We’ve been to this fancy place, a 5 star very expensive hotel is because we’re expecting to relax and enjoy our family on the long weekend, Fasano is a well renowned chain in Brazil, but to be honest the service provided at this property is horrible, we thought to leave the property on the first day, besides the location and the facilities, everything was really bad, actually not just bad, TERRIBLE, since the service provided at the check in, room service, room clean, service at the pool, restaurant, etc… and on top of that the food was not good, they are also famous for a good food, but even the food was not worth. I wrote to the hotel giving a detailed feedback, because I think If I am the owner/manager I would like to know not only the good experience but the bad as well, to try to be better and avoid situations like that, learn with the mistakes in order to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but it seems they do not care, they did not respond even to say sorry, after such a bad experience. Fasano chain for me is now out of my list, I’ll never go again.

I stayed here with my husband for a few nights while visiting family in Brazil. The room was extremely affordable, which we were very happy with. But as usually is the case, you do get what you pay for. The room was as basic as basic gets - we were a little disappointed in the quality of the bed, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. But I guess we should have expected that. On the other hand, the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the bar tender was wonderful, and I used the gym which was above average. It's also a hop, skip, and a jump across the street to a great mall with plenty of food options. Overall, good for a short stay.

The hotel is located a little away from the centre. I stayed in the suite, the room is large with a room and a small table for 2 people. The hotel's age is visible by decoration and furniture, although everything was working. The internet is good but very complicated to access (it has to register) since the password provided in the reception was not working. I asked for a lunch in the room, missed a snack, a snack, a potato salt, a ketchup, etc., only the lunch appeared on the dish and only. The parking is very confused, a guest parked in a way I couldn't get out, and has no control at the reception of who was the car owner. The morning coffee is good and complete. The bed, the dress and the bed clothes are excellent.

I don't recommend that hotel to anyone. I travelled 42 hours to arrive in Brazil because we live in Australia, so we chose to book a room that they consider the best category to try to have a night of rest and try to get back after so many hours of flight, But for our surprise, the 'best' room was super noisy because the windows have no closure, and for the staff, this is not a problem for them because it is an external issue that does not depend on them, So I asked you to exchange our room for the noise, they offered me another super quite room and we are super grateful for it, but they didn't let me know that the value of the day was lower than the value we had paid to us, or I paid X I received Y and the difference of value someone put in the pocket. I spoke to the reception Luana, Gilberto, Marcos, Edvan and (he says supervisor needs much to get to the level of a real supervisor) CIA and the only alternative they gave me was to return R$175, Then, if you want to apologize for the event, you will only say that it is an external problem that has nothing to do with them. As someone represents a brand, you don't care what customers/hosts think or feel. People who are completely unprepared, without training and without a pint of respect for the guests. We are absolutely disappointed by the failure and treatment received. If you need a tip before you stay here, please don't stay here because if you need any help they will say that it's not their problem, it's something out of the world. Without counting on other problems such as breakfast we need time to describe what they call breakfast.

A little different from the Ibis (Styles), larger rooms, thematic decoration (seals), we have a 8-year-old child who loves pool, and that of them is great for being covered and warmed well. It is relatively rasy but it gives a handbag , for the child it is very good. Breakfast (the part) is worth it very much. It is not a super buffet but everything is fresh and quality. Hungarian fatty is the best I ever eaten! We have been hosted three times and we will come back.Paid parking, R$ 17 a day. If you are about to pay a little more, the bathroom is amazing!

Viajei em agosto de 2023 com meu marido e filho, fomos apenas passar uma noite. De início foi tudo bem com a recepção do hotel, fomos bem tratados pelos funcionários em todos os momentos... ninguém simpático além do normal, mas pelo menos não fomos ignorados. Com relação ao quarto pra mim estava ótimo! Não tinha cheiro de mofo, estava limpo e as camas estavam certas (uma de casal e uma solteiro). O que me incomodou um pouco foi o ar condicionado, ele demora pra ligar e quando liga não vem na temperatura que ajustamos ao ligar... Achei a iluminação do quarto um pouco precária, podia ter mais lâmpadas. A parte de lazer é bem simples e um pouco antiga, parece velho! A piscina tem uma parte mais rasa para crianças, tem sauna, ducha, mesa de bilhar e ping pong, e uma academia com quatro aparelhos que também parecem antigos. Na parte de alimentação eu pude fazer todas as refeições lá, a comida é gostosa porém são poucas opções servidas no buffet... esqueci de perguntar se no menu existiam mais opções. O café da manhã estava gostoso e com muitas opções. Eu provavelmente voltaria para esse hotel se fosse uma viagem de uma ou duas noites, mais do que isso não chega a ser interessante pela falta de opções de lazer.
