I have previously stayed at Regent Taipei and experienced excellent service from the staff. This time was no different. I had a relaxing stay at Regent Taipei, enjoying their facilities and the friendly staff. The hotel's location is also convenient, as it is close to a subway station and Taipei Main Station. The breakfast at Brasserie was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, my stay was wonderful.

Location is great, right in the heart of Zhongshan district. A lot of food choices in front and at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, food choices were more than enough. They have Natto beans which are good for the digestive system. They have yoga classes which are quite good!

Overall a very nice stay, great location, friendly service even while quite busy on a holiday weekend. Solid breakfast buffet and nice top-floor views. A well-appointed if not overly large room, great water pressure in the shower.

Its a fantastic hotel at a great location. The room facilities were fantastic. I especially loved the BOSE sound system in each room. Rooms were super clean and views were great. Will definitely stay here again.

The room itself is spacious, nicely designed and clean. Unfortunately the service was shocking. It is far from 5-star service, let alone the usual MO standards in other countries. We arrived at the entrance without receiving any warm welcome from the bell boy. No one helped with our luggages. The staff at concierge and their Italian restaurant failed to deliver friendliness and hospitality. Upon arrival, we asked the concierge to book the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Let alone displaying normal manners, like saying congratulations, sir/madam it is reserved, the concierge lady just suddenly paused with a forced smile and told us “we are done”. At the restaurant, the service was even more unimaginable. The staff first gave us a normal set menu and then when we were going to order, another staff came and said sorry, that was the wrong menu and gave us Father’s Day menu. Apparently no one at the hotel would warn us it was ********* Father’s Day and the restaurant would only provide Father’s Day set menu. No wonder the entire restaurant was filled with noise. So we decided to leave the second we sat down. Well, they tried to charge for a bottle of water and asked us to keep half bottle of it as souvenir…… With this price, I would not recommend to book this hotel for Taipei.

We stayed for four days and three nights to celebrate our birthday. The Mandarin Oriental Hotel is a 6-star hotel. The guest rooms are larger than the average five-star rooms. The toilet also has a separate washing space, which is very convenient. There is no noise even if you use the bathroom in the middle of the night. to the sleeping family. The entire hotel is very elegant and elegant, and the service staff are all smiling and welcoming. There are also many restaurants in the hotel, but the Italian restaurant Bencotto does not live up to its name, maybe because the star chef has left.

Hotel is located in the glamorous district of Xinyi. It’s in walking distance to fancy malls and 101 building. From the pictures of the rooms, you can see the hotel has moderately aged but still decently maintained. It’s functional and bright but does not fully adhere to the chic Le Meridien vibe. I wish the management can redesign the hotel to suit it more to the brand during next revamps. My SNA got approved to the junior suite and thank you to the team for assigning a corner suite for my stay. It is the same size as the regular suite but closer to look at the 101 building. However it may have some noise from the bar right outside and some events down on the street. Luckily it only lasted until before 11pm which is totally reasonable. The bathroom however, is gigantic. It’s nearly too big that wasted some space. I do not like the breakfast option in this hotel as it does not taste good. The options are not that much and most are really mediocre. I hope they can improve their F&B if I visit next time. The lounge is also very small. It’s easily full and the bar /snack area is tiny, same as the Renaissance. The lackluster food and self served cocktails are a let down for the premium price tag, pricing at almost the same as the W nearby. The pool is big and good for lap swims. However, I believe there are many locals joining the health club in the hotel which makes the already tiny hot bath area cramped and wet towels everywhere. People are also taking so loudly which kills the vibe. I immediately walked out as it is not relaxing at all. All in all despite the letdowns, I still think it is worth a visit due to its location, functional rooms and friendly service.

