"My husband and I stayed July 5- July 8. One problem we had was the breakfast menu online showed full menu, when we went to the Bistro in the morning there was an extremely limited menu. The next morning we went to have breakfast at 9:10, and it was closed already. At that point, we were told breakfast was available 7-9. I believe this should have been noted on website and on paper menus by and in elevators. On the third morning they were out of breakfast sandwiches, only 2 types were available to begin with, they only had fruit and or oatmeal. The WiFi was awful, could not even connect, our phones would not even work. On the second day, elevator was not working, we were on third floor. Ice machine in our floor did not work first 2 nights. On TV, prime was not able to connect, the second night it apparently was down due to prime issues. Third night, prime worked on my iPad but still wouldn’t work on TV. I was told a technician would be called and I would receive a call back, that never happened. Chargers that work at my home and in car would not work in room, luckily I had a portable charger with me. Seemed like outlets were lose and plugs wouldn’t stay in tight enough to keep connected. After first night, toiletries were not replaced and 3rd day our room was not cleaned, we were out all day and still nothing. Maybe a staffing problem, even though we only saw 3 other guests there during our stay. As Marriott elite members we expected a little more. The only positive part of our stay was Tavola’s. Very good food and great service. "
"i was upgraded to the Spa building- I am gold elite and it was clearly not very busy this this particular evening. Checkin in was quick with no issues. The spa building is separate from the main hotel building and was so quiet there may have been one other room occupied. It’s a short walk down the parking lot but also parking outside the building. The room was a king executive suite and very nice and clean. Had a separate sitting area with tv. Would stay here again especially in the spa building."
"I'm not a huge Courtyard user in general but I like this Courtyard because it's clean and tucked away in a quiet suburb but still very close to l-476 halfway between King of Prussia and Chester. 30 min to Center City, airport and most PA suburbs of Philly. Good fast WIFI, nice rooms, easy free parking. Check in was slow and so is elevator but it's only three floors so I suggest taking stairs if you're in a rush. Good gym with two working treadmills."

"I travel often for work and of all the hotel chains, I try to stay at a Marriott-branded hotel. I chose this Sheraton because I was impressed with past stays at other Sheratons. Comparatively speaking, this one was one of the nicer ones and was much quieter (no conferences going on during my stay). I was really impressed with the rooms... spacious, very nice layout. One thing I didn't like about the room was that the shower stall didn't have a door. It was just a pane of glass. Everytime you walked in, water would splash all over the floor and you'd have to use a towel to clean it up. Not only that, you have to crank up the heat because you'd get a draft of cold air while you were showering. It's not particular to my room because my coworker's room had the same design. The reason I'm dropping my rating (which would have been a 5) is because the one time I needed housekeeping, I come back to find selective things in my room taken. I had a 8-pack of Cokes in the fridge, with an apple, cookies on the desk, shampoo, cologne, hair product on the counter (next to my toiletry bag). When I came back that evening, those things listed above were thrown away, yet all my other stuff was left intact (contact solution, toothpaste, toothbrush, hairbrush, clothes, suitcase, etc). I complained to the front desk upon checkout and they supposedly gave me some Marriott Bonvoy points but still... it's a major inconvenience to find all your stuff taken. So if you plan on staying here, hide your stuff or put it in your car. The housekeeping will take it."
"Okay enough property, This trip was nights 77, 78 & 79 for this Convoy Titanium member. On the plus side - good location, clean rooms, decent lounge (not always a given in US properties), and the paid breakfast is pretty good. On the downside: no recognition of my status at registration, although I asked for breakfast as my amenity that didn't happen, my online check-in didn't take, and when they went ahead and made me keys for my room those keys didn't work. Frustrating at the end of a very long travel day. Although the bathroom was clean, there is very low water pressure, and the temperature mixing knob on my shower was not too effective. This resulted in a shower that was either far too hot or too cold to enjoy even if there were enough water pressure to be able to enjoy it in the first place. Housekeeping had one or two little things each day that they missed - no sugar for the coffee one day, no stirrers the next, no refreshing of the soap in the bathroom. I know that those are niggles, but I have generally been quite spoiled in my travel experiences, and hope for more."
"My workplace held a week long event here, where the attendees stayed at the hotel and much of the conference rooms were utilized for break out groups and meals. My room was fine, nicely update and spacious. The problem I had was that I had no hot water in the shower for my whole stay, even after I told the front desk about it. They seemed concerned but the next day was not any better. During a meal with other attendees, they shared in my sentiment. My room was on the back side of the hotel, it sounded like I was on the highway, even while wearing earplugs to bed. Lastly, the meeting rooms were just falling apart. Chairs were dirty and broken. Dirty and broken mirrors in a bunch of places. Finally, the wait staff was inappropriate to each other. They snipped at each other when they messed up and corrected each other in front of guests. I would not suggest staying here. The facade is beautiful and the lobby is chic, but that’s where the nice ends. "

