There are many temples in Koyasan, and Panzhao Temple has the same name as my gymnasium, so I chose it. Although I belong to the Fengshan school, it is still a great experience. From the furnishings in the house to the refined cuisine, and then to the morning class, it is a great experience. Although I encountered bad weather, landslides, and was stranded on the mountain, I decided to go down the mountain to the nearest The train station, (although it is not open to traffic) spent more than 4,000 yen to carpool with the Japanese guy back to Osaka, but the whole Koyasan trip, including the experience at Panshoin, is still great, and I will go again next time! I still haven't covered a pile of royal seals😙

It was a visit to Koyasan for two families. One family came from Tokyo on the day of the event, and one of them was in a train accident and was unable to move until the afternoon. It was after 9:00 pm when we arrived. I couldn't eat, but I was allowed to use the bath even though it was out of time. I was really grateful. I thought that the next morning's service would be to experience Zen meditation, but unfortunately it was only a visit and a guide to the main hall. The corridors at night are too dark, so I wanted only the passages to be brightened. I would like to ask for a fan in each room.

After booking a room with a bathroom, a monk took us to a semi-underground room. It was so cold. He showed us the shower and bathroom in the corridor. We told him that we paid more to book a room with a bathroom, and he took us to find an old monk. Unless we were mistaken, none of their rooms had a bathroom. I obviously spent hundreds more just to have a bathroom in the room, and it was clearly written on the order. He asked me to contact Ctrip at his expense, and he also contacted the agent. It took about an hour and a half to figure this out. He took us back to the original room and opened the locked door (at first we asked him what the small door was, and he said it was a maintenance room). There was a dirty toilet and a sink that couldn't be smaller. Anyway, there are no hotels on Mount Koya. If you want to stay, it’s a shukubo in the temple. They are expensive and have poor conditions, so think twice.

The name of the hotel should be Ximen Courtyard. The location is very good. It is very quiet when you get on the bus and get off at Odori Ritton. It is a 10-minute walk from the Atsunomiya Shrine. The Japanese-style room, although the breakfast and dinner served are Su Zhai, but the taste is great, no problem to eat. There are shared bathrooms and toilets. Morning classes are available at 7:00 in the morning.

Sufang is the most anticipated part of the formation of Koyasan. The so-called Sufang is actually living in a temple to experience the practice. There are more than 100 temples in Koyasan, and dozens of them are open to tourists. It is different from the small Japanese-style houses in ordinary hotels. In addition to being located in the mountains, there are also practice experiences such as eating fast, morning classes, and copying scriptures. In the morning class starting at 6:00, the sky was still dark. In December, Koyasan was already very cold. When I saw the girls next to me, they were very cold. The monk's chanting calmed the mood. Around the lobby of the morning class, this temple is dedicated to the spiritual position of the people. Compared with the mysterious sense of religious rituals in Japan, and Japan with frequent natural disasters, religion seems more secular to ordinary people. It is noticed that when monks recite scriptures, the instruments used to make sounds are used quite frequently. This is probably why there is music such as Buddhist electronic sounds in Japan. Zhaifan is quite exquisite. The combination of ingredients also takes a lot of effort. The monks do not eat meat and rely on soy products to supplement protein. The tofu made by Koyasan has also become a local famous thing. After breakfast, dinner is not wasted. There is a public bathroom that can be used for soup, there is a public smoking area on the first floor, and a wine list is optional. Unlike the imagination before the visit, the monk who received our English communication was ok, warm and gentle. Although Sufang's experience was more secular than expected, living in the headquarters held a good memory of the trip to Koyasan.

I have support for breakfast and dinner, and the rice is especially delicious. The young monk at the reception is either cute or handsome. The morning class needs to go in advance, especially on time, and ca n’t go in a minute late. Jialan, the leaves are only red on November 13, and Kyoto has only a little redness. Those who want to see the red leaves can come half a month later. Kansai Airport can directly buy direct bus tickets to Koyasan. Koyasan direct buses to Kumano Honmiya Shrine or the sacred place of Yufeng Onsen need to be booked in advance, once a day.

