Excellent in all respects, - Reception , especially Axel, night, morning staff all smiling and helpful. Excellent breakfast Very comfortable suite Hard to fault. Pity see did not do evening meals or a limited room service if arriving back late after long day but lots of very good restaurants and takeaways close by. Expensive but service and delivery matched the price paid Only problem was the keg beer sous pressionwhich when pulled into glass on several attempts had bits floating in it. So went for bottled beer. Keg sous pression needs more looking after Would definitely recommend if standard rooms are as great as the top suite we had Many thanks Brian Frakes

Excellent location: near the center and ocean. Not very spacious but clean room, with comfortable beds. Small but clean bathroom. Most standard breakfast but good. Parking near the hotel available. One sin: the lift is missing.

Friendly reception, not massive room but big enough with comfortable 4 poster bed, good shower room and centrally located for all the local restaurants. Keep your window closed to avoid chatter of late night diners and early morning deliveries.

The hotel is very easy to find from the road, with lots of parking available if travelling by car. It is located 15 - 20 minutes walk away from Fecamp (including the train station) and a stones throw from a local Aldi if you wish to buy sandwiches etc to eat. This was ideal for us because we do a lot of walking and we’re also planning a day out in Rouen. The hotel itself is very clean (as I have found with all Ibis hotels) and the staff were absolutely fantastic! My pigeon ‘French’ makes a great laugh at times but the staff were always very helpful and we had a great laugh with them. It is an Ibis budget, so it’s a very clean bed and clean toilet facilities with not much else - let’s face it, on holiday some people only use the hotel to sleep! The breakfast falls in line with all Ibis hotels, which is a variety of ‘continental’ breakfast - which was also spotlessly clean and immaculately laid out. For touring, this is a great place to stay and I would recommend it every time.