"Quiet location and a great bathroom—large walk-in shower After a very long day, we arrived to our room and found the cover of the duvet with stains. Since it was late and we were tired we did not call housekeeping. Upon checking out I informed the young woman at the desk of the situation. I was met with a blank look and told that housekeeping had just gone upstairs. I left all my contact information expecting that I would receive a call or email. After waiting 24 hours I then left message with the manager of guest relations. I never received a call back. Very disappointing customer service."
"Stay for my Huband School Union since it was very close to the event and I have no regret because Donna and Stephanie was very friendly when we were about to check in they goes a above and Beyond to make our stay very comfortable I really appreciate them also the rest off the Employees we encounter. Thank for the great service. "
"Wow, what a great hotel! Its 6 months old, the beds and conveniences were amazing, staff was incredibly helpful, and its only 1/2 an hour outside of Phili. Taking the tram into town was easy thanks to the stop that is a 10 minute walk away. Brunch price was very attractive. Will definitely stay there again!"

"We spend one night at this Homewood suites hotel. The check-in as easy and we got to our room via the nearby elevator. The room was an upgraded room, with extra snacks which we had paid for, with 2 queen beds. The beds were quite soft and not all that comfortable and the corners of the bathroom were dusty. The wallpaper in the bathroom and separate sink area was poorly applied and looked like a 4 year old had cut the paper where it met the tile, rather than an experienced decorator. Although the room was generally quiet, we were subjected to a loud whaling noise every time the toilet was flushed. There was definitely a problem with the pipes or the plumbing. The real reason for the rating was the poor and unappetizing breakfast. We came down at 8:30pm to find rubbery scrambled eggs, tired sausage and grated potatoes in a pool of grease...completely inedible. This was a disappointment given prior positive reviews for the breakfast. Needless to say, we skipped out and ate elsewhere. As a regular Homewood Suites guest, there is such a wide difference between the different franchisees breakfasts, you never know what you are going to get. Obviously, the cost of the stay becomes less competitive if you add the cost of breakfast in addition. "
"I now understand that there is a manager named Sean and a “front desk” Sean. Front desk Sean is rude as can be both on the phone and in person. Before I checked in, while I was there and when I called to follow up. I gave him way more than three chances to be professional and kind. He’s nasty. The pool was an absolutely disgrace, madhouse and fiasco. Why give bracelets, set a limit of 19, and sign up for it in slots if no one is there checking them? The pool was insanely packed. Insanely. People getting dropped off to join friends, Two birthday parties while I was there for two nights, people walking over from another hotel to swim in the pool. No bracelets. So not fair. I watched many families turn around disappointed. My kids and I were disappointed as well. We signed up first thing in the morning on our check out day thinking we could have two hours in the pool with minimal people only to learn the pool was “closed” due to “engineering issues” which we later found out was only an excuse. It was an excuse to keep people out because of what went on all weekend. I know the staff was aware of it. I saw Front desk Sean watch out the window. We went there for a getaway weekend for the pool and winded up sweating in valley forge to see historical sites and driving twenty minutes to play mini golf. I’ll never return after this. Don’t go for the pool during Covid. And try to avoid Sean. He needs a new job."
"I was very impressed with the Free breakfast and evening social. the Quality of the room was excellent and very big. Lobby area was very inviting and gives the feeling of being at home. I will be staying here again on my next business trip or a personal leisure trip to the area"

