We stayed for 5 days by end Sept. The experience was amazing. Location at the mountain in front of the ocean. It’s good for relaxing. Resort provides free shuttle bus to downtown. They also have many activities in free of charges. We joined both yoga class and massage class, the coaches are professional. Breakfast - many choices, restaurants also at fair price & food is good ! The service is awesome! You would find that their smile from their heartfelt and they are motivated and enjoyable to work in here. Honestly speaking, the hotel charges is high but value for money!! I would highly recommend you come to experience this wonderful resort !

The villa that our family shared was well appointed, with cooking facilities, living area, and dining area. The bedrooms had super king beds in two of the bedrooms and and two singles in the other room. All bedrooms had an ensuite. The fourth bedroom was not opened for our use. Each villa had a private small pool. The staff was very friendly and transport was provided by the resort. The resort has a 50m pool that was warm at this time of the year. Any issue was dealt with promptly. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. I would not hesitate to come back again. The resort is set at the beach, so one can use the pool and have the beach right next to it.

Tia Wellness Resort was one of the most amazing places we've ever stayed. The staff are incredibly professional and attentive, the villas beautifully and luxuriously appointed, the breakfast incredible (the buffet was one of the best I've ever seen, highly recommend the Sesame Salmon, and the pastries were so delicious), and the in-room breakfast, the next best thing if you're after a sleep in. The included massage treatments were just what we needed, with professional therapists for all kinds of treatments and the pool area perfect for switching off. The resort is around 10mins walk to a mini-mart, if you want to get provisions (as prices on simple things are quite high at the resort). There's free bottled springwater everywhere in the resort as well as complimentary wellness snacks which are replaced every day in your room. Whole some people complained about the resort being far from town, taxis are quick, safe and cheap (65k VND each way). We'll definitely come back, as this was the perfect way to decompress after four days in Hoi An. The only thing that would have been great, is capacity to stream from our own devices to the TV in the room (HDMI access or mirroring). This seems petty in the scheme of things, but for a luxury resort where you pay a premium, it would have been amazing to be able to watch a film together in the evenings. The facilities and service were top tier and we had so much fun staying at Hyatt. We definitely recommend this stay to anyone who plans on visiting Da Nang. All the staff were very friendly and helpful even when we didn’t request any help. Thank you so much for an unforgettable and wonderful four days! The hotel offers a breathtaking seaside panorama, with the beach just steps away. The staff, from front desk to waitress and housekeeping were constantly helpful and friendly. Our only drawback was the late night noise from the nearby funfair which kept us awake until early morning. While the breakfast buffet had a good selection, it lacked options for protein rich foods and local delicacies. Overall this hotel is a perfect place to have a good holiday.

One of my best hotel experiences. The villa is fantastic, overlooking the sea and offers all the comforts you want starting with the private pool. Breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of all kinds of food and drink, really excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great position that allows you not only to enjoy the sea but also to reach nearby attractions such as the town of Hội An and the golden bridge. You’re gonna love every single thing in this hotel.

My stay was really relaxing. The pool was amazing. There are additional discounts at the hotel restaurants if you sign up for the Marriott membership. Breakfast had a nice variety but the hot dishes were not hot. The beach was really nice to look at but for swimming and children is a definite no. Guest services was also very nice. Marble mountain is literally a 5 minute drive. No need to book an expensive tour. Simply call a taxi and do it yourself. I would suggest daily live music, games or any activity for guest due the the remoteness of the hotel. Early morning sunrise experience a must.
