"Hyatt house is a great place to stay in Lakewood. It is very warm and inviting and feels lie home. It has a lot of nice amenities and is close to a variety of shops, restaurants and stores. The hotel is in great shape and I enjoyed the modern feel. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Although it is in the middle of a variety of attractions it was still quite inside. The breakfast buffet was better than most hotels and the work out room was among the best I have experienced."
"The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was exceptionally clean. There was an on-site guest laundry that came in handy. I would highly recommend this hotel. The nice breakfast assortment was appreciated especially as we were traveling with a toddler who woke up thinking he was starving each morning(we didn’t have to wait for restaurant food). "
"Enjoyed room with full kitchen and separate bedroom. Laundry facilities, indoor heated, saltwater pool, and exercise facility were appreciated. Staff was friendly and breakfast bar was satisfactory. Pool table in lobby and bar were an added bonus. There was plenty of shopping nearby and a target, Whole Foods, and liquor store across the street. Room, hallway, and elevator had strong perfume smell which was my only complaint."

"I recently found myself unexpectedly stuck overnight in Denver, and booked a last-minute reservation at the Ramble, knowing only that it looked quite nice in photos and was well-located in the RiNo area. It ended up being one of the most pleasant surprises I've encountered in quite some time – and I say that as a former hotel critic who's difficult to impress. If anything, it's even more difficult to impress on most levels amidst a global pandemic, but the Ramble shined there as well. I used to live in NYC and only a few blocks away from Death & Co., which was (and still is) one of my favorite bars – though I'd note that it's one of the most elaborate cocktail bars pretty much anywhere – but I had no idea until I got there that they'd opened a Denver branch. I wish I could've enjoyed it! (Since I was traveling solo and the property has Covid-related restrictions in place, including no seating at the physical bar, I opted not to do so this time around. That's certainly not the hotel's part, and small groups can drink as well as dine at its tables.) The Ramble's overall aesthetic is eclectic, but with elements of everything from industrial to over-the-top French decor throughout – and while pulling off a successful eclectic look is a much bigger challenge than many realize, the Ramble does so in spades. It's also the first American hotel I can recall seeing in quite some time that still uses physical keys for each guest room, though they do come with an RFID fob that I gather would unlock the fitness center (currently closed due to Covid, but that's been the case even for much larger hotels I've stayed in during the past eight months). I'm admittedly partial to smaller hotels, and while Denver has some excellent larger ones, the Ramble is the first smaller independent one that's truly struck me as impressive. The service was top-notch all-around, and delivered by a staff clearly well-trained in five-star-caliber treatment. I never expect hotel staff to remember my name when passing by (even at full five-star properties), but they did so here – even with me wearing a mask covering my lower face the entire time! Its location in the RiNo / Five Points area is great as well: reasonably close to the ballpark, but not close enough to be stuck amidst touristy stuff. One of my only complaints about it is being slightly *too* far from public transit – I try to avoid renting cars when possible during my travels – but it's still a quick 5-7 minute trip to or from Union Station via Lyft or Uber, and while this may all work less well during the colder weather months soon upon us, there were numerous scooters and electric-assist bikes from the likes of Lime & Lyft available nearby. (They also have on-site valet parking available, plus there's ample free street parking in the surrounding area, though most of it has a two-hour time limit.) The term "boutique hotel" has been almost absurdly overused in recent decades, and continues to be applied even to"
" We loved everything about this wonderful boutique hotel - and everybody who works there. Took my husband here for a staycation getaway for his birthday. The moment you walk in the door you are transported to what feels like a totally different location. The lobby holds the Death and Company bar - a beautiful space with the absolute best bar staff and cocktails ever. The chandeliers hanging throughout the lobby, the high ceilings, and the deep blue colors make the space luxurious. Our room was perfect. The attention to every detail (including exactly how to make your morning coffee), the décor, big windows, dark accent walls, and small chandelier made the space one you didn't want to leave. Never before have we gone to a hotel and actually sat in the room to have a drink and talk rather than exploring our surroundings. But it was so fun to just be right there. From the people who opened the door to those who greeted us at the front desk, to a person everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is a classy and fun place to be in a neighborhood full of things to do and places to eat. We can't recommend it highly enough."
"We live North of Denver and booked a small block of rooms at The Ramble Hotel for our daughters wedding which took place in Denver. Not only was the staff a pleasure to work during the midst of trying to plan a wedding with COVID restrictions but were also extremely accommodating, courteous, super fun and went above and beyond in customer service to all our guests. The rooms, were a beautiful backdrop for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready and do pre-wedding photos - and so is the swanky lobby bar! This boutique hotel is not your typical chain hotel with a pool, etc., ..but if you want something unique, beautifully designed, clean and want to get a taste of Denver, this is your hotel. We will definitely be back!"