An excellent stay at Le Meridien Taipei after a long absence of 2 years due to the pandemic. Much appreciated to the Team’s excellent service, in particular Ms Ashley Hsu Duty Manager & the entire Concierge Team where they were 2 steps ahead of me in anticipation of my needs. This is exemplary ! Particularly useful as I don’t speak Chinese. The junior suite was very comfortable & tastefully appointed. There was only one criticism; perhaps due the nationwide shortage of hospitality staff, the breakfast spread standards have fallen. Le Meridien use to offer the second best breakfast in all Taipei after the MO. It’s critical to catch up, otherwise the upcoming Four Seasons & Park Hyatt will lead the way. Special thanks to Dana Chung, Director of Rooms. Alan Leong Singapore TripAdvisor Level 6 Top 2% of contributors

Check in & Out is lengthy. The front desk has difficulty communicating with Japanese guests. Old room equipment: hair dryer, water dispenser (90s) There is residual cleaning fluid and water stains after cleaning. Overall will not come again. p.s Although I'm not afraid of ***. But for the past three days, I've been sleeping very drowsily, and I can't get up at all.

This year's wedding anniversary chose Hotel Mvsa, which is jointly named the world's top seven wineries, for one night. The hotel is small and exquisite in the boutique hotel, and the service is very kind. It has not been a while since I stayed at the hotel where I will take the initiative to put my luggage directly to the room 👍🏻. The hotel features a layer of winery and a Michelin-star breakfast. Every night 5:00-6:00 can enjoy winery on your own floor. We picked up Manfredi (1930) in the Italian wine king district on the 3rd floor, late for the sweet white wine at the winery, and the Michelin breakfast the next day was delicious. 😋 The room is moderate in size, like a penetrating bathtub 🛁, Lobby and each floor have 24-hour snacks, and the mini bar in the room also has beer and snacks. Although located in the city center, the hotel creates a leisurely personal space and atmosphere, which is quite comfortable to live in. It’s just that the public space of the hotel is relatively small. The tenants who stayed with us on the third floor also found the tenants who lived in the other building to stay in the snack area out of the elevator. They stayed for 4 hours, and then simply bought salted chicken for dinner. The whole snack area was occupied. In fact, this is always outside the room chatting noise also affects the tenants, the hotel can after 6 o'clock wine tasting time to ask the tenants back or to the lobby to continue chatting, rather than let some tenants occupy public spaces in the noise and dining. Another thing the restaurant can notice is the time to tidy up other rooms. We wanted to go back to our room after breakfast, and we heard the housekeeping cleaning the next door and upstairs room sound very continuous and loud, which actually affected the passengers who were resting in the room. If the hotel could pay more attention to these details, the guest's accommodation experience would be better.

Enjoy a Michelin restaurant by the way. The price is higher than the price of Taipei, but the room space is very small, the Sokkin room and the bathtub are comfortable, making up for the shortcomings, good sleep, good bubble; each floor is the theme of the world-renowned winery, and also provides welcome wine. The theme floor of the German Riesling winery is about a glass and a half? The welcome wine, so, greedy cups have to pay for the restaurant to choose wine and drink, there is no white lunch in the world, and there is a gap with the imagination when booking the room. If you experience a Michelin meal purely, it is better than a meal and accommodation. If you are still idle when you are eating and drinking, you can also experience accommodation by the way. It is not special and there is no extra point. Nearby is quite close to the Liaoning Street Night Market. You can walk to the night market to taste authentic Taiwanese snacks. There are also street Japanese cuisine to choose from. The night market is originally very lively and you can also order Uber to deliver. The meat and egg toast near the breakfast is delicious and worth a try.

