It is not recommended to stay. Although it is a five-star hotel, the design is very average. The hotel is really not big. I thought the internal facilities would be more sophisticated, but there are no sanitary facilities. They are like four-star hotels. The most disgusting thing is when I checked in, I met an Indian. When I arrived, no one was there. I went upstairs to look for it and saw someone chatting in the small room (he was in it). He didn't even ask a word. I thought they were all residents. My wife and I visited this place due to its high ratings. Times are tough but we wanted to splurge for our 10th wedding anniversary (which I mentioned under special instructions while booking). Unfortunately we got Tui#7. It is sandwiched in the middle of two rows of properties with no privacy and no view. Spending $400 on one night stay, we expected something special. The ”villa” is in fact a tiny studio with a sliding door. Have to say that the interior has been well designed and was very clean. However, with the cafe and the restaurant being closed was not ideal. Denise at reception was cold and didn't really look like she wanted to be there. All in all, we won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. For this price, it's borderline ripoff.

From the pick up by the free shuttle to check out, we had a wonderful experience. Checkin was easy and the receptionist was welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and quiet and so was the bathroom. Checking out was a breeze and the ride to the airport was good as well.

I didn't have high expectations for such a large chain hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was quite decent and the sea view was great. It was better than the Park Hyatt I stayed at after driving to North Island. Although there was a large cruise ship blocking the view on the first night, I had never seen such a large cruise ship before, so I found it very interesting. After the cruise ship departed, the magnificent harbor view came into view.