"This hotel was beautiful and cozy! We were there for a business meeting and the staff for 2 days was perfect! The reception the first night was great and the COVID precautions were in place and followed. The room was clean upon arrival, as well as the lobby, elevators, and hallways. The only thing we had an issue was the temperature in the room at night. We would knock down to 65 but it didn't seem to get cool enough for comfortable sleeping. The front desk was hands down one of the best! Would highly recommend (just as for a fan for the room haha)"
"The team at this hotel is one of the best I have every experienced in a hotel environment. We had a great stay this last weekend....and that was one of many over the last couple of years. Special shout out to Nick ...our waiter at Toro. Perfect balance of attentiveness while given us space to enjoy our meal!"
"I booked this hotel using a hotel certificate and used a suite night award and I was more than pleased. The hotel was above reproach. The staff, the rooms and the facilities were great. No better hotel in the area "

"HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The Oxford is truly a luxury experience in the heart of downtown Denver. Rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. Nostalgic feel with decor, perfect location near tons of great bars and restaurants. But the best part was the staff: "Andre The Giant", Orlando, Stewart and Matt were smiley and friendly and took time to chat with us and give us recommendations, including during a Bourbon tasting at happy hour. The Cruise Room next door serves fantastic drinks, and the breakfast at Urban Farmer was wonderful."
"I treated my friend to a night at the Oxford Hotel in Denver to celebrate her birthday. We were treated like queens! We had complimentary drnks in the famous Cruise Room bar and free breakfasts in the Urban Farmer restaurant. The Oxford is very historic, built in the 1880's I think. Lots of attractions are within walking distance. We took Lyft to the hotel. It was a pleasant way to spend Friday night."
"This is the coolest hotel with lots of history. You feel like you are stepping into the past with all of the modern conveniences! The staff are amazing and full of information on the history and are ready to meet your every need! It’s a must see and stay in Denver! Check out the basement male bathroom and the cruise room. Who knows, you might run into a few ghosts during your stay there!"

"I truly cannot say enough about our stay. We are locals but in dire need of a getaway and just one night at the Halcyon felt like a true escape leaving me incredibly refreshed! You really don’t need to leave the hotel (but I’d recommend leaving when taking advantage of their gym passport which gives you access to incredible places like soul cycle and rise nation!) The staff was fantastic. Guillermo went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful (and his lattes are fabulous, too!) Definitely take advantage of the daily happy hour, the unlimited coffee bar, and the views from the rooftop! Both restaurants are delicious. Covid wise - We were very impressed with how comfortable we felt and the precautions the Halcyon is taking to keep everything nice and clean. Our room was divine. The shower is a dream (along with the bath products) and the robes and slippers make you feel like a celebrity. This was undeniably worth the splurge for us and we will absolutely be back. Thank you for making our stay (and my hubby’s bday celebration) such a delight."
"Beautiful property, amazing roof deck, prime location. What really sets this place apart from other luxury boutique hotels is the AMAZING staff!! Kind, helpful, warm, friendly who go out of their way to make sure your experience is all you want it to be. Everyone we encountered from the front desk (shout out to Brad, Laura, Rachael, Guillermo, Matt and Anna) was excellent. we kept the terrific valet staff very busy and they always greeted us with a smile and were so careful with our vehicles ( Andrew, Mike and Zach — thank you!). If you want to stay in Cherry Creek don’t even think about it— just book Halcyon. "
"Outstanding employees and service; great location with close proximity and walk ability to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities; Cherry Creek area is centrally located and has great energy; Halcyon has modern, stylish rooms with a great lobby and lounge and beautiful views from the rooftop with a pool hot tub and curling game! Bikes, longboards to check out for exploring the area and bike paths. Local Jones restaurant serves excellent food in a casual chic atmosphere. Valet and front desk service are excellent, extremely friendly and helpful."

