Me and my family were in town due to a funeral and I just wanted to reach out and stay thank you and how WONDERFUL Patrick at the front desk and Tony the Bartender were to us during this rough time. They made a dark time slightly brighter with their customer service, attention to detail, and by being....awesome. While we would like to thank everyone by name, these two stood out the most. your service is excellent and i hope that you keep up the good work in the future for the next time we come to town, on better circumstances.

I love to eat healthy so had the brussel sprouts salad and vegetarian eggplant and tofu dish. I'm not usually a tofu fan, but it was outstanding! Missy was our server. She was new to the property, but you would never know it. She was sweet, professional and attentive.

Oakbrook center is very convenient

This hotel continues to decline from neglect by the management and staff. I get it has old world charm, but the facility needs to be updated. The elevator is a claustrophobic little box that is not even big enough for the luggage cart. There are steps to enter the lobby that are difficult to get luggage down. The rooms are old and and worn out. We checked in after hours and the night manager refused to help us with luggage. He was apparently too busy visiting with a friend in the back room. It's the only hotel in the area and it's in a nice location. So I guess the management is just exploiting this situation.

Great location closed to the airport

When my staff member Anthony Fountaine checked in was met with a rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Her name was Shaniece Braxton. My interaction occurred on the phone. I was called to get a credit card verification and when I told her I did not have to do this the day before she replied not sure why but I don’t do things that way. She told me if I did not fill out the form my employee could not stay. I completed the form and requested to please email both receipts from the two days my employee stayed. Which I only received the one day. Extremely disappointed that your company with such a great culture would allow this individual to work for you! I do have an open case and waiting for a phone call or email to rectify my complaint. I’m frustrated that I have to waste my time responding to this. I expect some resolution on this matter. Went for a family member birthday last minute trip...very good area good parking very clean establishment will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family will definitely return
