This was an excellent hotel in a convenient location in Kharkiv - very close to the best shopping and dining in the city, and walking distance from the center. The rooms and the suites are very large and very comfortable, with nice amenities and everything we needed to feel at home. Every staff member was phenomenal. Everybody spoke very good English, and they were all so sweet and eager to help with anything we needed. The housekeepers did a great job as well, as we returned to a spotless room each night. The lobby bar is open 24 hours per day, and we ordered late night room service one night and had a great experience with that as well - it arrived hot and the portions were huge. We were debating between this place and the Palace Hotel, and I can confidently say there is no reason to spent twice as much to stay elsewhere. Overall we had a great stay and found this place to be an excellent value; would not hesitate to stay there again.

Everything is good, just the reception service is sometimes strange. The headquarters is not working on weekends, so I couldn’t book the room using CTRIP! The headquarters phone doesn’t respond, though it’s written that they work 24/7. As for hotel - clean, nice and central. Breakfast- good
