have the most amazing stay and nothing is to much to ask of them, they go above and beyond for you and they made are stay absolutely perfect! I want to move in permanently haha! I can not wait to be back there again soon! Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart your incredible! And will see you soon x "
"The health of this hotel is simply inexplicable. It is twice as expensive as usual. Living in such a room, the good mood for the new year is gone! The bathroom heater was all gray, and the towels were unbearable. The most incomprehensible thing was that the cotton balls were moldy. The Chinese reception at the front desk was neither warm nor cold, but it was better to say something like gold than to a little blond girl who was enthusiastic and helpful. It is commendable for the afternoon tea in the hotel. The taste of the sandwich Sikang is very good. There are enough desserts with good taste. The staff are very nice."
"The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the river, next to the Tegala Home Plaza is very convenient for eating. 10 Downing Street is also nearby. If you are willing to walk, you can go directly to Chinatown, next to Regent Street is very lively. Hotel service is good, breakfast is expensive. Later we went to a Brunch on the side to eat for only 1/3 of the price."

"Just one word, slow! So be prepared for a house hotel all day. If you are in a hurry, please do not enjoy any non-self-service in the hotel. Lots of scenery and scenery outside the window, the rare perspective of God is generally more suitable as a scenic spot to play."
"The view can be regarded as one of the best in London, of course depending on the room type. The service has reached the line of super first-line hotels, and the facilities have begun to age a little, but it does not affect the experience."
"Have stayed many times and it was pretty good, but there was a short time after the UK was unblocked, and the hotel service was slightly lower than before."

"I've stayed at a few Four Seasons "city" property where the service level is lukewarm at best. But Four Seasons Park Lane has definitely restored my faith in this global brand. Arrived way too early for normal check-in but they made sure the room was ready in short order while I enjoyed a spot of breakfast. The room overlooking Hyde Park is stunning. Every single detail (e.g. light switches, placement of USB ports etc.) was carefully thought through - no design flaws whatsoever. The entire property oozes understated charm and luxury. Stayed for 9 days and George, the Guests Relation Manager, was absolutely brilliant - utterly professional from the moment I arrived until I checked out and would check on me during the week even when he was off work on a couple of days. Little things like this sets FS Park Lane apart - not just from their competitors but also from other FS property. Room Service, Housekeeping (thank you for replenishing the coffee pods regularly because I drink coffee like I breathe air) and the Concierge Team are also top drawer - Concierge managed to get one of my suit trousers fixed on a Sunday. Location (Park Lane/Mayfair/Green Park) is convenient - close to a couple of tube stations or a quick hop on the bus (aplenty). Or - just walk. Gym is on the smaller side but sufficiently equipped to maintain some consistency during business travels. Breakfast menu is extensive and food is tasty. Ultimately for me - it's all about the service and the feeling of being "home away from home". And having had some mediocre service in a couple of FS property of late, Park Lane is most certainly one that I will go back to."
"My mum and I always love to visit Amaranto Bar in Four Seasons Park Lane when we can, so we decided to visit to celebrate my birthday and Mothers Day as they were on the same day!! Ivan, who is very knowledgeable and always on hand to help with suggestions for cocktails kindly made a reservation for us and we definitely weren’t disappointed with our visit. As always all members of staff were warm and welcoming and we were seated quickly. We were just going to have drinks but we were surprised by a number of special treats that were brought out to us compliments of the manager Ivan, who although not being present managed to pass on to the other staff that we were celebrating and they made our day so special!! All the treats were delicious, in particular the special Happy Birthday cake that I was given. My mum was also surprised with a beautiful orchid that I believe were being given out to Mothers!! Such a thoughtful idea!! We always have a lovely time when we visit but we left on this day feeling very special indeed!! Thank you to all those that made our day so great!! We can’t wait to return again soon!!"
"I should start by saying, we are super picky! This hotel had beautiful hotel rooms, recently refurbished, our deluxe room had a walk in wardrobe and a bath and separate shower. The breakfast was nice however it didn’t have toast you would expect from a 5 star, really thin normal sandwich bread. The ‘house car’ that was offered to us was unavailable on all 3 occasions we tried to use it. We hadn’t expected to use it, but once promised, it was disappointing. When we checked out there was a £36 service charge for accommodation which was for the air con - we have never ever heard of this before. So a little mixed!"