"I stayed at The Jacquard while in Denver. The hotel is stylish, in a nice part of the city and generally busy. Even its bar and restaurant were busy, which isn't something you see at a lot of hotels these days anymore. However, it is not a luxury hotel, despite marketing itself as luxury. In fact, there is little value considering the rates. 1. No newspaper. 2. No turndown service (other hotels are offering it despite coronavirus). 3. I stayed only 1 night so I can't comment on whether daily housekeeping is offered 4. No mini-bar or any sort of in-room welcome amenity 5. No pantry. I asked for Diet Pepsi and was told I had to walk to the FedEx Office store a couple blocks away to buy cans. 6. No upgrade for Ambassador guest. A suite was available but all I received was a room with purportedly a mountain view. Marriott.com said suites were available for my night's stay. 7. No breakfast. The hotel is busy. It is absurd there is no breakfast, especially for Titanium and Ambassador status guests. At the absolute minimum, offer a voucher to a nearby restaurant. 8. Staff do not wear uniforms so it is difficult to tell who is and isn't staff. All things considered, this is a hotel that comes far short of the luxury standard. It is also a hotel with zero recognition and zero value for anyone with Platinum, Titanium or Ambassador statuses in Marriott Bonvoy. On a side note, I ate at the restaurant. I made a reservation at check-in and met two business colleagues who weren't staying there. The restaurant has excellent food, although the wine list is very expensive by the glass even for a Denver upscale restaurant. My only complaints about the restaurant: 1) No offer of dessert 2) No offer of coffee 3) No dinner bread 4) Lobby and restaurant poorly designed because the bathrooms are on the second floor and require guests and presumably staff to take stairs or the elevator. What idiot designed a hotel lobby and restaurant without a bathroom?"
"We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Location is great: in the heart of Cherry Creek, close to restaurants and shopping. The valets were friendly, it’s easy to drive up and get our luggage out( not in the street but in an alley) and they always were quick to get our car when we needed it. The staff was friendly despite Covid and offered dinner suggestions. Our room was very clean and tactfully decorated. The hallways had awesome water dispensers with glass bottles to refill on our own. We will definitely return when we are back in town. "
"Really nice hotel in the Cherry Creek area. The shopping center is within walking distance. Hotel pool was restricted only to those staying at the hotel on Saturday and had a great jacuzzi and rooftop bar! The restaurant is fantastic! Some amazing food for sure so definitely make sure you eat there! Also, agree with other Marriott elite members that I also did not receive any kind of room upgrade (even though they were available on the website)."