Reviews From Real Travelers
The second time I stayed at Eslite Travel, because the first experience was very good, but the second time was very bad, the reason was that the service attitude of the counter staff in the morning was really bad. I stayed for three days and two nights twice, and the experience was particularly deep. The reason is that the air-conditioning outlet in the room on the first night has a very small abnormal sound at night, which affects the sleep of my family. The crib may be old, so I will bark when I move it. I start to feel a little delusional and feel that it is not the same hotel. Later, I asked me about the city view ”Executive Package Room” booked on the official website. I just booked it by looking at the official website photos. The original room type photos on the official website are only for reference? Why should I divide the room type? The counter also kept saying that I should see the lower price ”classic room”, but I booked it from the official website instead of the reservation website. It turned out that there were photos and actual doubts. Later, if things could not be solved, I gave up communication. After returning to the room, I took the initiative to call and said that I wanted to change the room. Later, I changed from the city view to the mountain view... I thought I could sleep well the next day. The driveway of the mountain view was so noisy, because the first time I lived in the city view was very quiet... The crib was really not noisy, but the driveway outside was really noisy. This is an experience to spend money. This experience made me understand that Eslite Travel staff is not trained enough, there is a very good attitude, there are also very poor, the quality of the room type is also uneven..., the second stay in a five-star hotel, this time the whole family did not sleep well for two days, really sad and disappointed.

After the light rain, I went to Eslite Travel in the afternoon. From the check-in, the intimate and subtle service greatly reduced the discomfort caused by the unclear parking marking. It happened to cooperate with the 2023 Taiwan Lighting Conference in Taipei. The hotel is next to the full light meeting works and cultural and creative shops. You can enjoy it without going far. Although the room is a little disappointed in the face of Yangming Mountain, the view is good, there is a balcony, and a chaise longue by the window is more perfect. Breakfast is a set meal. Things are very sunny and the dried shell porridge is delicious. Have the opportunity to choose.

The lobby is a homey looking place, where a library (of sorts) as the centerpiece. Visitors or guests can chill on the comfy sofa and read or book (or two). There is even a children's corner. We were warmly greeted as we were ushered to the reception upon arrival. The friendly warm smiles of the concierge and receptionist was appreciated. Although we had booked via Expedia, we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded (from the Qiyan room - 33 sqm to the Fenglin room - 36 sqm). The room was spacious and luxurious: the fixtures were relatively new, so that was a plus, especially with the complimentary Hermes toiletries, snacks, drink and deep soak tub. Book lovers rejoice as the main feature of the hotel's lobby is a very big open concept library, filled with booked from floor to ceiling, which you can borrow. The room was really spacious, luxurious and clean. The complimentary Hermes toiletries, snacks, drink and deep soak tub were a big plus. The only thing missing was the view from the room but everything else made up for it. There was plenty of welcome (complimentary) drinks and snacks which are replenished each day; perfect for that session in the ensuite hotspring tub, or after an exciting day out and about exploring. The free minibar consisted of imported mineral water, sparkling water, and juices. The little snacks (such as cookies and puddings) are made freshly by the chefs daily. The room in general was well maintained and the bath spacious - the perfect place to wind down after a whole day of sightseeing and walking. The bathroom area is separated into wet and dry ensuite hotspring tub, and a bidet toilet. Overall, it was an enjoyable and pleasant stay. It would have been better if there was more signage on where to wait for the shuttle to the MRT station. The interior decor was pleasant and cleanliness maintained. Most of the staff did an excellent job and enhance the stay experience further. It is an ideal place for rest, relaxation and pampering (from the hassle and busyness of life). We definitely enjoyed ourselves, and would want to visit again! What stood out was the incredible service and attentiveness of the staff. They were thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. My iPhone charging cable had died on me and the reception staff loaned me one (with a smile). Checkout was also a superb experience: we had requested for hotel transport to the airport for our morning flight, and we were pleasantly surprised with a take away breakfast set before departure. It was a nice gesture. My only gripe would be the clarity and timing of the free shuttle to the MRT station. There was no clear signage and no one told us were to wait. So we waited at the lobby, only to realize we had missed the shuttle.

Booked two nights here to enjoy the long weekend. Room was comfortable and homey, and the service was very friendly and good. For example, our shoes got wet during hiking, and the staff helpfully took our shoes to dry out - very nice of them! The breakfast was so-so, but the outside restaurant recommendations from the hotel staff are pretty good (e.g. 子女居酒屋). Also the hot springs on the 3-F are great - they also have a cold bath so that was great for mixing in the hot and cold water baths. We actually did not try the in-room baths but they look fine. Overall very happy with our stay (despite the high price due to the NYE weekend)!