"We hosted our law firm holiday party at the Radnor Hotel and could not have been happier. The room was beautiful, with unexpectedly warm touches greeting our guests. The food was *outstanding*, and they accommodated all dietary requirements without any hesitation. From start to finish, our planning team was exceptional - from Chrissy who handled our contract to the banquet manager who was on site and helping us all night. The staff was friendly and service was amazing. A few guests spent the night at the hotel and were thrilled. This is a beautiful, Main Line establishment, and we could NOT be happier. THANK YOU everyone! We will most certainly be back."
"We are Marriott people and there is one a few minutes away in conshohocken and one in Devon but this hotel is close to our event. The lobby could be so much more welcoming and updated by just changing out the art and one frumpy window valance and adding some cool lamp shades. First impressions! Feels dark and dated. Suites are overcrowded with furniture. Downsize the big table. Feels like my grandmother did the renovation. That said, prices are fair. "
"Friendly and helpful staff. Guest rooms have recently been redone . Very clean and beds are comfortable. Conveniently located right off 476. Stay a few times a year when visiting family in area. Restaurant also excellent and reasonably priced."

1005 Westlakes Drive, Tredyffrin Township, Pennsylvania, United States
"The areas in the immediate vicinity of the historic Tredyffrin Township have a semblance of peaceful tranquility. As you navigate the gently sloping hills giving way to Valley Forge, you find yourself in a bustling commercial district surrounding the King of Prussia mall. Nestled into a quiet office park located conveniently off the main road lies the institution, Fairfield Inn and Suites. Arrival is a different experience in the time of coronavirus. Two friendly, slightly anxious, masked clerks greeted us warmly from behind a clear partition as though we were lone customers from the day. The precautions taken by Marriott, the parent company of Fairfield Inn and Suites, were clear from the outset. Masks must be worn in the lobby, no housekeeping services, and the closure of the hotel gym were a few of the steps this hotel was taking to ensure the safety of customers. Also, breakfast was not being served – a conspicuous omission of a customary and often taken for granted service. The room was small, but clean and well appointed. It lacked closet space, and given we were visiting the area for a wedding, it was an annoyance but not a deal breaker. The air conditioning unit is loud. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower products smelled good and were of acceptable quality. The lack of hooks for towels and clothing in the bathroom proved to be another annoyance, but again, not a deal breaker. An amazing feature of this hotel is the proximity to a beautiful paved walking trail that spans for over 10 miles. To get on the trail, you simply need to walk out the back door of the hotel. This was a very pleasant experience, and I look forward to many return visits during one of our many upcoming trips to Tredyffrin Township."
"it's easy to tell how a stay is going to go as soon as you walk in the front lobby. Well, when we walked in the front lobby we were greeted by Lori, the front desk staff. Lori immediately made us feel welcomed and and engaged in conversation about us. She also share a little about herself which made the conversation personable and not predicable. Lori was a welcomed sight after traveling. The rooms were clean and quite. Breakfast was typical of most continental breakfasts, nothing spectacular. The morning crew (Sunday) was not as friendly but we were leaving so not a big deal but clearly had not gone to the same training as Lori."
"Everyone at this property is so nice & helpful. Special thanks to Lori at the front desk, who made me feel like family coming home. Her warm greetings and lively personality are a perfect complement to the nice, modern facilities. I am grateful for the room upgrade, as we stayed for 1 week. The extra space sure helps. The hotel is central to several highways, shopping & restaurants. Very convenient."