"My husband I booked a last-minute trip to Denver after having to cancel our honeymoon to Italy. Kathleen was professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating, and very graciously sent us a bottle of prosecco on the house! Although we were only there for one night, we will definitely be back at the Crawford when we return to Colorado. What a lovely and welcoming hotel -- we had a wonderful time!"
"We love the location and the hotel every time. Staying in Union Station with awesome amenities and great people watching if always a treat. To have such a beautiful room to enjoy on top of that is always appreciated. We have stayed there after taking the train in from Chicago, after a flight in and this past year after some great days hiking in the mountains for fall colors. NEVER disappoints."
"The location of the Crawford made it so easy for a 4 day exploration of Denver. The hotel staff were so quick to respond to questions and any extras for the room. Having access to the Crawford Hotel e-bikes to explore the many scenic trails and river/creek was a highlight. Hotel staff Jen and Jordan were so helpful and part of why this was a 5 star experience! "I was originally booked to stay in the Cherry Creek area at the Jacquard Hotel. They unfortunately did not inform their incoming guests that they changed their policy allowing pets in the hotel. I'm totally allergic and did not find out until I witnessed pets strolling the lobby. This was a major blow when I counted on doing meetings the very morning of my arrival. There were very nice and apologetic and released me from my reservation. I consider this to have been a luck break because my associate in Denver recommended this fabulous hotel called The Source Hotel. Talk about hip and groovy and an amazing staff that can't do enough for you. The best part...NO PETS ALLOWED! You can't go anywhere these days without finding animals. If you're into sleek, clean lines and a minimalist vibe like me, The Source is for you. Special thanks go out to Jess, Dylan, Rori, Hannah and David. See you guys again soon. This is one of the best hotels in Denver!"
"We visited the Source Hotel for a birthday getaway and it was absolutely perfect for a night away. It is in a neighborhood full of our favorite breweries, and the beer samples at check in was a fun touch. We loved the modern, industrial vibes in the room. We got a room with a glass garage door that opened which was fun and unique. Our room was super bright, clean and comfortable. The property is fun - we had dinner on the rooftop patio and had excellent BBQ in the food hall/market. Finally, they are very dog-friendly. So much so that they don’t even require a separate fee. Great stay, thanks for the birthday fun!"
"Swanky, cool hotel in RiNo. Cool roof top views with pool/bar. Note this part of town is up and coming but it’s very accessible to everything and safe. Huge shoutout to Dylan for making my stay a memorable experience. Give this guy a raise, a promotion, or BOTH! Simply said, Dylan provides exceptional customer service, and happily goes above and beyond to serve guests. He is keenly aware of each of the guests needs and runs the hotel like he is a owner/shareholder. Excellent work and thanks for the genuine hospitality. You’ve got yourself a repeat customer. Thank you"

"If you are staying in the city, this is a great choice. It is next to Union Station and surrounded by lots of great places to enjoy the outdoors, to shop or to eat. The staff is totally wonderful - especially the front desk. You are treated like a welcome guest who is appreciated. The décor is modern but very soothing with leather, stone, woods, fabrics. Very well done and very clean. You might think 'Kimpton' and think very large, and this hotel is large enough to support business events, but it still feels very intimate. The on-site restaurant and adjacent Tavernetta are great. We stayed 3 days and ate multiple times at each. Our room and all public areas were excellent in every way. We would be very pleased to stay here again."
"The hotel is very centrally located and the décor is excellent. Our room was nice, the booking program I belong to would have given us a free upgrade if there was one available but alas there wasn't one. Our view was of an office building, despite being on a high floor we didn't see much else. We requested a few other things like late check out, and that wasn't granted either. Valet was unavailable so we had to self-park in a public structure across the road. Having to travel during a pandemic isn't great. The hotel could not provide bathrobes or slippers as a result and room service wasn't available, citing COVID as a reason. Fair enough, of course. I was very happy with the room but I wasn't impressed with the lackluster customer service. I'm sure it's tiring to have to field all these questions from multiple guests but telling us at check-in or even giving us a letter upon arrival would help that. I'm sure I'm not the only guest who doesn't like to hear "no" at every turn, but of course I understand there are new protocols because of COVID. I would prefer to just be told and save everyone some time and energy. Some pluses: The adjacent restaurants are well-rated and we ate Plan Check's food and it was delicious. The modern art museum is nearby, which is delightful. Whole Foods is also across the street. Very convenient. The area, like much of Denver was very clean but lots of people didn't wear masks outdoors, only indoors, which didn't leave me feeling very safe. However the hotel was nice enough that I would like to return to the hotel to check out the amenities during normal operations. Kimptons are pet friendly, which is always a great reason to pick this nice boutique chain."
"Hotel Born is next to Union Station where there are numerous wonderful restaurants and bars. The hotel has a very nice complimentary happy hour and modern lobby atmosphere. Very millennial. Rooms are modern and clean."