It was a very comfortable and wonderful shukubo. The correspondence of the receptionist is good. The care is also wonderful. Access is very good as it is in front of Kongobuji Temple. Convenient to go anywhere. The food is delicious. The morning work experience was also a very good experience. The story of the priest was also very nice, and he spoke in English to foreign customers. I think all the participants had a good experience. I was able to take pictures freely inside the temple, and the priest was good at chatting, so I had fun and had them take pictures together. I think everyone in this temple has a wonderful personality. I was able to eat in my room and relax. The bathhouse explained the rules with illustrations written in English and Japanese to foreigners. The way to wear yukata was also drawn. It was posted in an easy-to-understand place, so I think foreign customers will read it properly. It was a nice shukubo with consideration and hospitality. I definitely want to go again. Check-out is 10:00, so I was grateful that the shops and temples were open. I really recommend this place.

We stayed here in Oct 2018 for 1 night with a friend, we wanted to experience staying at a Buddhist temple and a short stop at Koya-san provided this opportunity. We stayed in a Japanese style room which was great, the room opened to an inner courtyard/garden. Vegetarian Japanese dinner and breakfast was included and it was a beautiful feast, more filling than what I expected. Check-in is between 3pm-5pm but as early arrivals we could leave our bags in the office/lobby. Check-out was at 10am and again they kindly stored our luggage for us until we had to leave. The ryokan is in a central location which was important to us because we could easily walk to all the sights in town. Dinner was at 5:30pm, breakfast at 7am, there was an evening curfew at 10pm and the Buddhist ceremony in the morning was at 5:50. Staying here was not a cheap option but the whole experience was just fantastic, we really got value for our money. I highly recommend this temple and would stay here again.

The hotel is near Hashimoto Station, a five-minute walk, which is very convenient. The owner and his wife are very welcoming. The rooms and public areas are very clean. There are public facilities for supplying hot water, coffee and tea. If you go to Koyasan, living in Hashimoto is the most economical and convenient. This hotel is Hashimoto’s closest to JR station and the only one next to JR station. There are train and bus tickets for Hashimoto to Koyasan, which is several hundred yen cheaper than the one-day ticket for taking the train alone and buying Koyasan.

This time in Japan for 10 days, the favorite is Wakayama. This tourist route is relatively niche, with fewer Chinese tourists. A Nanhai tram goes into the mountain without any caverns. The room was clean and the monks were friendly. It is recommended that you choose a meal with a meal to experience pure Japanese cuisine. Stay for 2 days and travel in depth. Tickets are the most cost-effective way to buy Nanhai tram sets, including Nanhai trams entering the mountain from the urban area, returning to the city, and an unlimited number of transportation cars at all attractions in Wakayama.

There is nothing to say, Takanoyama is beautiful. The Mingmingyuan is one of the many temples. It takes the 8th stop of the Gaoyeshan bus to cross the road. The bath toilets are shared, but there are few people in the temple. They don't feel crowded or inconvenient. We are not on a rest day.

As a title , the series does not miss any travel experience ! One of many monasteries from the area converted to hotel ... or better ... in pseudo hostel spenna tourists/travelers ... Externally there is no understandable writing except ideograms ,so use google maps or detailed photos in relation to the entrance - It's a good thing. You can easily access by arrival with the line bus from the phone station ; you must descend to stop number 5 , you do not need to prepare tickets , you pay on board when you descend using a driver-side automatic machine The monastery is located 50 metres on the right and is located from the bus. Insides, without doubt suggestive and well maintained. First I advise you to book rooms with private bathroom , the others are really ” from monks” of the series you must be very motivated ... I think I was quite clear ... Plus : - all-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to - With a small size of the handle and paper in the bathroom/wc, - Onsen ill, not very clean and really basic , - Breakfast and dinner scarce ( let's say it's good for a Monaco , less for a traveler who pays profumefully , andha vabbé there's the we're looking for , of the strange famous series ) - Wi-Fi is often shut off ... will be for divine influence. However, strangely very good performance ...( always for the idea that things go from God :) Watch for check-in/out, dinner and breakfast ... if they tell you that the latter is fixed at 18:00 or 07:00 respectively: The time of the morning, these serve at that exact time, after attacking you (the series does not serve in a certain period but only at the declared time ) I personally did not feel any ascetic sense in people or in the place , The price is one time in life.

Comfortable and quiet temple house, too clean! The fast food is also delicious and clean. There is no toilet in the room but the public toilet and bathroom are very clean. The rooms are not locked, and I am a little worried about going to bed at night, afraid that people will go to the wrong room.
