First time I and my family stayed at this resort on December 2020. The room that we have stayed is flooded due to monsoon season. The window silicone is old already that cause the rain came inside. The water pipe also has been broken. We have to change our room from room no 107 to no 106 then lastly to room no 112. The room is spacious for family. The service quite good. Staffs response immediately that day. Thanks to them. The pool is nice and spacious. My sons love the pool very much. It makes our holidays happy. Thank you.

Tmpt lain full cuti sekolah. Came for their mini water splash pool. But opened to public also. So there are so crowded. MAYBE NEED TO LIMIT FOR QUALITY SERVICE IN FUTURE. LAST DAY BEFORE CHECK OUT THERE IS NO WATER IN BATHROOM SO I DIDNT SHOWER.

Its an old hotel so dont expect a nice new room .. furniture ate all old. Location is good. Parking is limited but u can park at d mosque in front of d hotel.

Moved and stayed here for a week after 2 nights in Grand Con hotel (which is just next door). Firstly, it's at a convenient location with many nearby places for food (for breakfast, lunch or dinner) and a large shopping mall within walking distance for your shopping. Also within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions - Pasar Payang, Istana Maziah, Chinatown, Trg Drawbridge, food trucks. Our family of 4 stayed in their VIP room that comes with 2 double beds, a sofa set, TV, good wifi and even a jacuzzi and amenities like fridge and coffee/ water service. The room was very clean for a budget hotel (I've stayed in worse rooms in 4-star hotels). The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent. There's free parking for those who drive. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay at the hotel especially for my kids and I, and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Kuala Terengganu.

This hotel is suitable for easy going traveller. The cheapest hotel I found for family traveller. There is also parking space provided. Also the food court is just walking distance.

Actually, I booked a wrong type of room! Luckily, the male staff and the manager are so nice to transfer me and my family to the new room which supposedly the one that I wanted.
Their excellent services & kindness make me want to repeat my stay there! Definitely will choose Suite room as the suite is new renovated. Well done Seri Malaysia.
Location: Near to Drawbridge, Pasar Payang & food trucks.
Parking: If you come during school holiday, you might have to park the car in the provided area(free) across the hotel.

Stayed at family room with river view. Room has been upgraded with wooden floor. No more old dusty carpet. Shower head has also been upgraded but there was no shower curtain. Amenities very basic. Breakfast buffet spread very simple. The ala carte/steamboat/shellout rates are very reasonable. Most important the location is superb!

Accommodation in the city is quite comfortable, close to all facilities, only parking is a bit difficult as the hotel is on the side of the main road .... room is spacious for the four of us & room cleanliness is maintained, staff is friendly & very easy to check in .. ..insyaAllah akn repeat utk next trip ... tq

The only good thing about this place is the free water. We’d paid a lot more than we usually would for a budget accommodation so we were expecting a nice place. We drew the short straw and were given the room right at the front of the hotel meaning our full room lit up red from the sign above the hotel, also it was near impossible to sleep as it’s on a main road and the cars go past very fast and very loudly. Other than this the WiFi didn’t work and the air con was rubbish. On our second day we’d struggled to get into contact with the hotel to explain our dissatisfaction but they were ignoring our whats app messages and no body was on reception. When we finally spoke to them they didn’t seem bothered, they said the WiFi was broken and that they had no other rooms to move us to, they didn’t even offer a refund or to move us to there other hotel. The customer service here is rubbish and if you pay for WiFi you should 100% have WiFi and if not you should be entitled to a small refund or discount.
