Администрации отеля не пришло в голову организовать завтрак по выбору на сумму 350 рублей, которые они взимают как плату за завтрак. Человек выберет себе сам блюда на эту сумму. Одна из работниц ресепш принесла завтрак без салфеток и с абсолютно расстаявшим маслом (вероятно, лежало без холодильника и превратилось в воду), другая принесла завтрак с салфетками, на которые кто-то пролил чай. Сервируют завтрак без столовых приборов. Приборы есть в номере. Вероятно, предполагается, что гости их возьмут и сами потом помоют. У нас была одноразовая посуда, так что без проблем. В ванной лежат халаты, которые не были выстираны после прежних гостей. В одном из них отсутствовал пояс. Горничная об этом даже не догадывалась, т.к. не брала в стирку, иначе бы обнаружили.
